Claims (4)
- 最大幅が0.01mm以上0.10mm以下の複数の直線状の通気孔と幅が0.08mm以上0.25mm以下で固化密度が90%以上の枠体部位とでなるラティス構造であって厚さが1mm以上10mm以下の第1の構造部位と、最大幅が前記第1の構造部位における前記通気孔の最大幅の1.5倍以上を有し前記通気孔と接続する複数の直線状の通気孔と焼結密度が固化密度が90%以上の枠体部位とでなる角形状の空間分割構造であって前記第1の構造部位と一体で結合する第2の構造部位と、を含んでなる気体流路を有する金属製の三次元造形物。
- 前記第2の構造部位が前記気体流路の中心部位ほど厚さが小さくなるテーパ形状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の金属製の三次元造形物。
- 金属粉末積層造形法によるラティス構造の気体流路を有する金属製の三次元造形物の製造方法であって、所要の出力を有するレーザ光のスポット径を0.1mmφ以上0.2mmφ以下とし、前記レーザ光の走査経路がラスタ走査線形状であって前記ラスタ走査線間のピッチをラティス構造における直線状の通気孔の所望の最大幅以上にした状態で、積層する第N層目の粉末層における前記走査経路を第1のラスタ走査線とするときに、第N+1層目の粉末層における前記走査経路を第1のラスタ走査線に対して直交する第2のラスタ走査線とし、第N+2層目の粉末層における前記走査経路を前記第1のラスタ走査線とし、第N+3層目の粉末層における前記走査経路を前記第2のラスタ走査線として、前記粉末層の各層毎に前記第1のラスタ走査線または前記第2のラスタ走査線の前記走査経路に沿って前記レーザ光を所定の走査速度で移動させながらレーザ光の照射を繰り返して、前記通気孔の最大幅が0.01mm以上0.10mm以下のラティス構造の気体流路を形成することを特徴とする金属製の三次元造形物の製造方法。
- 前記ラティス構造の気体流路を第1の構造部位として、前記第1の構造部位における前記通気孔と連通し前記第1の構造部位の前記通気孔の最大幅よりも大きい最大幅の通気孔を有する角形状の空間分割構造の第2の構造部位を第1の構造部位と一体で結合するように生成し前記気体流路を形成することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の金属製の三次元造形物の製造方法。
