Description
(i)1〜75wt%の範囲の固体充填材を有するスラリーを得るために水及び/又は溶媒中に希土類リン酸塩のナノロッド粉末を添加するステップ;
(ii)配合物を準備するために、ステップ(i)で得られたスラリーにバインダ及び可塑剤を混合するステップ;
(iii)希土類リン酸塩系の非反応性かつ非湿潤性の表面を得るために、表面上にステップ(ii)で得られた配合物をスプレー又はディップするステップ、を含むプロセスを提供する。
(i)適切な多孔質鋳型内で容積の異なる円筒形るつぼの形状のモノリスに請求項1のステップ(i)で得られたスラリーを投入するステップ;
(ii)上記モノリスを乾燥し、希土類リン酸塩系の非反応性かつ非湿潤性のるつぼ/容器を得るために、乾燥された型(shapes)を1350〜1550℃の温度範囲で焼結するステップ、を備える。
(i)1〜30wt%の範囲の固体充填材を有するスラリーを得るために、水及び/又はエタノール、イソパロパノール等の有機溶媒中に希土類リン酸塩ナノロッド粉末を加えるステップ、
(ii)適切なバインダ及び可塑剤を含ませることによって、水性スラリーに基づく塗料配合物又は水性/有機スラリーに基づくスプレー可能配合物を準備するステップ、
(iii)ガラス、金属、及びセラミックの基板上に希土類リン酸塩層をスプレーコート/ディップコートするステップ、
(iv)希土類リン酸塩がコートされたモノリス中でZn、Al、Ag等の金属を融解し、融点で2〜5時間保持するステップ、
(v)60〜75wt%の範囲の固体充填材を有する水性スラリーを得るために、水中にリン酸ランタンナノロッド粉末を加えるステップ、
(vi)適切な多孔質鋳型内で容積の異なる円筒形るつぼの形状のモノリスに、ステップ(ii)で得られたスラリーを投入するステップ;
(vii)るつぼ/容器を得るために、モノリスを乾燥し、1350〜1550℃の温度範囲で乾燥した型を焼結するステップ、
(viii)リン酸ランタン容器内でZn、Al、Ag等の金属を融解し、融点で2〜5時間保持するステップ、を備える。
以下の実施例は説明として与えられ、従って発明の範囲を限定するものと解釈されるべきではない。
[リン酸ランタンナノロッド粉末の準備]
20gのリン酸ランタン用の典型的な合成において、硝酸ランタン六水和物を形成するために1710mlの脱塩水中に37.0198gの硝酸ランタンが初めに溶かされた。一滴ずつリン酸塩源の88%オルトリン酸(5.44ml)を加えることによってリン酸ランタンは沈殿し、形成された沈殿物は25%アンモニア溶液を加えることで更に凝集され、pHは7に上げられた。その後、沈殿物はぬるま湯で洗浄された。その後、洗浄された沈殿物は濾過され、脱塩水中で再分散され、リン酸ランタンゾル(pH2)を形成するために20%硝酸を用いて、ゾルを得るために連続的で激しい撹拌を伴って、更に解膠された。このゾルの安定性がゼータ電位測定を用いて確認される。
別の実施例において、La、Pr、Sm、及びCeの元素を含む希土類硝酸塩の混合物が脱塩水に溶かされ、希土類リン酸塩混合物を沈殿させるための化学量論量で処理された。沈殿物は実施例1で言及されたように処理され、希土類リン酸塩の混合物を含有するゾルへと形成された。
[実施例3]
[リン酸ランタンナノロッド粉末のコーティング]
このようにして実施例1及び2で得られたゾルがポリビニルアルコールとともに混合され、表面にわたってスプレーまたはコートされ、アニールされてコーティングを得た。
[容器/モノリスの準備]
オルトリン酸を加えることでランタン塩から沈殿されたリン酸ランタンは、pHが6.8〜7.8で維持されるまで25%アンモニア溶液を加えることによって更に凝集させられる。このようにして得られた沈殿物は洗浄され、乾燥され、1000〜1200℃でか焼され、リン酸ランタン粉末を得る。その後、この粉末はpH2で水中に分散され、粉砕媒体としてアルミナを用いて6〜12時間ボールミルされる。発泡を防ぐために懸濁液に1、2滴のオクタノールが加えられた。焼石膏鋳型を用いて、スラリーは脱気後にるつぼ及び容器の形状へとスリップキャストされた。十分な厚さを確立した後で、スリップキャスト部品は離型され、管理された湿度及び温度(50℃及び65〜75%RH)の条件下で80℃で乾燥され、更に80℃で15時間、通常の炉条件下で乾燥された。その後、乾燥されたモノリスは1300〜1500℃の温度範囲で焼結され、このようにして得られたクラックのないモノリスがアルミニウム金属鋳造のために使用される。
・本発明で記述されたプロセスによって得られた希土類リン酸塩系の非反応性表面は溶融金属に対して非反応性、非湿潤性の特性を提供する。この性能によって鋳造工程用の冶金産業における離型コーティングの開発を可能にする。
Claims (6)
- 溶融金属を扱うために非湿潤性及び非反応性な表面を有する焼結された希土類リン酸塩のナノロッド粉末からなる疎金属性セラミックモノリスであって、
前記希土類リン酸塩のナノロッド粉末は1μm以下の長さと67〜100の範囲のアスペクト比値を有し、前記希土類リン酸塩のナノロッド粉末はLa、Pr、Sm、及びCeを含む、疎金属性セラミックモノリス。 - 溶融金属を融点で2〜5時間保持するための鋳造及び冶金用途において非反応性及び非湿潤性の表面を有する、請求項1に記載の疎金属性セラミックモノリス。
- 溶融金属が、合金、金属複合材料、遷移金属及び半金属の少なくとも一つを含む、請求項1又は2に記載の疎金属性セラミックモノリス。
- 前記溶融金属がアルミニウム、銀、又は亜鉛である、請求項1に記載の疎金属性セラミックモノリス。
- モノリス表面が、ポリビニルアルコール、メチルセルロース、エチルセルロース、ポリビニルピロリドンの群から選択される適切なバインダを用いてナノ粉末を統合することで形成されている、請求項1に記載の疎金属性セラミックモノリス。
- 溶融金属を扱うために非湿潤性及び非反応性な表面を有する焼結された希土類リン酸塩のナノロッド粉末からなる疎金属性セラミックモノリスの作成プロセスであって、
(a)60〜75wt%の範囲の固体充填材を有するスラリーを得るために水性媒体中に希土類リン酸塩のナノロッド粉末及びバインダを加え、成形されたモノリスを得るために形状が異なる多孔質の鋳型にそれらを注ぐステップ、
(b)クラックのない試験片を得るためにステップ(a)から得られた試料を管理された条件下で乾燥するステップ、
(c)クラックのないモノリスを得るためにステップ(b)から得られた試料を高温処理するステップ、
を備え、
前記希土類リン酸塩のナノロッド粉末は1μm以下の長さと67〜100の範囲のアスペクト比値を有する、疎金属性セラミックモノリスの作成プロセス。
