Description
表1に記載の本発明品に係る原料成分を含有した可溶化剤を調製した。調製方法としては、ポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステル(A)とアルキルポリグリコシド(B)を30〜60℃の湯浴中で5/95〜95/5の割合(質量%)で混合した。さらに、アシルアミノ酸(C)と有機カルボン酸またはその塩(D)を任意の割合で混合し本発明品1−1〜1−8とした。比較品1−1〜1−2として、ポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステル(A)をポリグリセリンラウリン酸エステルおよびアルキルポリグルコシド(B)をカプリリル/カプリルグルコシドのみを用いた。
1.実験の概要
本発明品の可溶化剤を用いて、油溶性物質に対する可溶化能の評価を実施した。
表1に記載した本発明品の可溶化剤1−1〜1−8と油溶性物質としてリモネン、混合香料のAQUA PULSE(高砂香料製)、DEEP FORCE(高砂香料製)、INTENSE PEACE(高砂香料製)を用いて下記の処方1を調製し、各可溶化剤の可溶化能を評価した。さらに比較品として表1に記載した比較品の1−1〜1−2および1−3を用いて下記の処方1を調製し、可溶化能を評価した。評価方法は、目視による透明度の確認および透過率を紫外・可視分光光度計(日本分光株式会社、V−600)を用いて測定した。

調製方法:配合原料を室温で混合し、マグネチックスターラーにて撹拌を行い調製した。
実験結果を表2に示す。本発明品である可溶化剤を用いることで、目視により透明度が非常に高いことや、透過率測定においても約90%以上の透過率があることが認められた。また、ポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステルもしくは、アルキルポリグルコシド単独による油溶性物質の可溶化能よりも本発明品は優れた可溶化能を有していることが認められた。

Claims (6)
- 炭素数が6〜22の脂肪酸から選択される1種以上の脂肪酸と、平均重合度が5〜20であるポリグリセリンとをエステル化したポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステル(A)と炭素数が8〜16のアルキル基を有するアルキルポリグルコシド(B)と、アシルアミノ酸(ジェミニ型界面活性剤を含有しない)(C)とを必須成分として含有することを特徴とする可溶化剤。
- 前記ポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステル(A)とアルキルポリグルコシド(B)とアシルアミノ酸(ジェミニ型界面活性剤を含有しない)(C)に、さらに有機カルボン酸又はその塩(D)を添加することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可溶化剤。
- 前記ポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステル(A)のけん化価が10〜100であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の可溶化剤。
- 前記アシルアミノ酸(ジェミニ型界面活性剤を含有しない)(C)は、アシル基のアルキル基の炭素数が6〜22であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の可溶化剤。
- 前記有機カルボン酸又はその塩(D)は、アルキル基の炭素数が2〜20であることを特徴とする請求項2〜4に記載の可溶化剤。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の可溶化剤を含有することを特徴とする医薬品又は化粧品。
