Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態に係る密閉型圧縮機の縦断面図である。密閉型圧縮機1は、密閉容器10と、冷媒を圧縮する圧縮機構部20と、圧縮機構部20を駆動する電動機30とを有する。圧縮機構部20及び電動機30は密閉容器10に収容されている。圧縮機構部20は密閉容器10の下部に位置し、電動機30は密閉容器10の上部に位置している。

- 密閉容器と、前記密閉容器に収容され、冷媒を圧縮する圧縮機構部と、前記密閉容器に収容され、前記圧縮機構部を駆動する電動機とを有し、
前記圧縮機構部は、中空のシリンダと、前記電動機により回転するクランクシャフトと、前記クランクシャフトの偏芯軸に嵌合し、前記シリンダの内周面に沿って偏芯回転するローリングピストンと、前記シリンダの内周面と前記ローリングピストンの外周面とで形成される冷媒の圧縮室を高圧領域と低圧領域とに区画するベーンと、前記ローリングピストンの偏芯回転に追従するよう前記ベーンを前記ローリングピストンの外周面に付勢するバネとを有する密閉型圧縮機であって、
前記密閉容器の胴部に設けられ、前記バネを収容する収容器を備え、
前記収容器は、円筒状の部材であり、前記収容器の両端部のうちの一方の端部には底面が設けられ、前記底面により前記一方の端部は閉塞し、前記収容器の両端部のうちの他方の端部は開口し、かつ前記圧縮室と連通しており、
前記収容器は、前記クランクシャフトの軸芯から前記密閉容器の外方へ向かう外力に対する強度が前記密閉容器よりも低い脆弱部を、前記底面に有しており、
前記収容器は、前記他方の端部が前記クランクシャフトの軸芯側に位置し、前記収容器の軸芯が前記シリンダの径方向に沿うよう配置されており、
前記クランクシャフトの軸芯から前記脆弱部までの前記シリンダの径方向に沿った長さが、前記クランクシャフトの軸芯から前記密閉容器の外周面までの前記シリンダの径方向に沿った長さよりも短くならないよう、前記収容器は位置決めされている密閉型圧縮機。 - 前記脆弱部は、前記底面において環状に形成された溝により形成されている請求項1に記載の密閉型圧縮機。
- 前記バネの座巻は前記溝に配置されている請求項2に記載の密閉型圧縮機。
