Description
図1は、実施の形態1に係る冷凍サイクル装置の構成例を示すブロック図である。図1に示す冷凍サイクル装置120は、実施の形態1及び後述する実施の形態2に係る電動機駆動装置の応用例である。なお、図1では、セパレート形の空気調和機を例示しているが、セパレート形には限定されない。また、本実施の形態では、冷凍サイクル装置120が空気調和機を構成する例を説明するが、冷凍サイクル装置120は空気調和機に限定されず、冷蔵庫及び冷凍庫といった冷凍サイクルを備える機器に適用可能である。
図5は、実施の形態2に係る電動機駆動装置100を含む電動機駆動システム150の構成を示す回路図である。また、図6は、実施の形態2に係る電動機駆動装置100におけるインバータ1a,1b及び切替部3の詳細構成を示す回路図である。実施の形態2に係る電動機駆動装置100における実施の形態1との相違点は、電動機2を2台のインバータ1a,1bを備えたインバータ群1Aで駆動する点、切替部3とインバータ1a,1bとの間の接続構成、及び切替部3と電動機2との間の接続構成が異なる点である。以下、これらの相違点を中心に説明する。なお、図2に示す実施の形態1の部位と同一又は同等の部位には同一の符号を付して重複する説明は適宜省略する。
Claims (13)
- 三相巻線を構成する巻線群を3以上備えた電動機を駆動するために用いられる電動機駆動装置であって、
3以上の前記巻線群の巻線の接続を切り替える複数の切替部と、
前記電動機を駆動するための少なくとも1台のインバータと、
前記インバータ及び複数の前記切替部を制御する制御装置と、
を備え、
各々の前記切替部は、1つの前記巻線群と他の1つの前記巻線群との間に設けられ、相ごとに1回路1接点のスイッチと、1回路2接点のスイッチとを備え、
各々の前記切替部の前記スイッチを動作させて、3以上の前記巻線群における巻線を相ごとに直列接続、並列接続又は直並列接続に切り替える
電動機駆動装置。 - 運転モードによって、前記巻線群における巻線の接続状態を異なる状態に切り替える請求項1に記載の電動機駆動装置。
- 前記電動機の回転速度、インバータ周波数又は前記インバータの変調率によって、前記巻線群における巻線の接続状態を異なる状態に切り替える請求項1又は2に記載の電動機駆動装置。
- 前記回転速度が小さくなるに従って、前記巻線を直列接続に変更し、前記回転速度が大きくなるに従って、前記巻線を並列接続に変更する
請求項3に記載の電動機駆動装置。 - 前記インバータ周波数が小さくなるに従って、前記巻線を直列接続に変更し、前記インバータ周波数が大きくなるに従って、前記巻線を並列接続に変更する
請求項3に記載の電動機駆動装置。 - 前記変調率が小さくなるに従って、前記巻線を直列接続に変更し、前記変調率が大きくなるに従って、前記巻線を並列接続に変更する
請求項3に記載の電動機駆動装置。 - 前記電動機の中性点は1つであり、前記巻線の接続が変更された場合でも前記中性点の接続が維持される請求項1から6の何れか1項に記載の電動機駆動装置。
- 前記切替部を動作させて前記電動機における線間のインダクタンス又は線間の抵抗値を可変する
請求項1から7の何れか1項に記載の電動機駆動装置。 - 前記切替部を動作させて前記電動機に誘起される相誘起電圧又は線間誘起電圧を可変する
請求項1から7の何れか1項に記載の電動機駆動装置。 - 前記巻線の接続を変更するための前記切替部への制御信号が1つの信号である
請求項1から9の何れか1項に記載の電動機駆動装置。 - 前記切替部に半導体リレー又はパワーリレーを用いる
請求項1から10の何れか1項に記載の電動機駆動装置。 - 請求項1から11の何れか1項に記載の電動機駆動装置を備え、前記電動機が冷凍サイクルの圧縮機として搭載されている冷凍サイクル装置。
- 請求項12に記載の冷凍サイクル装置を備えた空気調和機。
