Description
米国の受理官庁において特許協力条約に基づいて出願された本特許出願は、パリ条約の下で、米国特許法第119条、第120条及び第365条に従って、2016年3月31日に出願された米国仮特許出願第62/315,927号(代理人整理番号160075−US−PRO)の優先権を主張するものであり、上記先行出願は、本明細書に完全に記載されているかのように、参照により本出願に含まれるものとする。
Claims (23)
- 移植可能な人工器官であって、
a.前記人工器官の第1端部の付近から第2端部の付近まで長手方向軸線の周りを第1螺旋経路で取り囲む第1フレームワークであって、第1フレームワークは前記第1螺旋経路に沿って第1の正弦曲線パターンで配置された複数の支柱を含み、支柱対ごとに接続された第1頂点部分を有する第1フレームワークと、
b.前記第1フレームワークから間隔を置いて配置された第2フレームワークであって、第2フレームワークは前記第1端部の付近から前記第2端部の付近まで前記長手方向軸線の周りに第2螺旋経路を描き、第2フレームワークは前記第2螺旋経路に沿って第2の正弦曲線パターンで配置された複数の支柱を含み、支柱対ごとに1つの支柱対に接続された第2頂点部分を有する第2フレームワークと、
c.複数のコネクターであって、各コネクターは前記第1フレームワークの第1頂点部分の付近と前記第2フレームワークの第2頂点部分に接続されている複数のコネクターとを備え、
d.各第1頂点部分は、当該第1頂点部分に対して円周方向にずらされた各第2頂点部分に前記コネクターを介して、前記コネクターが前記長手方向軸線に対して角度を画定するように接続され、前記各第2頂点部分は、各第1頂点部分を通る長手方向軸線に対して前記各第1頂点部分に最も近い第2頂点部分が位置する側の円周方向において、前記最も近い第2頂点部分に接続する前記支柱を含まない支柱対に接続される第2頂点部分のうち最も近い第2頂点部分である、移植可能な人工器官。 - 前記複数のコネクターの第1コネクターが前記第1端部側にある前記第1フレームワークの頂点を前記第2端部側にありかつ前記第1フレームワークの前記頂点から円周方向にずらされた前記第2フレームワークの頂点に接続し、前記複数のコネクターの第2コネクターが前記第1端部側にある前記第2フレームワークの頂点を前記第2端部側にありかつ前記第2フレームワークの前記頂点から円周方向にずらされた前記第1フレームワークの頂点に接続し、前記第1及び第2コネクターは前記第1フレームワークの頂点に接続された2つの支柱の一方及び前記第2フレームワークの頂点に接続された2つの支柱の一方と共に前記長手方向軸線に対して第3の螺旋を画定する、請求項1に記載の移植可能な人工器官。
- 各コネクターは、前記人工器官が非圧縮形態にあるときに前記長手方向軸線に沿った前記第1端部から前記第2端部までの長さが圧縮又はクリンプ形態での前記人工器官の長さの少なくとも80%であるように、前記第1フレームワークの第1頂点部分と前記第2フレームワークの第2頂点部分とに接続されている、請求項1に記載の移植可能な人工器官。
- 前記複数のコネクターの各々が直線状部材を含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の移植可能な人工器官。
- 隣接するコネクターが平行な形態で配置されている、請求項4に記載の移植可能な人工器官。
- 前記第1コネクターは、前記第1フレームワークの頂点を円周方向にずらされた前記第2フレームワークの頂点に接続し、前記第2フレームワークの前記頂点は、前記第1フレームワークの頂点を通る長手方向軸線に対して前記第1フレームワークの頂点に最も近い第2フレームワークの頂点が位置する側の円周方向において、前記最も近い第2フレームワークの頂点に接続する前記支柱を含まない支柱対に接続される第2フレームワークの頂点のうち最も近い第2フレームワークの頂点である、請求項2に記載の移植可能な人工器官。
- 前記移植可能な人工器官は、より小さな外径を有するようにクリンプ又は圧縮されたときの第1長さと、前記移植可能な人工器官がより大きな外径まで拡張するように圧縮されていないときの、前記第1長さの80%以上の第2長さとを含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の移植可能な人工器官。
- 前記移植可能な人工器官が非圧縮形態にあるとき、前記第1フレームワークは前記長手方向軸線に対して第1螺旋角度を画定し、前記第2フレームワークは前記長手方向軸線に対して第2螺旋角度を画定する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の移植可能な人工器官。
- 前記移植可能な人工器官が非圧縮形態にあるとき、前記コネクターは前記長手方向軸線に対して第3螺旋角度を画定する、請求項8に記載の移植可能な人工器官。
- 前記第1螺旋角度は前記第2螺旋角度に等しい、請求項8に記載の移植可能な人工器官。
- 前記第3螺旋角度は前記第1螺旋角度又は前記第2螺旋角度と異なる、請求項9に記載の移植可能な人工器官。
- 前記第3螺旋角度は前記第1螺旋角度又は前記第2螺旋角度のどちらよりも小さい、請求項11に記載の移植可能な人工器官。
- 前記第1螺旋角度は前記長手方向軸線に対して65度である、請求項12に記載の移植可能な人工器官。
- 前記第2螺旋角度は前記長手方向軸線に対して65度である、請求項12に記載の移植可能な人工器官。
- 前記第3螺旋角度は前記長手方向軸線に対して30度である、請求項12に記載の移植可能な人工器官。
- 前記第3螺旋角度は前記第1及び第2螺旋角度の一方の半分である、請求項12に記載の移植可能な人工器官。
- 前記移植可能な人工器官は、より小さな外径を有するようにクリンプ又は圧縮されたときの第1長さと、前記移植可能な人工器官がより大きな外径まで拡張するように圧縮されていないときの、前記第1長さの90%以上の第2長さとを含む、請求項12に記載の移植可能な人工器官。
- 前記第1フレームワークは、前記長手方向軸線を基準にして前記第2フレームワークの第2開始位置に対して直径方向に対向する第1開始位置を有する、請求項12に記載の移植可能な人工器官。
- 前記移植可能な人工器官は、金属の合金を含む生体適合性金属を含む、請求項17に記載の移植可能な人工器官。
- 前記移植可能な人工器官は生体適合性ポリマーを含む、請求項16に記載の移植可能な人工器官。
- 前記移植可能な人工器官は、生体適合性の金属とポリマーとの組み合わせを含む、請求項16に記載の移植可能な人工器官。
- 前記移植可能な人工器官は、前記移植可能な人工器官の表面に配置された薬物コーティングを含む、請求項16に記載の移植可能な人工器官。
- 前記第1フレームワークの前記第1の正弦曲線パターンは、前記第2フレームワークの前記第2の正弦曲線パターンと同一である、請求項3に記載の移植可能な人工器官。
