Description
その他にも、ワークに不純物が混ざっている場合等には、ワークの素材の部分と不純物の部分とでアーク放電の発生頻度が変わるため、偏った放電が発生し易くなり、これが原因でワイヤの断線が発生しやすくなる。
図1は本発明の一実施形態によるワイヤ断線予測装置の要部を示す概略的なハードウェア構成図である。本実施形態のワイヤ断線予測装置1は、ワイヤ放電加工機を制御する制御装置として実装することができる。また、ワイヤ断線予測装置1は、ワイヤ放電加工機を制御する制御装置と併設されたパソコンや、ワイヤ放電加工機を制御する制御装置とネットワークを介して接続された管理装置3,セルコンピュータ、フォグコンピュータ、クラウドサーバ等のコンピュータとして実装することが出来る。本実施形態では、ワイヤ断線予測装置1を、ワイヤ放電加工機を制御する制御装置と有線/無線のネットワーク7を介して接続されたコンピュータとして実装した場合の例を示す。
上ガイド215と下ガイド217の間の放電加工領域には放電加工対象となるワーク(図示せず)がテーブル(図示せず)に載置され、ワイヤ電極201に加工用電源から高周波電圧が印加され放電加工がなされる。また、ワイヤ放電加工機2本体は制御装置240によって制御される。
例えば、上記した実施形態ではワイヤ断線予測装置1と機械学習装置300が異なるCPU(プロセッサ)を有する装置として説明しているが、機械学習装置300はワイヤ断線予測装置1が備えるCPU11と、ROM12に記憶されるシステム・プログラムにより実現するようにしても良い。

Claims (5)
- ワイヤ放電加工機におけるワークの加工時のワイヤ断線リスクを推定するワイヤ断線予測装置であって、
前記ワイヤ放電加工機によるワークの加工時に該ワークの加工に係るデータを取得するデータ取得部と、
前記データ取得部が取得したデータに基づいて、ワークの加工において指令される加工に係る条件である加工条件データと、加工に用いられる部材に係る加工部材データと、ワークの加工時の加工状態データとを、加工の状態を示す状態データとして作成する前処理部と、
前記前処理部が作成した状態データに基づいて、前記ワイヤ放電加工機における加工状態と、該ワイヤ放電加工機におけるワイヤ電極の断線発生の可能性の有無及び断線原因との相関性を複数のクラス集合で示す学習モデルを用いた機械学習に係る処理を実行する機械学習装置と、
を備えたワイヤ断線予測装置。 - 前記前処理部は、前記データ取得部が取得したデータに基づいて、前記状態データと、該状態データが取得された際のワイヤ電極の断線発生の有無及び断線が発生した場合にはその断線原因をラベル値としたラベルデータとを作成し、
前記機械学習装置は、前記状態データ及び前記ラベルデータに基づいて、前記ラベルデータが取るラベル値のそれぞれに対応するクラス集合を作成することにより学習モデルを生成する学習部を備える、
請求項1に記載のワイヤ断線予測装置。 - 前記機械学習装置は、
前記ワイヤ放電加工機における加工状態と、該ワイヤ放電加工機におけるワイヤ電極の断線発生の可能性の有無及び断線原因との相関性を複数のクラス集合で示す学習モデルを記憶する学習モデル記憶部と、
前記前処理部が作成した状態データに基づいて、前記学習モデル記憶部に記憶された学習モデルを用いた前記ワイヤ放電加工機におけるワイヤ電極の断線発生の可能性の有無及び断線原因を推定する推定部と、
を備える
請求項1に記載のワイヤ断線予測装置。 - 前記推定部は、前記前処理部が作成した状態データと、前記学習モデルにおける複数のクラス集合とを用いたk−近傍法により、前記ワイヤ放電加工機におけるワイヤ電極の断線発生の可能性の有無及び断線原因を推定する、
請求項3に記載のワイヤ断線予測装置。 - 前記推定部の推定結果に基づいて、前記ワイヤ放電加工機の加工条件を変更する加工条件調整部を更に備える、
