Claims (15)
- ポータブルモバイルデバイスの作動方法であって、

血管サイズ算出器が、前記写真データから血管サイズを算出するステップと、
輪郭決定器が、少なくとも前記血管及び前記狭窄の輪郭を抽出するステップと、
再構成器が、前記得られた写真データ及び前記検出された輪郭に基づいて、血管モデルを再構成するステップと、
シミュレータが、少なくとも前記血管モデル及び前記算出された血管サイズを使用して、前記狭窄の近位側及び遠位側の前記血管内の血圧値及び血流値をシミュレートするステップと、
計算器が、前記シミュレートされた血圧値及び血流値から、血流予備量比の値を計算するステップと、
表示ユニットが、前記計算された血流予備量比の値を表示するステップと、

少なくとも前記血管モデル及び前記算出された血管サイズを使用して、前記狭窄の近位側及び遠位側の前記血管の血圧値及び血流値をシミュレートするシミュレータと、
前記シミュレートされた血圧値及び血流値から血流予備量比値を計算する計算器と、
前記計算された血流予備量比値を表示するディスプレイ、又は前記計算された血流予備量比値を表示する外部ディスプレイに対する接続部と、
を有するポータブルモバイルデバイス。 - 移動電話、タブレットコンピュータ、拡張現実グラス若しくはバイザー、又はカメラを装備したデスクトップ若しくはラップトップコンピュータである、請求項10に記載のポータブルモバイルデバイス。
- 狭窄を有する血管の狭窄情報を得るためのコンピュータプログラムであって、
ポータブルモバイルデバイスから、少なくとも狭窄を有する血管のセクションの表示された初期画像データを含む写真画像データを得るステップと、
前記得られた写真画像データから血管サイズを算出するステップと、
前記得られた写真画像データから前記血管及び前記狭窄の輪郭を検出するステップと、
少なくとも血管モデル及び前記算出された血管サイズを使用して、前記狭窄の近位側及び遠位側の前記血管内の血圧値及び血流値をシミュレートするステップと、
前記シミュレートされた血圧値及び血流値から血流予備量比の値を計算するステップと、
表示ユニットに、前記計算された血流予備量比の値を提供するステップと、
を実行するように適応されたソフトウェアコードを有する、コンピュータプログラム。
