Description
本出願は2017年11月28日付韓国特許出願第10−2017−0160625号および2018年10月31日付韓国特許出願第10−2018−0132203号に基づいた優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示された全ての内容は本明細書の一部として含まれる。
(1)GPCによって測定された重量平均分子量が15万〜20万(g/mol)であり、分子量分布が2.4以下;
(2)x軸がlogMwであり、y軸がdw/dlogMwであるGPC曲線で、LogMwが4.5未満である領域の積分値がx軸全体積分値の8%以下;
(3)x軸がlogMwであり、y軸がdw/dlogMwであるGPC曲線で、LogMwが6より大きい領域の積分値がx軸全体積分値の0.95%以上;および
残留応力比率0.20%以上。
Mは、4族遷移金属であり、
X1およびX2は、それぞれ独立して互いに同一であるかまたは異なるハロゲンであり、
Aは、シリコンまたはゲルマニウムであり、
R1およびR2は、それぞれ独立して互いに同一であるかまたは異なり、C1-20アルキルまたはC6-20アリールであり、
R3およびR4は、それぞれ独立して互いに同一であるかまたは異なり、C7-40アルキルアリールである。
(1)GPCによって測定された重量平均分子量が15万〜20万(g/mol)であり、分子量分布が2.4以下;
(2)x軸がlogMwであり、y軸がdw/dlogMwであるGPC曲線で、LogMwが4.5未満である領域の積分値がx軸全体積分値の8%以下;
(3)x軸がlogMwであり、y軸がdw/dlogMwであるGPC曲線で、LogMwが6より大きい領域の積分値がx軸全体積分値の0.95%以上;および
残留応力比率0.20%以上。
残留応力比率=(RS1/RS0)*100
上記計算式1中、RS0は235℃下で前記ホモポリプロピレンに200%の変形を加えた後0.05秒未満のある一つの時点(t0)での残留応力であり、RS1は235℃下でホモポリプロピレンに200%の変形を加えた後0.05秒〜1.50秒の間のある一つの時点(t1)での残留応力である。
Mは、4族遷移金属であり、
X1およびX2は、それぞれ独立して互いに同一であるかまたは異なるハロゲンであり、
Aは、シリコンまたはゲルマニウムであり、
R1およびR2は、それぞれ独立して互いに同一であるかまたは異なり、C1-20アルキルまたはC6-20アリールであり、
R3およびR4は、それぞれ独立して互いに同一であるかまたは異なり、C7-40アルキルアリールである。

上記化学式2中、
R11は、互いに同一であるかまたは異なってもよく、それぞれ独立してハロゲン;C1-20の炭化水素;またはハロゲンで置換されたC1-20の炭化水素であり;
mは、2以上の整数であり;

上記化学式3中、
R12は、前記化学式2のR 11 で定義されたとおりであり;
Jは、アルミニウムまたはボロンであり;

[E−H]+[ZA4]-または[E]+[ZA4]-
上記化学式4中、
Eは、中性または陽イオン性ルイス塩基であり;
Hは、水素原子であり;
Zは、13族元素であり;
Aは、互いに同一であるかまたは異なってもよく、それぞれ独立して1以上の水素原子がハロゲン、C1-20の炭化水素、アルコキシまたはフェノキシで置換または非置換されたC6-20のアリール基またはC1-20のアルキル基である。
(メタロセン担持触媒製造)
各触媒組成物をオイル/グリース(oil/grease)と混合して16重量%の混合物(マッド触媒形態)に製造した。そして、前記混合物と20kg/hのプロピレンを予備重合反応器(pre−polymerization reactor、反応器温度20℃、圧力15kgf/cm2)に共に投入した後(滞留時間8min)、連続的にループ反応器(loop reactor)に移動させて投入させた。
通常の方法で実施例1〜3および比較例1〜3の重合体に対して下記の方法で物性を評価した。
前記実施例と比較例によるホモポリプロピレンに対して、それぞれ試料を取って235℃下で200%の変形(strain)を加えた後、10分間残留応力の変化を測定した。

