Claims (7)
- 漸増加する外部入力電圧が基準電圧以上である場合のみに、漸増加する前記外部入力電圧を補正するとともに、補正済みの前記外部入力電圧を出力する入力電圧補正部;及び、
前記入力電圧補正部から出力される前記補正済みの前記外部入力電圧が入力され、モジュールの内部回路に、固定された出力電圧を出力するレギュレータを、含み、
前記入力電圧補正部は、
直列接続された第1抵抗(Ra)及び第2抵抗(Rb)を含み、前記第1抵抗(Ra)及び第2抵抗(Rb)は、2つの入力端(VIN+)、(VIN−)の間に接続される入力端分配部と、
直列接続された第3抵抗(Rc)及びツェナーダイオード(ZD)を含み、前記第3抵抗(Rc)及びツェナーダイオード(ZD)は、前記2つの入力端(VIN+)、(VIN−)の間に接続される定電圧分類部と、
比較器を含み、前記比較器は、前記入力端分配部の第1抵抗(Ra)及び第2抵抗(Rb)の間の接続点が接続された非反転入力端子と、前記定電圧分類部の第3抵抗(Rc)及びツェナーダイオード(ZD)の間の接続点が接続された反転入力端子とを有する電圧比較部を含み、
前記入力端分配部は、前記レギュレータで電圧を発生させるように、漸増加する前記外部入力電圧の増幅率を制御する、
スイッチャ電力変換器の出力電圧スロープ現象除去装置。 - 前記入力端分配部は、前記レギュレータが電圧を発生させるために、前記外部入力電圧の前記増幅率を調節し、
前記定電圧分類部は、漸増加する外部入力電圧を定電圧に変換し、前記定電圧が特定電圧値以上に増加しないように維持され、
前記電圧比較部は、前記入力端分配部から出力される電圧が前記定電圧分類部から出力される電圧より大きい場合に、漸増加する前記外部入力電圧を出力する、
請求項1に記載のスイッチャ電力変換器の出力電圧スロープ現象除去装置。 - 前記定電圧分類部は、入力端から印加される、漸増加する外部入力電圧を、ツェナーダイオード(ZD)のツェナー電圧に基づいて、特定電圧値に変換して維持する、
請求項1に記載のスイッチャ電力変換器の出力電圧スロープ現象除去装置。 - 前記電圧比較部の反転入力端子が前記定電圧分類部によって特定電圧値に維持され、
前記入力端分配部の前記増幅率に基づいて、漸増加する外部入力電圧が前記電圧比較部の非反転入力端子に印加される、
請求項1に記載のスイッチャ電力変換器の出力電圧スロープ現象除去装置。 - 前記電圧比較部の非反転入力端子に印加される最初の外部入力電圧は、前記電圧比較部の反転入力端子で維持される前記特定電圧値より小さい電圧値である、
請求項4に記載のスイッチャ電力変換器の出力電圧スロープ現象除去装置。 - 前記電圧比較部の非反転入力端子の電圧が、前記電圧比較部の反転入力端子の電圧より大きくなるように漸増加した場合、前記電圧比較部は、漸増加する外部入力電圧を前記レギュレータに出力する、
請求項4に記載のスイッチャ電力変換器の出力電圧スロープ現象除去装置。 - 前記電圧比較部から出力される前記外部入力電圧は、前記レギュレータのイネーブル(enable)端子に入力される、
