Description
ここで本発明の実施形態を、以下の添付図面を参照しながら、例証としてのみであるが説明する。
ヒーターの発熱体および電気接点を形成するために、Epoxy Technology Inc. of Billerica Montana USAで入手可能なEpoTek (RTM) H20E、銀が付加されたエポキシ導電性接着剤を、Sterlitech Corporation of Kent Washington USAで入手可能なSterlitech GB140、ガラスファイバー毛細管材料で形成される毛細管本体上にニードルチップにより手動で分散した。ヒーターを測定するため、3秒間ヒーターに電流を入れるためにAgilent N6705Bプログラム可能な電源を使用した。電流が、4.3Wの電力を用いて3.55Vの電圧で供給された。試験手順の間、毛細管本体の外側表面の温度を記録するために赤外線カメラを使用した。
ヒーターの発熱体および電気接点を形成するために、Epoxy Technology Inc. of Billerica Montana USAで入手可能なEpoTek (RTM) H20E、銀が付加されたエポキシ導電性接着剤を、20ミクロンの空孔サイズおよび40〜45パーセントの空隙率を有する多孔性セラミック毛細管材料で形成される毛細管本体上にニードルチップにより手動で分散した。ヒーターを測定するため、3秒間ヒーターに電流を入れるためにAgilent N6705Bプログラム可能な電源を使用した。電流が、4.3Wの電力を用いて3.55Vの電圧で供給された。ヒーター抵抗は2.3オームと測定された。試験手順の間、毛細管本体の外側表面の温度を記録するために赤外線カメラを使用し、最高温度は185℃であることが分かった。

- エアロゾル発生システム用のヒーター組立品であって、前記ヒーター組立品が、
エアロゾルを形成するために液体エアロゾル形成基体を加熱するように構成された電気発熱体と、
多孔性外側表面を有し、前記電気発熱体へ前記液体エアロゾル形成基体を運ぶように構成され、前記電気発熱体が前記多孔性外側表面に沿って配置された毛細管本体とを備え、
前記ヒーター組立品の第一の側が、液体エアロゾル形成基体を受け取るように構成され、前記ヒーター組立品の前記第一の側に対して反対側に、前記電気発熱体に隣接して、前記電気発熱体を通過して延びる気流経路を画定する第一の気流チャネルが配置されて、前記エアロゾルを運ぶように構成され、
空気吸込み口から前記ヒーター組立品に向かって第二の気流チャネルが第一の方向に延び、前記ヒーター組立品から空気出口に第三の気流チャネルが前記第一の方向とは反対の第二の方向に延び、

ヒーター組立品とを備え、前記ヒーター組立品が、
エアロゾルを形成するために前記液体エアロゾル形成基体を加熱するように構成された電気発熱体と、
多孔性外側表面を有し、前記電気発熱体へ前記液体エアロゾル形成基体を運ぶように構成され、前記電気発熱体が前記多孔性外側表面に沿って配置された毛細管本体とを備え、
前記液体貯蔵部分が、前記ヒーター組立品の第一の側に配置され、前記ヒーター組立品の前記第一の側に対して反対側に、前記電気発熱体に隣接して、前記電気発熱体を通過して延びる気流経路を画定する第一の気流チャネルが配置されて、前記エアロゾルを運ぶように構成され、
