本明細書に開示されている発明は、医療用インプラントに関する。典型的には、該医療用インプラントは、該インプラント内を貫通する流路を有する装置の形態である。該インプラントはステントの形態であることが望ましいが、例えば、大静脈フィルターのようなその他の形態としても提供され得る。
別の実施形態において、本発明は金属シート、又は金属管から製造される体内の管腔用インプラントに関し、該金属は300GPa又はそれ以上の弾性率を有する。例えば、ステント又は大静脈フィルターであるインプラントは、タングステン−レニウム合金、モリブデンTZM合金からなるか、又は本質的にモリブデンから構成される。
本発明は、拡張していない状態、又は拡張した状態である上記ステントのいずれかに関する。
非遺伝的な治療剤は、ヘパリン、ヘパリン誘導体、ウロキナーゼ、PPack(デキストロフェニルアラニン プロリン アルギニン クロロメチルケトン)のような抗血栓形成剤、エノキサプリン(enoxaprin)、アンギオペプチン(angiopeptin)、又は平滑筋細胞の増殖を阻止することが可能なモノクロナール抗体、ヒルジン及びアセチルサリチル酸のような抗増殖剤、デキサメタゾン、プレドニゾロン、コルチコステロン、ブデソニド、エストロゲン、スルファサラジン及びメサラミンのような抗炎症剤、パクリタキセル、5−フルオロウラシル、シスプラチン、ビンブラスチン、ビンクリスチン、エポシロン、エンドスタチン、アンギオスタチン及びチミジンキナーゼ阻害剤のような抗新生物/抗増殖/抗縮瞳剤、リドカイン、ブピバカイン及びロピバカインのような麻酔剤、D−Phe−Pro−Argクロロメチルケトン、RGDペプチド含有化合物、ヘパリン、抗トロンビン化合物、血小板受容体アンタゴニスト、抗トロンビン抗体(anticodies)、抗血小板受容体抗体、アスピリン、プロスタグランジン阻害剤、血小板阻害剤及びダニ(tick)抗血小板ペプチドのような抗凝血剤、成長因子阻害剤、成長因子受容体アンタゴニスト、転写活性化因子及び翻訳プロモータのような血管細胞成長プロモータ、成長因子阻害剤、成長因子受容体アンタゴニスト、転写レプレッサ、翻訳レプレッサ、複製阻害剤、阻害抗体、成長因子に対して指向する抗体、成長因子及び細胞毒素からなる二機能分子並びに抗体及び細胞毒素からなる二機能分子のような血管細胞成長阻害剤、コレステロール低下剤、血管拡張剤、及び内因性の血管作用性メカニズム(endogenous vascoactive mechanisms)と干渉する薬剤を含む。
Claims (3)
- 体内の管腔内に移植するための医療用インプラントであって、
前記インプラントは、該インプラント内を貫通する流路を有し、かつ該インプラントはモリブデンTZM合金からなるとともに弾性率が少なくとも300GPaである医療用インプラント。 - ステントの形態である請求項1に記載の医療用インプラント。
- 側壁部と複数の開口部とをその内部に有する請求項1または請求項2に記載の医療用インプラントであって、前記インプラントはシート又は管から形成され、かつ前記開口部は前記シート又は管から材料を除去することにより形成される、医療用インプラント。
