Description
本発明の態様は、コンクリート製造方法であって、大気をエアコンプレッサにより取り込み圧縮空気とし窒素分離膜により前記圧縮空気から酸素をパージして取り出した窒素ガスを水に注入することにより、大気圧下において温度により決まる水の酸素溶存量及び二酸化炭素溶存量を低減又はほぼ零として酸素及び二酸化炭素に替えて窒素を溶存させた水である窒素溶存水を生成する工程と、前記窒素溶存水と、セメントと、骨材と、混和剤とを混練することにより生コンクリートを生成する工程と、を含むことを特徴とする。前記骨材として、前記窒素溶存水により洗浄したものを用いることが好適である。
本発明の別の態様は、鉄筋コンクリート構造物の製造方法であって、上記の窒素溶存水を用いたコンクリート製造方法により製造された生コンクリートを用いて鉄筋コンクリート構造物を形成することを特徴とする。
本明細書中において、水の「窒素置換」とは、大気圧下において温度により決まる水の酸素溶存量及び二酸化炭素溶存量を著しく低減又はほぼ零とし、酸素及び二酸化炭素に替えて窒素を溶存させることを意味する。また、このようにして得られた水を「窒素溶存水」と称する。さらに、窒素溶存水には、酸素及び二酸化炭素が窒素に置換され、そしてさらにそれより多い窒素を溶存させた水も含まれるものとする。また本明細書中において、ガスが液体中に「溶存」するとは、ガスが分子レベルで液体中に溶けている場合の他に、ガスが微細気泡として液体中に安定に存在する場合を含むものとする。
<試料>
・比較例の試料:水道水
・実施例の試料:図1の製造システムにおける窒素溶存水生成システムにより生成された窒素溶存水
比較例の試料と実施例の試料を採取後に同じ条件の容器に密封し、同じ条件下で採取当日、採取3日後、採取5日後の各試料の温度、溶存酸素及び残留塩素を計測した。

Claims (3)
- 大気をエアコンプレッサにより取り込み圧縮空気とし窒素分離膜により前記圧縮空気から酸素をパージして取り出した窒素ガスを水に注入することにより、大気圧下において温度により決まる水の酸素溶存量及び二酸化炭素溶存量を低減又はほぼ零として酸素及び二酸化炭素に替えて窒素を溶存させた水である窒素溶存水を生成する工程と、
前記窒素溶存水と、セメントと、骨材と、混和剤とを混練することにより生コンクリートを生成する工程と、を含むことを特徴とする、窒素溶存水を用いたコンクリート製造方法。 - 前記骨材として、前記窒素溶存水により洗浄したものを用いることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の、窒素溶存水を用いたコンクリート製造方法。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の、窒素溶存水を用いたコンクリート製造方法により製造された生コンクリートを用いて鉄筋コンクリート構造物を形成することを特徴とする、鉄筋コンクリート構造物の製造方法。
