フルオピラムまたはフルオピラムを含んでなる組成物による植物および植物部分の処理は、慣例の処理方法を用いて、例えば、浸漬(dipping)、噴霧(spraying)、霧化(atomizing)、ミスト化(misting)、蒸発(evaporating)、粉衣(dusting)、霧状散布(fogging)、散布(scattering)、発泡(foamin)、塗布(painting on)、拡散(spreading)、注入 (injecting)、灌注(drenching)、点滴灌漑(trickle irrigation)により、種苗の場合、特に、種子の場合には、さらに、乾燥種子処理法、湿潤種子処理法、スラリー処理法により、エンクラスティング(encrusting)により、1以上の被覆剤での被覆などにより、直接または環境、生息地または貯蔵場所に作用させることによって行われる。さらに、有効物質を超微量法により施与することまたは有効物質調製物または有効物質自体を土壌に注入することも可能である。
1つの実施態様において、農業上好適な助剤、溶剤、担体、界面活性剤または増量剤をさらに含んでなる殺真菌フルオピラムを含んでなる組成物が記載される。
本発明によれば、あらゆる植物および植物部分が処理され得る。植物とは、あらゆる植物および植物集団、例えば、望ましいおよび望ましくない野生植物、栽培品種および植物変種(植物変種または植物育種家の権利によって保護されているかどうかに関わらない)を意味する。栽培品種および植物変種は、倍加半数体、プロトプラスト融合、ランダムおよび定方向突然変異誘発、分子もしくは遺伝子マーカーの使用による、または生物工学および遺伝子工学的方法によるなどの1以上のバイオテクノロジー的方法によって支援または補助され得る従来の繁殖および育種法によって得られる植物であり得る。植物部分とは、苗条、葉、花および根などの植物のあらゆる地上部および地下部ならびに器官を意味し、それにより、例えば、葉、針葉、茎、分枝、花、子実体、果実および種子ならびに根、球茎および根茎が挙げられる。作物および栄養繁殖材料および生殖繁殖材料、例えば、挿し穂、球茎、根茎、走出枝、接ぎ穂および種子も植物部分に属す。

植物の葉面処理は、長い間知られており、不断の改良の対象である。しなしながら、植物の処理は、常に満足のいくように解決できるわけではない一連の問題を生じる。例えば、植物、発達中の花序および種子を保護するための方法を開発することが望ましい。加えて、使用する有効成分により穀物植物自体を損傷することなく、植物、特に、発達中の花序に麦角菌による攻撃からの最良の、可能性のある保護を提供するためにこのような様式で使用されるフルオピラムの量を最適化することが望ましい。
カナダで、2017年に、春小麦品種CTC Utmostで試験区を設けた。フルオピラムならびに市販の標準品を表1に従い、BBCH期59〜61の7月7日に施与した。菌核の評価は、施与96日後の秋に行った。
カナダで、2018年に、春小麦(1試験−AC Goodeve)およびデュラム小麦(AC Strongfieldで2試験)に対して3試験区を設けた。フルオピラムならびに市販の標準品を表3に従い、BBCH期61〜63(開花初期)の2018年7月6日〜9日に施与した。菌核の評価は、2018秋に収穫穀粒サンプルに対して行った。
Claims (9)
- 穀物植物における麦角菌の防除および/または麦角菌の菌核の低減のためのコハク酸デヒドロゲナーゼ阻害剤フルオピラムの使用。
- フルオピラムが穀物植物への葉面処理として施与される、請求項1に記載の使用。
- フルオピラムがBBCH50以降に穀物植物への葉面処理として施与される、請求項1に記載の使用。
- フルオピラムが1ヘクタール当たり50〜300gの割合で葉面処理として施与される、請求項1または2に記載の使用。
- 穀物植物が小麦である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- 穀物植物が雑種小麦である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- フルオピラムがさらなる有効殺真菌成分と組み合わせて使用される、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- フルオピラムがプロチオコナゾールまたはテブコナゾールまたはプロチオコナゾールおよびテブコナゾールと組み合わせて使用される、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- 70〜80g/haの施与率となるフルオピラム、140〜160g/haの施与率となるプロチオコナゾールおよび70〜80g/haの施与率となるテブコナゾールを含んでなる、殺真菌組成物。
