Description
Claims (11)
- 20mol%〜60mol%のMg(PO3)2を含むメタリン酸塩(metaphosphate)組成物と、
20mol%〜60mol%のBaF2及び0mol%〜40mol%のCaF2を含むフッ素(fluoride)組成物と、
ErF3及びYbF3のみからなるドーパント(dopant)とで構成されることを特徴とする能動素子用フッ素リン酸塩系ガラス。 - 前記ErF3は3mol%であり、
前記YbF3は3mol%〜6mol%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の能動素子用フッ素リン酸塩系ガラス。 - 前記Mg(PO3)2は30mol%であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の能動素子用フッ素リン酸塩系ガラス。
- 前記CaF2は20mol%であり、BaF 2 が20mol%〜50mol%であり、Mg(PO 3 ) 2 が20mol%〜50mol%であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の能動素子用フッ素リン酸塩系ガラス。
- 前記BaF2は40mol%〜50mol%であり、前記CaF2は10mol%〜20mol%であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の能動素子用フッ素リン酸塩系ガラス。
- 前記Mg(PO3)2は30mol%〜40mol%であり、前記BaF2は30mol%〜40mol%であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の能動素子用フッ素リン酸塩系ガラス。
- 前記YbF3は4mol%であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の能動素子用フッ素リン酸塩系ガラス。
- 前記Mg(PO3)2は30mol%であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の能動素子用フッ素リン酸塩系ガラス。
- 前記CaF2は20mol%であり、BaF 2 が20mol%〜50mol%であり、Mg(PO 3 ) 2 が20mol%〜50mol%であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の能動素子用フッ素リン酸塩系ガラス。
- 前記BaF2は40mol%〜50mol%であり、
前記CaF2は10mol%〜20mol%であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の能動素子用フッ素リン酸塩系ガラス。 - 前記Mg(PO3)2は30mol%〜40mol%であり、
前記BaF2は30mol%〜40mol%であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の能動素子用フッ素リン酸塩系ガラス。
