Description
以下に、出願当初の特許請求の範囲に記載の事項を、そのまま、付記しておく。
[1] 足部分(2)と、足部分(2)と旋回可能に結合された近位の接続手段(3)と、足部分(2)を接続手段(3)に対して相対的に位置調節可能である位置調節装置(5)とを有する義足において、前記位置調節装置(5)に、信号生成部材(10)と結合された少なくとも1つのポジションセンサ(9)が付属していることを特徴とする義足。
[2] 前記信号生成部材(10)は光学式、触覚式、および/または音響式の信号のための出力装置として構成されることを特徴とする、[1]に記載の義足。
[3] 前記位置調節装置(5)は係止部材(53,63)を有しており、該係止部材を通じて接続手段(3)に対して相対的な足部分(2)の位置調節が離散的なステップで行われることを特徴とする、[1]または[2]に記載の義足。
[4] 前記ポジションセンサ(9)は位置センサ、相対角センサ、慣性角センサ、および/またはスイッチとして構成されることを特徴とする、[1]から[3]のいずれか1項に記載の義足。
[5] 前記ポジションセンサ(9)には調整可能またはプログラミング可能な信号発生器(91)が付属していることを特徴とする、[1]から[4]のいずれか1項に記載の義足。

[12] 前記ロック装置(53,63)は連結解除可能な形状接合部材(53,63)を有していることを特徴とする、[11]に記載の義足。
[13] 前記信号生成部材(10)は送信器(13)と結合されていることを特徴とする、[1]から[12]のいずれか1項に記載の義足。
[14] 前記信号生成部材(10)は能動的な信号生成部材(10)として構成されていることを特徴とする、[1]から[13]のいずれか1項に記載の義足。
[15] [1]から[14]のいずれか1項に記載の義足と、読み取り可能な踵高さマーキング(11)を有する靴(1)とからなるシステム。
[16] 前記踵高さマーキング(11)はRFIDチップ、トランスポンダ、光学式またはオプトエレクトロニクス式に読み取り可能なコードとして行われることを特徴とする、[15]に記載のシステム。
[17] 踵高さマーキング(11)が付属している靴(1)に合わせて[1]から[16]のいずれか1項に記載の義足の踵高さをフィッティングする方法において、前記踵高さマーキング(11)が制御装置(12)に伝送されて、ポジションセンサ(9)の検出されたポジションデータと照合され、それぞれの踵高さマーキング(11)に事前に割り当てられているポジション信号が検出されたポジション信号と一致したときに確認信号が出力される方法。
[18] 前記踵高さマーキング(11)が自動的に読み取られて前記制御装置(12)に伝送されることを特徴とする、[17]に記載の方法。
[19] 接続手段(3)が足部分(2)に対して相対的にモータによって変位することを特徴とする、[17]または[18]に記載の方法。
Claims (17)
- 踵高さマーキング(11)が付属している靴(1)に合わせて義足の踵高さをフィッティングする方法において、前記踵高さマーキング(11)が制御装置(12)に伝送されて、ポジションセンサ(9)で検出されたポジションデータと照合され、それぞれの踵高さマーキング(11)に事前に割り当てられているポジション信号が検出されたポジション信号と一致したときに操作信号が出力される方法であって、
前記義足は、足部分(2)と、前記足部分(2)と旋回可能に結合された近位の接続手段(3)と、前記足部分(2)を前記接続手段(3)に対して相対的に位置調節可能とする位置調節装置(5)とを有し、前記位置調節装置(5)に、信号生成部材(10)と結合された少なくとも1つのポジションセンサ(9)が付属しており、前記信号生成部材(10)は、前記少なくとも1つのポジションセンサ(9)の信号に依存して前記足部分(2)の位置の到達についての信号を出力し、前記信号生成部材(10)は光学式、触覚式、及び/又は音響式の信号のための出力装置として構成され、前記位置の到達は踵高さを定めるものであることを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記位置調節装置(5)は係止部材(53,63)を有しており、該係止部材を通じて前記接続手段(3)に対して相対的な前記足部分(2)の位置調節が離散的なステップで行われることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。

- 前記位置調節装置(5)に駆動装置が付属していることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記位置調節装置(5)は偏心的に支承されるシャフト(51)を介して前記接続手段(3)と結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記シャフト(51)は長孔案内部(33)の中で案内されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記接続手段(3)は前記接続手段(3)に対して相対的な前記足部分(2)の回転をロックする不作動化可能なロック装置(53,63)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ロック装置(53,63)は連結解除可能な形状接合部材(53,63)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記信号生成部材(10)は送信器(13)と結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記信号生成部材(10)は能動的な信号生成部材(10)として構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記踵高さマーキング(11)が自動的に読み取られて前記制御装置(12)に伝送されることを特徴とする、請求項1から13のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記接続手段(3)が前記足部分(2)に対して相対的にモータによって変位することを特徴とする、請求項1から14のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 足部分(2)と、前記足部分(2)と旋回可能に結合された近位の接続手段(3)と、前記足部分(2)を前記接続手段(3)に対して相対的に位置調節可能とする位置調節装置(5)とを有する義足であって、前記位置調節装置(5)に、信号生成部材(10)と結合された少なくとも1つのポジションセンサ(9)が付属しており、前記信号生成部材(10)は、前記少なくとも1つのポジションセンサ(9)の信号に依存して前記足部分(2)の位置の到達についての信号を出力し、前記信号生成部材(10)は光学式、触覚式、及び/又は音響式の信号のための出力装置として構成され、前記位置の到達は踵高さを定める義足と、
読み取り可能な踵高さマーキング(11)を有する靴(1)とからなるシステムであって、
前記踵高さマーキング(11)が制御装置(12)に伝送されて、前記ポジションセンサ(9)の検出されたポジションデータと照合され、それぞれの踵高さマーキング(11)に事前に割り当てられているポジション信号が検出されたポジション信号と一致したときに操作信号が出力される、システム。 - 前記踵高さマーキング(11)はRFIDチップ、トランスポンダ、光学式またはオプトエレクトロニクス式に読み取り可能なコードとして設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項16に記載のシステム。
