Description
磁気シールドされた内部空間を形成する上部シールド体、側周部シールド体、及び下部シールド体を備え、
前記磁気シールドされた内部空間を、第1内部空間と第2内部空間とに上下に分割する仕切り部材が設けられ、
前記下部シールド体の下面に、前記下部シールド体よりも高剛性の台座が設けられ、
前記台座に支持部材が立設され、
前記支持部材は、前記下部シールド体及び前記仕切り部材を貫通し、前記第2内部空間よりも上方の前記第1内部空間に延出する。
前記支持部材の内側を通って配線が上下方向に延出してもよい。
前記支持部材は、棒状であって、複数立設されてもよい。
前記仕切り部材は、前記内部空間を第1内部空間と第2内部空間とに分割する磁気シールド体であってもよい。
前記支持部材は前記下部シールド体を貫通するとともに前記仕切り部材を貫通し、前記支持部材の先端が前記上部シールド体に向かって延びていてもよい。
図9は、本発明の実施の形態2に係る磁気シールドルーム2を正面左上方向から見た斜視図である。図10は、磁気シールドルーム2を背面右上方向から見た斜視図である。磁気シールドルーム2は、上部シールド体11、側周部シールド体12、下部シールド体13、及び表側及び裏側にそれぞれ形成された側面開口18,19を開閉する扉25,26を有し、さらに、これらにより形成される内部空間を第1及び第2内部空間S11,S12に分割する仕切り部材17を有する。仕切り部材17は、側周部シールド体12と略平行であって、前記内部空間を左右に分割する。上部シールド体11、側周部シールド体12、下部シールド体13、仕切り部材17、及び扉25,26は、磁場ノイズ及び電磁波ノイズを遮蔽できる磁気シールド体であり、例えば、高透磁率磁性体かつ導体としてのパーマロイ板と、導体としてのアルミニウム板とで非磁性材(木材等)を挟んで積層した積層パネル構造である(実施の形態1と同様である)。扉25は、第1内部空間S11の側面開口18を塞ぐもので、磁気シールドルーム2の正面側に位置する側面開口18を開閉するスライド扉である。扉26は、第2内部空間S12の側面開口19を塞ぐもので、磁気シールドルーム2の背面側の側面開口19を開閉するスライド扉である。扉25,26はスライド式の代わりに回転扉等であってもよい。
Claims (7)
- 磁気シールドされた内部空間を形成する上部シールド体、側周部シールド体、及び下部シールド体を備え、
前記磁気シールドされた内部空間を、第1内部空間と第2内部空間とに上下に分割する仕切り部材が設けられ、
前記下部シールド体の下面に、前記下部シールド体よりも高剛性の台座が設けられ、
前記台座に支持部材が立設され、
前記支持部材は、前記下部シールド体及び前記仕切り部材を貫通し、前記第2内部空間よりも上方の前記第1内部空間に延出する、磁気シールドルーム。 - 前記支持部材は、少なくとも一部が中空であり、中空部分に繋がる開口を外面に有し、
前記支持部材の内側を通って配線が上下方向に延出する、請求項1に記載の磁気シールドルーム。 - 前記支持部材で測定具が前記内部空間に支持され、前記測定具から前記配線が延びている、請求項2に記載の磁気シールドルーム。
- 前記支持部材は、棒状であって、複数立設されている、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の磁気シールドルーム。
- 可搬型である請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の磁気シールドルーム。
- 前記仕切り部材は、前記内部空間を前記第1内部空間と前記第2内部空間とに分割する磁気シールド体である、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の磁気シールドルーム。
- 前記支持部材は前記下部シールド体を貫通するとともに前記仕切り部材を貫通し、前記支持部材の先端が前記上部シールド体に向かって延びている、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の磁気シールドルーム。
