Description

イソチアニルが、ナス科の植物、特にジャガイモにおいて「カンディダートゥス(Candidatus)」リベリバクター(Liberibacter)属種および/または「カンディダートゥス(Candidatus)」ファイトプラズマ(Phytoplasma)属種、好ましくは、「カンディダートゥス(Candidatus)」リベリバクター・ソラナセアルム(Liberibacter solanacearum)および/または「カンディダートゥス(Candidatus)」ファイトプラズマ・アメリカヌム(Phytoplasma americanum)を防除するのに特に好適であることが認められた。

c.ニコチンアミダーゼ、ニコチネートホスホリボシルトランスフェラーゼ、ニコチン酸モノヌクレオチドアデニルトランスフェラーゼ、ニコチンアミドアデニンジヌクレオチド合成酵素またはニコチンアミドホスホリボシルトランスフェラーゼなどのニコチンアミドアデニンジヌクレオチドサルベージ生合成経路の植物機能性酵素をコードするストレス耐性促進トランス遺伝子を含む植物。
ナス科の植物および植物部分および繁殖材料の、式(I)の化合物から選択される化合物による本発明による処理は、直接行うか、一般的な処理方法により、例えば浸漬、散布、噴霧、霧化、分散、塗布、注入によって、それらの環境、棲息場所もしくは貯蔵所に作用させることで行う。
イソチアニルは、そのまま用いることができるか、または製剤で、公知の殺菌剤、殺細菌剤、殺ダニ剤、殺線虫剤、除草剤、殺虫剤、薬害軽減剤、土壌改良製品または植物ストレスを低減するための製品、例えばマイコネイトとの混合物で用いて、例えば作用スペクトルを拡大したり、抵抗性発達を防止することができる。多くの場合、これによって相乗効果が生じる、すなわち、混合物の効力が、個々の成分の効力を超える。
発芽:栽培発芽を求めた。それについて、各区画の中央畝間で発芽した植物の数を100%発芽でカウントした。2014年7月2日にデータを収集した(播種22日後)。
成体:8月5日(播種55日後)から、B. コケレリ(B. cockerelli)成体を、基本的に参照(witness)処理区画で捕獲し、平均で区画当たり成体7.5匹であった(表3)。8月12日付けの評価で、全ての区画において最大量の成体が観察されたが、そうではあっても、参照(witness)処理では、捕獲された成体の量は、残りの処理の場合より大きかった。個体群動態は、その後の日付では、9月8日に実際にゼロとなるまで低下し、9月19日付けで評価した最後では増加し、成体群では大幅に増加した。表3およびグラフ2で認められるように、捕獲成体数は、参照(witness)の場合より大きく、殺虫剤による処理の場合より低かった(2,5および6)。これらの結果は、イソチアニルを施用した処理など、殺虫剤を施用しなかった処理で、昆虫成体の存在が大きかったことを考慮すると、効率的昆虫モニタリングに基づく殺虫剤施用プログラムを実施することが必要であることを示している。
Claims (17)
- 植物におけるカンディダートゥス・リベリバクター(Candidatus Liberibacter)属種および/またはカンディダートゥス・ファイトプラズマ(Candidatus Phytoplasma)属種防除のための、式(I)
の化合物の使用であって、前記植物が、ジャガイモであり、および前記防除される病原体が、カンディダートゥス・リベリバクター・ソラナセアルム(Candidatus Liberibacter solanacearum)および/またはカンディダートゥス・ファイトプラズマ・アメリカヌム(Candidatus Phytoplasma americanum)であることを特徴とする、前記使用。 - 前記防除される病原体が、カンディダートゥス・リベリバクター・ソラナセアルムである、請求項1項に記載の使用。
- ジャガイモでのカンディダートゥス・リベリバクター属種および/またはカンディダートゥス・ファイトプラズマ属種の防除方法であって、前記ジャガイモがイソチアニルで処理され、前記防除される病原体が、カンディダートゥス・リベリバクター・ソラナセアルムおよび/またはカンディダートゥス・ファイトプラズマ・アメリカヌムである方法。
- 前記ジャガイモを、殺虫剤処理と同時におよび/または殺虫剤処理に加えてイソチアニルで処理する請求項3に記載の方法。
- 成長期中に、5から20回の処理を行う、請求項3または4に記載の方法。
- 成長期中に、6から11回の処理を行う、請求項3または4に記載の方法。
- 処理間の間隔が2から20日である、請求項3から6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 処理間の間隔が3から15日である、請求項3から6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 処理間の間隔が4から14日である、請求項3から6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- イソチアニルの施用量が50g ai/haから250g ai/haである、請求項3から9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- イソチアニルの施用量が75g ai/haから225g ai/haである、請求項3から9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- イソチアニルの施用量が100g ai/haから200g ai/haである、請求項3から9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- イソチアニルの施用量が200g ai/haである、請求項3から9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記施用される殺虫剤が、イミダクロプリド、スピロテトラマト、スピロメシフェンおよびスピネトラムを含む群から選択される請求項4から13のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 初回処理が土壌処理であり、それ以降の全ての処理が茎葉処理である、請求項3から14のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- カンディダートゥス・リベリバクター・ソラナセアルムおよび/またはカンディダートゥス・ファイトプラズマ・アメリカヌムを防除するために、播種時および発芽後に数回の処理でイソチアニルを施用する段階、
ジャガイモを収穫する段階、
そのジャガイモを洗浄、処理およびカットする段階、および
そのジャガイモを揚げる段階
を含む、ポテトチップスの製造方法。 - カンディダートゥス・リベリバクター・ソラナセアルムおよび/またはカンディダートゥス・ファイトプラズマ・アメリカヌムを防除するために、殺虫剤と組み合わせて、播種時および発芽後に数回の処理でイソチアニルを施用する段階、
