Claims (13)
- 大径および調整可能なピッチ角を持つ超低騒音工業用の軸流ファンであって、前記軸流ファンはブレード(1)を備え、前記ブレード(1)は、
稼働状態において前記ファンの回転方向に対向する前記ブレード(1)の前縁(1l)である正面縁及び前記ブレード(1)の後縁(1t)である背面縁と、
前記ブレード(1)を前記ファンのロータに固定するための翼根部(1r)、前記翼根部から延びる第1ブレード部分(1a)、及び前記第1ブレード部分(1a)から延びる第2ブレード部分(1b)と、を含み、
前記第1ブレード部分(1a)によって規定される前記前縁(1l)部分及び前記第1ブレード部分(1a)によって規定される前記後縁(1t)部分の両方を含む平面への前記ブレードの投影像がV字形を成すように、前記第1ブレード部分(1a)によって規定される前記前縁(1l)部分及び前記第2ブレード部分(1b)によって規定される前記前縁部分が直線状であり、異なる方向へ延びて、その間に鈍角(V)を形成している、軸流ファン。 - 前記ブレード(1)において、前記第1ブレード部分(1a)によって規定される前記前縁(1l)部分及び前記第1ブレード部分(1a)によって規定される前記後縁(1t)部分の両方を含む平面への前記ブレードの前記投影像がV字形を成すように、前記第1ブレード部分(1a)によって規定される前記後縁(1t)部分及び前記第2ブレード部分(1b)によって規定される前記後縁(1t)部分が異なる方向へ延びており、その間に鈍角(V)を形成していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の軸流ファン。
- 前記翼根部(1r)はピッチ調整軸X―Xを規定するように形成され、
前記第1ブレード部分(1a)によって規定される前記前縁(1l)部分及び前記第2ブレード部分(1b)によって規定される前記前縁(1l)部分によって規定される角度の頂点(Vv)が、前記ピッチ調整軸X―Xに対して一方側に位置し、前記前縁の向かい合う翼端(B及びC)は他方側に位置することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の軸流ファン。 - 前記翼根部(1r)はピッチ調整軸X―Xを定義するように形成され、
前記第1ブレード部分(1a)によって規定される前記前縁(1l)部分及び前記第2ブレード部分(1b)によって規定される前記前縁(1l)部分によって規定される角度の頂点(Vv)が、前記前縁の向かい合う翼端(B及びC)と共に前記ピッチ調整軸X―Xに対して一方側に位置することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の軸流ファン。 - 前記鈍角(V)は90°から170°の間の角度である、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の軸流ファン。
- 前記鈍角(V)は100°から120°の間の角度である、請求項5に記載の軸流ファン。
- 前記第1ブレード部分(1a)及び前記第2ブレード部分(1b)が結合する前記ブレードの部分において、鉛直方向平面における前記第1ブレード部分(1a)及び前記第2ブレード部分(1b)の負圧面の間の二面角が約195°である、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の軸流ファン。
- 前記ブレード(1)において、内側の前記第1ブレード部分(1a)が、直線状のブレードから始めて、ブレード翼形の一部をピッチ調整軸が前記ブレードの前記翼根部と交差する位置を通る鉛直方向軸を中心に後方へ反時計回りに回転させることにより得られ、外側の前記第2ブレード部分(1b)は、前記ブレード翼形の一部を前記ピッチ調整軸が前記ブレードの翼端部分と交差する位置を通る鉛直方向軸を中心に後方へ時計回りに回転させることにより得られる、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の軸流ファン。
- 前記ブレードあるいはその翼形部分は、アルミニウム、鋼、プラスチック、あるいは他の好適な材料を鋳造して形成した一体型ブレードである、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の軸流ファン。
- 前記第1ブレード部分(1a)及び前記第2ブレード部分(1b)が、前記前縁に丸みを帯びた角(V)を成す、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の軸流ファン。
- 前記第1ブレード部分(1a)及び前記第2ブレード部分(1b)が、前記後縁に丸みを帯びた角(V)を成す、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の軸流ファン。
- 前記第1ブレード部分(1a)及び前記第2ブレード部分(1b)が、わずかに湾曲した後縁を有する、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の軸流ファン。
- 前記ブレード(1)は前記ブレード(1)の翼端に小翼を備える、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の軸流ファン。
