Description
次に、口金22の締結について説明する。口金22を胴体部12の内部へと挿入する際は、当接部26に対する締結具30の締結を、当接部26の鋸歯部56における先端が胴体補強層14の内周面と当接する程度に緩めた状態にすることで、突起部24は径方向内側に配置されるため、突起部24ひいては口金22が胴体部12の内部に挿入可能となる。このとき、突起部24は、フランジ部64が胴体補強層14の端面66と当接することでそれ以上の胴体部12の内部への移動が制限される。
本実施形態では、まず、図3に示されるように、第1工程によって、シート状の第1補強層14Aにシート状の第2補強層14Bが貼り付けられる。次いで、第2工程によって、図4に示されるように、第1補強層14Aの繊維方向が周方向に沿うように胴体部12の外周面16に巻き付ける。その後、第1補強層14A及び第2補強層14Bの外周外側から図示しないラッピングテープを巻き付けた上で第1補強層14A及び第2補強層14Bを硬化させることで、胴体補強層14が形成される。ここで、本実施形態では、第1工程を経ることによって第1補強層14Aと第2補強層14Bとが貼り合わされることから、繊維方向が異なる第1補強層14Aと第2補強層14Bとをそれぞれ別工程ではなく第2工程にて同時に胴体部12の外周面16に巻き付けることができる。したがって、組立工数を増加させることなく高圧タンク10の剛性を向上させることができる。これにより、生産性を向上させることができる。

Claims (4)
- 円筒状に形成されると共に、軸方向の少なくとも一方の端部が開口された胴体部と、
前記胴体部の開口された前記端部の内部に少なくとも一部が挿入されることで前記端部を閉塞している口金と、
シート状に形成されて前記胴体部の外周面に層状に巻き付けられると共に、前記胴体部の周方向を繊維方向とする繊維強化樹脂により構成された第1補強層と、前記胴体部の略軸方向を繊維方向とする繊維強化樹脂により構成されると共に前記第1補強層と一体化されかつ前記第1補強層の厚さ方向における一部の範囲に設けられた第2補強層と、を有する胴体補強層と、
を有する高圧容器。 - 前記口金は、前記胴体部の径方向外側へ押圧されることで前記胴体部の軸方向と略直交する方向にて前記胴体補強層へ食い込む突起部を有していると共に、
前記第2補強層は、前記胴体補強層の厚さ方向における前記胴体部の外周面の近傍部以外の範囲に設けられている、
請求項1記載の高圧容器。 - 円筒状に形成されると共に、軸方向の少なくとも一方の端部が開口された胴体部と、
前記胴体部の外周面に設けられると共に前記胴体部の周方向を繊維方向とする繊維強化樹脂により構成された第1補強層と、前記胴体部の略軸方向を繊維方向とする繊維強化樹脂により構成されると共に前記第1補強層と一体化されかつ前記第1補強層の厚さ方向における一部の範囲に設けられた第2補強層と、を有する胴体補強層と、
を有する高圧容器に適用される胴体補強層巻き付け方法であって、
シート状の前記第1補強層にシート状の前記第2補強層を貼り合わせる第1工程と、
前記第2補強層が貼り合わされた前記第1補強層を、前記第1補強層の繊維方向が前記胴体部の周方向に沿うように前記胴体部の外周面に巻き付けて前記胴体補強層を形成する第2工程と、
を有する、
ことを特徴とする胴体補強層巻き付け方法。 - 円筒状に形成されると共に、軸方向の少なくとも一方の端部が開口された胴体部と、
