Claims (2)
- デジタル印刷機(1)のインクジェット印刷部(6)で印刷画像を印刷した印刷基材(11)上に塗料を塗布する後続処理を行う塗工部(8)における塗料調量ローラと版胴との間の面圧、または版胴と前記印刷基材(11)との間の面圧とを調節するための調整値(14)を前記塗工部(8)にセッティングする方法であって、
前記デジタル印刷機(1)の制御コンピュータ(16)において設定された設定プログラムにより、様々な前記調整値(14)を複数生成し、
複数の様々な前記調整値(14)をQRコード(登録商標)またはバーコードの態様で前記印刷基材(11)上の複数箇所にインクジェット印刷部(6)で印刷し、
複数の様々な前記調整値(14)でそれぞれ調整された塗工部(8)による後続処理の複数のテストパターンを、前記印刷基材(11)上の前記テストパターンに対応するQRコード(登録商標)または前記バーコードの態様で印刷した前記調整値(14)の隣の領域(12)に塗布し、
前記印刷基材(11)上に塗布された複数の前記テストパターンから、ユーザにより選択されたQRコード(登録商標)またはバーコードを光学式のセンサにより検出し、
印刷基材(11)上の後続処理のために、前記光学式のセンサで検出した前記調整値(14)を前記塗工部(8)にセッティングする、
方法。 - 前記調整値(14)の前記塗工部(8)へのセッティングは、設定プログラムを用いてユーザが調整する、
