Description
Claims (15)
- オブジェクトを製造する方法であって、
構築プラットフォーム上に構成材料の第1の層を配置するステップと、
構成材料の前記第1の層の少なくとも1つの領域を結合して支持層を形成するために、前記第1の層の上にバインダを配置するステップと、
スペーサー層を形成するために前記支持層の上に構成材料の第2の層を配置するステップと、
前記スペーサー層の上に構成材料の第3の層を配置するステップと、
前記第3の層の1つ以上の領域を結合して前記オブジェクトの第1の層を形成するために前記第3の層の上にバインダを選択的に配置するステップと、
を含み、
前記領域は、開口が形成される、開口部、メッシュ部又はグリッド部のうちの1つを含み、
前記開口は前記オブジェクトを構成しない、方法。 - 前記第1の層の結合された領域は前記オブジェクトの第1の層の直下に配置される領域を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の層の結合された領域は前記第1の層の実質的に全てを含む、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記領域は連続している、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記スペーサー層は、前記第3の層からのバインダが通過して前記支持層に達することができない厚さを有する、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記支持層のバインダは前記オブジェクトの層のバインダとは異なる、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の層が配置される前に前記構築プラットフォームにスペーサー層が配置される、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の層へのバインダの配置は、前記第3の層へのバインダの配置とは異なる空間解像度で行われる、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記構成材料は金属粉末及び/又はセラミック粉末を含む、請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 構成材料のさらなる層が配置され、該さらなる層のそれぞれの1つ以上の領域を結合して前記オブジェクトの一連の層を形成するために該さらなる層のそれぞれにバインダが選択的に配置される、請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の方法で用いるオブジェクトデータを処理する方法であって、
オブジェクトの構造を表すデータを取得するステップと、
前記オブジェクトの製造の間に前記オブジェクトの下に設けられる支持層の構造を表すデータを生成するステップと、
前記オブジェクトの構造を表すデータと前記支持層の構造を表すデータとを統合して、前記支持層の上に配置される前記オブジェクトの構造を表す統合データを形成するステップと、
前記統合データを出力するステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記オブジェクトの製造の間に前記オブジェクトの下に設けられる支持層の平面の空間範囲を求めるステップをさらに含み、求められた空間範囲に基づいて前記支持層の構造を表すデータが生成される、請求項11に記載の方法。
- データ処理装置を制御して請求項12に記載の方法を行わせるよう構成されたプログラム命令を保持するデータキャリア。
- オブジェクトデータを処理するための装置であって、
オブジェクトの構造を表すデータを取得するよう動作可能な取得ユニットと、
前記オブジェクトの製造の間に前記オブジェクトの下に設けられる支持層の構造を表すデータを生成するよう動作可能な生成ユニットと、
前記オブジェクトの構造を表すデータと前記支持層の構造を表すデータとを統合して、前記支持層の上に配置される前記オブジェクトの構造を表す統合データを形成するよう動作可能な統合ユニットと、
前記統合データを出力するよう動作可能な出力ユニットと、
を含み、
前記支持層は、開口が形成される、開口部、メッシュ部又はグリッド部のうちの1つを含み、
前記開口は前記オブジェクトを構成しない、装置。 - 付加製造装置であって、
オブジェクトの構造を表すデータを取得するよう動作可能な取得ユニットと、
前記オブジェクトの製造の間に前記オブジェクトの下に設けられる支持層の構造を表すデータを生成するよう動作可能な生成ユニットと、
前記オブジェクトの構造を表すデータと前記支持層の構造を表すデータとを統合して、前記支持層の上に配置される前記オブジェクトの構造を表す統合データを形成するよう動作可能な統合ユニットと、
支持面と、
前記支持面に亘って少なくとも第1の方向に相対移動するとともに、前記支持面の上に構成材料を徐々に層状に配置するよう構成された構成材料配置ユニットと、
前記支持面に亘って少なくとも第1の方向に相対移動するとともに、配置された各層上の位置にバインダを選択的に配置するように構成されたバインダユニットと、
を含み、
前記オブジェクトを製造する間に、前記オブジェクトの下に前記構成材料で形成される前記支持層が設けられ、
前記支持層は、開口が形成される、開口部、メッシュ部又はグリッド部のうちの1つを含み、
前記開口は前記オブジェクトを構成しない、付加製造装置。
