Abstract

a invenção diz respeito a um dispositivo portátil para ultrafiltração que comporta um fole aspirador (9) ligado por uma tubulação (8) que passa através de uma eletroválvula (10) a um dos conectores de dialisato de um hemofiltro (1) integrado em um circuito sanguíneo constituído por linhas arteriais (2) provenientes de um acesso vascular (4) e que passam através de uma bomba peristáltica (5) e de linhas venosas (3) que passam através de um bloco (6) eletrônico de segurança e que encontram o acesso vascular (4) enquanto o outro conector de dialisato é ligada a um detector (7) de pressão de ultrafiltração. a bomba peristáltica (5), o bloco (6) eletrônico de segurança, o detector (7) de pressão de ultrafiltração e a eletroválvula (10) são conectados e controlados por uma unidade (11) central inteligente alimentada por uma bateria recarregável. o sangue do paciente circula no circuito sanguíneo e a pressão negativa, gerada pelo fole aspirador (9) é transmitida através da tubulação (8) de conexão e provoca a ultrafiltração do sangue através das fibras do hemofiltro (1). assim, líquido se acumula no espaço no entorno das fibras e no fole aspirador (9) até o completo enchimento do mesmo. à medida que se enche o fole aspirador (9) a pressão negativa que ele exerce se atenua até se tornar nula, depois cresce lentamente até atingir o nível da pressão reinante no sangue contido nas fibras. neste momento a ultrafiltração se interrompe e a unidade central (11) indica ao usuário o fim do tratamento por um alarme visual e sonoro. o sangue é restituído ao paciente por infusão de uma solução fisiológica isotônica. o hemofiltro (1) e o fole aspirador (9) são então retirados do dispositivo.
