Claims (4)
- ポンプ室への液の吸入動作と前記ポンプ室からの液の吐出動作を行なうプランジャポンプであって、前記吸入動作の際の前記ポンプ室内の圧力が前記吐出動作の際よりも低下するプランジャポンプと、
前記プランジャポンプの入口側に設けられ、球状の弁体と前記弁体を着座させるための弁座を有し、前記ポンプ室内の圧力に応じて前記弁体が前記弁座へ着座する方向と前記弁座から離脱する方向へ受動的に動作する逆止弁と、
前記ポンプ室内の圧力を検出する圧力センサと、
前記圧力センサにより検出される前記ポンプ室内の圧力と予め設定されたしきい値とを比較し、前記ポンプ室内の圧力が前記しきい値以下になったときに前記弁体と前記弁座との吸着を検知するように構成された吸着検知部と、を備えた送液装置。 - 前記逆止弁は、前記弁座に着座している前記弁体を前記弁座から離脱させる方向へ能動的に駆動するための弁体駆動部を有し、
前記送液装置は、前記弁体駆動部の動作を制御するための弁体駆動制御部を備え、
前記弁体駆動制御部は、前記吸着検知部が前記弁体と前記弁座との吸着を検知したときにのみ、前記弁体駆動部によって前記弁体を前記弁座から離脱させる方向へ能動的に駆動するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の送液装置。 - 前記弁体駆動部は、前記弁座の内側で動作可能に設けられたピン、及び前記ピンで前記弁体を前記弁座から離脱させる方向へ押圧するように前記ピンを動作させる作動部を備え、
前記ピンのうち少なくとも前記弁座の内側と摺動する部分が、前記弁座と同じ材料で構成されている、請求項2に記載の送液装置。 - 前記弁体駆動部は、前記弁座の内側で動作可能に設けられたピン、及び前記ピンで前記弁体を前記弁座から離脱させる方向へ押圧するように前記ピンを動作させる作動部を備え、
前記ピンの外周面又は前記弁座の内側面の少なくともいずれか一方にダイヤモンドライクカーボンによるコーティングが施されている、請求項2に記載の送液装置。
