Description

本发明涉及一次性使用医疗器械,尤其是涉及一种带缓释正压的留置针。
背景技术
国内各医疗机构临床单位临床使用的一次性使用静脉留置针,在输液结束后匀需进行封管操作,以免因管内形成凝血造成堵管现象,但在实际应用过程中,往往因患者运动和血液的渗透而造成血液进入置管内,在进行第二天的输液前如未能冲管,或将已形成的凝血块冲入血管内,极易引起血液在循环过程中堵塞的血管形成栓塞,给患者带来极大的伤害甚至威胁生命,虽有为了防止血液凝固给患者注入肝素钠等防凝血药物,可有对肝素钠等防凝血药物过敏患者,也有用生理盐水进行封管,但其封管时间有限,需多次进行封管,另外,护士操作不当也极易造成堵管现象,现市场上有如正压接头装置,还有管内放置细纤维引流等等技术,其也只能是当时有正压,或者是因夹子夹得过紧,压力过小,药液释放不过来,没几分钟后药液就流不出来了,还是易形成堵管,如何能解决管内凝血防止血块产生是当前面临解决的难题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种带带缓释正压的留置针,能提供一定体积的药液、持续的压力源,同时能稳定的缓慢释放药液,防止留置管内形成凝血块,避免堵管现象出现,延长留置针的使用寿命,从而也能避免因形成的血块冲入病人的血液循环系统中造成二次伤害。

本发明的带缓释正压的留置针,与现有市场上的留置针使用上区别不大,功能却完全不同,操作如下:将输液器配的输液针拔去其护套后插入带缓释正压装置留置针的肝素帽的穿刺器件上,将输液器器插瓶针插入药瓶口上,使输液器及本发明的带缓释正压装置留置针充满药液后,拔去留置针护套,关闭输液器调节器,按留置针穿刺术操作流程进行创面消毒、静脉穿刺见回血后回抽针组件、进针、拔出针组件、固定等操作后进行输液,在输液过程中的任一时间点上,慢慢抽拉芯杆抽吸药液至注射器外套内,至芯杆卡槽位置,旋转芯杆一角度使芯杆的四条筋偏离护盖槽缝后,弹簧被压缩,芯杆被卡在护盖上;当输液临近结束时,关闭导管夹,将输液器末端接头与正压接头分离,正压接头内形成一股正压,之后将芯杆的四条筋恢复至护盖槽缝中,压缩弹簧的即被释放,注射器外筒内的药液被挤压,形成另一股正压,这样就使本发明同时拥有两股正压同时挤压药液,本发明管内的被挤压的药液沿着双腔导管的微孔流至留置导管,流至留置导管的同时也形成有大于人体静脉压而渗入静脉,使本发明一直保持着有药液渗入病人静脉血管,由于正压接头释放的药液体积有限,释放的时间有限,增加贮液器释放的药液后,就能大大延长本发明的释放时间,从而能更有效地防止血液在留置导管凝聚,进而能避免堵管防止血栓形成,防止二次伤害,这样还能免除护士每隔6-8小时/次的封管、冲管,减轻其工作量。

  4. 如权利要求1所述的带缓释正压的留置针,其特征在于:所述带缓释正压的留置针的Y型正压接头,由带两内插式鲁尔接头的Y型外套、硅胶囊、弹簧和接头底座组成,也可以由三通连接座和单正压接头替代Y型正压接头,单正压接头由带1内插式鲁尔接头的直型外套、硅胶囊、弹簧和接头底座组成,Y型正压接头和单正压接头中的弹簧也可不配备。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的带缓释正压的留置针,其特征在于:所述带缓释正压的留置针的注射器中的弹簧,也可是弹性贮液囊或是贮气囊或是弹性体代替。
  6. 如权利要求1-5任一项所述的带缓释正压的留置针,其特征在于:所述带缓释正压的留置针的导管夹,在其中间上、下夹合部的下凸起中部,顺着导管方向开一与小孔外壁的外径相匹配的卡槽。
  7. 如权利要求1或4所述的带缓释正压的留置针,其特征在于:所述带缓释正压的留置针的双腔导管的外表可增加一层避光层,导管座、Y型或直型正压接头的外套、接头底座和三通连接座、贮液器的注射器外套采用能避光的材料制成,或也采用在外增一层避光层。
