Claims (5)
- 可搬式限外ろ過装置であって、真空吸引方式ベローズ(9)が、電磁弁(10)を通り抜けるチューブ(8)によって、それ自体はバスキュラーアクセス(4)から発して蠕動ポンプ(5)を通り抜ける動脈ライン(2)と安全のための電子ユニット(6)を通り抜けてバスキュラーアクセス(4)に戻る静脈ライン(3)とからできている血液回路内に組み込まれる、血液ろ過器(1)のカプラのうちの一つにつながれ、一方、もう一つのカプラは、限外ろ過圧センサ(7)につながれ、インテリジェント中央装置(11)が、安全のための電子ユニット(6)の静脈圧センサおよび限外ろ過圧センサ(7)によって伝達されるデータに基づいて、抽出体液量をリアルタイムで算定することを特徴とする可搬式限外ろ過装置。
- 蠕動ポンプ(5)、安全のための電子ユニット(6)、限外ろ過圧センサ(7)および電磁弁(10)が、充電式バッテリーで給電されるインテリジェント中央装置(11)によってつながれまた制御されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の可搬式限外ろ過装置。
- 安全のための電子ユニット(6)が、静脈ライン上で、血液ろ過器(1)の中空繊維内の圧力レベルをインテリジェント中央装置(11)にリアルタイムで伝達する静脈圧センサと空気検出器とから成ることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の可搬式限外ろ過装置。
- インテリジェント中央装置(11)が、電磁弁(10)を操作して、利用者の要求に応じていつでも限外ろ過を停止させることができることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の可搬式限外ろ過装置。
- インテリジェント中央装置(11)が、視覚かつ音による警報によって処置の終了時を利用者に告げることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の可搬式限外ろ過装置。