残留応力比率(Y)=(RS1/RS0)*100
前記計算式1で、RS0は235℃下で合成樹脂試料に200%の変形を加えた後、0.02秒(t0)での残留応力であり、RS1は235℃下で合成樹脂試料に200%の変形を加えた後、1.00秒(t1)での残留応力である。
Claims (16)
- 下記条件を満足するホモポリプロピレン:
(1)GPCによって測定された重量平均分子量が15万〜20万(g/mol)であり、分子量分布が2.4以下;
(2)x軸がlogMwであり、y軸がdw/dlogMwであるGPC曲線で、LogMwが4.5未満である領域の積分値がx軸全体積分値の8%以下;
(3)x軸がlogMwであり、y軸がdw/dlogMwであるGPC曲線で、LogMwが6より大きい領域の積分値がx軸全体積分値の0.95%以上;および
下記計算式1によって算出される残留応力比率0.20%以上。

残留応力比率=(RS 1 /RS 0 )*100
前記計算式1中、RS 0 は235℃下でホモポリプロピレンに200%の変形を加えた後0.02秒(t 0 )での残留応力であり、RS 1 は235℃下でホモポリプロピレンに200%の変形を加えた後1.00秒(t 1 )での残留応力である。 - GPCによって測定された分子量分布が2.0〜2.4である、請求項1に記載のホモポリプロピレン。
- 引張降伏強度(Tensile Strength at Yield)が350〜400kg/cm2であり、
屈曲強度(Flexural Strength)が480〜520kg/cm2であり、
屈曲モジュラス(Flexural modulus)が15500〜16800kg/cm2である、請求項1または2に記載のホモポリプロピレン。 - 前記方法は、
化学式1の化合物0.1〜5.0重量%を含む触媒組成物およびプロピレン単量体を予備重合反応器に投入する段階;
前記予備重合反応器に投入された触媒組成物およびプロピレン単量体の混合物をループ反応器に連続的に移動させる段階;および
200ppm以下の水素が投入されるループ反応器でプロピレン単量体を重合する段階を含む、請求項4に記載のホモポリプロピレンの樹脂の製造方法。 - 前記R1およびR2は、それぞれ独立してC1-6直鎖または分枝鎖アルキルである、請求項4または5に記載のホモポリプロピレンの製造方法。
- 前記R1およびR2は、それぞれ独立してメチル、エチル、tert−ブチルである、請求項4〜6のいずれかに記載のホモポリプロピレンの製造方法。
- 前記R3およびR4は、それぞれ独立してC1-6分枝鎖アルキル基で置換されたフェニル基である、請求項4〜7のいずれかに記載のホモポリプロピレンの製造方法。
- 前記R3およびR4は、それぞれ独立してtert−ブチルフェニルである、請求項4〜8のいずれかに記載のホモポリプロピレンの製造方法。
- 前記Mはジルコニウムであり、Aはシリコンである、請求項4〜9のいずれかに記載のホモポリプロピレンの製造方法。
- 前記化学式1の化合物は担体に担持された、請求項4〜10のいずれかに記載のホモポリプロピレンの製造方法。
- 前記触媒組成物は、化学式1の化合物に加えて、下記化学式2で表される化合物、化学式3で表される化合物および化学式4で表される化合物のうちの1種以上を追加的に含む、請求項4〜11のいずれかに記載のホモポリプロピレン樹脂の製造方法:

R11は、互いに同一であるかまたは異なってもよく、それぞれ独立してハロゲン;C1-20の炭化水素;またはハロゲンで置換されたC1-20の炭化水素であり;

前記化学式3中、
R12は、前記化学式2のR11で定義されたとおりであり;
Jは、アルミニウムまたはボロンであり;

前記化学式4中、
Eは、中性または陽イオン性ルイス塩基であり;
Hは、水素原子であり;
Zは、13族元素であり;
Aは、互いに同一であるかまたは異なってもよく、それぞれ独立して1以上の水素原子がハロゲン、C1−20の炭化水素、アルコキシまたはフェノキシで置換または非置換された炭素数6〜20のアリール基またはC1−20のアルキル基である。 - 前記触媒組成物は、0.1〜5重量%の化学式1の化合物を含む触媒組成物に分散剤をさらに含む分散溶液である、請求項4〜12のいずれかに記載のホモポリプロピレンの製造方法。
- 前記予備重合反応器で、触媒組成物およびプロピレン単量体の滞留時間は5〜10分になるように維持する、請求項5に記載のホモポリプロピレンの製造方法。
- 前記ループ反応器で、触媒組成物およびプロピレン単量体の滞留時間は10〜120分になるように維持する、請求項5に記載のホモポリプロピレンの製造方法。
- 前記水素投入量は100〜200ppmである、請求項4〜15のいずれかに記載のホモポリプロピレンの製造方法。
