Description
Claims (8)
- 可塑性材料から成る戸枠及び窓枠の具現化方法であって:
戸枠及び窓枠を具現化するために可塑性材料から成る外形部材(1)を少なくとも1個設ける少なくとも1つの工程と、
金属材料から成る補強部材(8)を少なくとも1個設け、前記外形部材(1)は前記補強部材(8)の収容座(6)を少なくとも1個有する少なくとも1つの工程と、
前記補強部材(8)を前記収容座(6)内に挿入する少なくとも1つの工程と、
前記補強部材(8)を固定手段(9)により前記外形部材の少なくとも1つの部分(10)と前記補強部材の少なくとも1つの部分(11)との間で前記外形部材(1)に固定する少なくとも1つの工程と、を備え、
前記固定する工程は前記補強部材の前記部分(11)を電磁誘導手段(12)により加熱する少なくとも1つの工程を備え、前記固定手段(9)は、前記補強部材の前記部分(11)を前記外形部材の前記部分(10)に固定するため、前記外形部材の前記部分(10)及び前記補強部材の加熱された前記部分(11)のうち少なくとも一方と協働するよう構成され、
前記加熱する工程は前記外形部材の前記部分(10)を軟化する工程を備え、前記補強部材の加熱された前記部分(11)は前記外形部材の前記部分(10)に接触して配置され、前記補強部材の加熱された前記部分(11)は前記外形部材の軟化した前記部分(10)を得るために前記外形部材の前記部分(10)に熱を発生させるよう構成され、
前記固定手段(9)は前記補強部材の前記部分(11)に形成される貫通孔(13)を少なくとも1個備えることを特徴とする、方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法であって、前記固定する工程は前記外形部材の軟化した前記部分(10)を前記貫通孔(13)の少なくとも一部内で押圧する少なくとも1つの工程を備え、前記押圧する工程は前記軟化する工程の後に実行されることを特徴とする、方法。
- 可塑性材料から成る戸枠及び窓枠の具現化方法であって:
戸枠及び窓枠を具現化するために可塑性材料から成る外形部材(1)を少なくとも1個設ける少なくとも1つの工程と、
金属材料から成る補強部材(8)を少なくとも1個設け、前記外形部材(1)は前記補強部材(8)の収容座(6)を少なくとも1個有する少なくとも1つの工程と、
前記補強部材(8)を前記収容座(6)内に挿入する少なくとも1つの工程と、
前記補強部材(8)を固定手段(9)により前記外形部材の少なくとも1つの部分(10)と前記補強部材の少なくとも1つの部分(11)との間で前記外形部材(1)に固定する少なくとも1つの工程と、を備え、
前記固定する工程は前記補強部材の前記部分(11)を電磁誘導手段(12)により加熱する少なくとも1つの工程を備え、前記固定手段(9)は、前記補強部材の前記部分(11)を前記外形部材の前記部分(10)に固定するため、前記外形部材の前記部分(10)及び前記補強部材の加熱された前記部分(11)のうち少なくとも一方と協働するよう構成され、
前記固定手段(9)は前記補強部材の前記部分(11)の第1の端部(15)及び第2の端部(16)と、前記第1の端部(15)と前記第2の端部(16)との間に挿入されて前記端部(15、16)を相互に接触し前記外形部材の前記部分(10)から分離した状態に保持するよう構成される一時的接続手段(17)とを備えることを特徴とする、方法。 - 請求項3に記載の方法であって、前記一時的接続手段(17)は前記補強部材(8)の溶融温度より低い溶融温度を有する材料から成ることを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項3又は4に記載の方法であって、前記固定手段(9)は:前記電磁誘導手段(12)が解除され、前記端部(15、16)が前記一時的接続手段(17)を介して少なくとも部分的に相互に結合され、前記外形部材の前記部分(10)から分離する第1の形態と、前記電磁誘導手段(12)が起動され、前記補強部材の前記部分(11)が前記端部(15、16)を分離するため前記一時的接続手段(17)に熱を伝達するよう構成され、前記端部(15、16)は相互から分離し、前記端部(15、16)のうち少なくとも一方が前記外形部材の前記部分(10)に接触する第2の形態との間で可動であることを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法であって、少なくとも1個の戸枠及び窓枠を具現化するために複数の前記外形部材(1)を封止する工程を備え、前記封止する工程は前記固定する工程の後に実行されることを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項6に記載の方法であって、前記加熱する工程は前記封止する工程の前に実行されることを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項6に記載の方法であって、前記加熱する工程は前記封止する工程の後に実行されることを特徴とする、方法。
