Description
Claims (15)
- 狭窄を有する血管の狭窄情報を得る方法であって、
少なくとも表示ユニットに、前記狭窄を有する患者の関心領域の初期画像を表示するステップと、
ポータブルモバイルデバイスのカメラを使用して、前記関心領域の表示された前記初期画像の写真データを得るステップと、
前記写真データから血管サイズを算出するステップと、
少なくとも前記血管及び前記狭窄の輪郭を抽出するステップと、
前記得られた写真データ及び前記検出された輪郭に基づいて、血管モデルを再構成するステップと、
少なくとも前記血管モデル及び前記算出された血管サイズを使用して、前記狭窄の近位側及び遠位側の前記血管内の血圧値及び血流値をシミュレートするステップと、
前記シミュレートされた血圧値及び血流値から、血流予備量比の値を計算するステップと、
前記計算された血流予備量比の値を表示するステップと、
を有する方法。 - 前記関心領域の前記初期画像は、好適にはX線イメージングデータ、コンピュータトモグラフィイメージングデータ又は磁気共鳴イメージングデータを含むグループから選択される2D又は3D医療イメージングデータによって得られる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記血管は、前記狭窄の遮られないビューが表示されるような向きで表示される、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記写真データは、静止画像又は静止画像の連続を有する、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記静止画像は、一連の静止画像から手動で又は自動的に選択される、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記写真データは、前記写真データが得られた時間フレームに関する時間情報及び/又は前記写真データが得られた空間位置に関する位置情報を有する、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記血管サイズは、前記写真データ内の既知の構造を検出し、前記検出された既知の構造を、前記既知の構造の一般的な寸法と比較し、前記比較された寸法に基づいてスケールファクタを計算することによって、算出される、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記血管サイズは、ユーザ規定されるスケールファクタによって算出され又は影響を及ぼされる、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記血管及び/又は前記狭窄の前記輪郭が手動で決定される、請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記血管及び/又は前記狭窄の前記輪郭が、血管らしさフィルタによって自動的に決定される、請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記計算された血流予備量比の値は、前記狭窄の遠位側に単一の値として、又は前記血管に沿ったカラーコード化された圧力勾配として、表示される、請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 他の検査の推奨が更に表示される、請求項1乃至11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- ポータブルモバイルデバイスは、
狭窄を有する血管の少なくともセクションの表示された初期画像データから、写真画像データを得るためのカメラと、
前記得られた写真画像データから血管サイズを算出する血管サイズ算出器と、
前記得られた写真画像データから前記血管及び前記狭窄の輪郭を検出する輪郭決定器と、
前記得られた写真画像データ及び前記検出された輪郭に基づいて血管モデルを再構成する再構成器と、
少なくとも前記血管モデル及び前記算出された血管サイズを使用して、前記狭窄の近位側及び遠位側の前記血管の血圧値及び血流値をシミュレートするシミュレータと、
前記シミュレートされた血圧値及び血流値から血流予備量比値を計算する計算器と、
前記計算された血流予備量比値を表示するディスプレイ、又は前記計算された血流予備量比値を表示する外部ディスプレイに対する接続部と、
を有するポータブルモバイルデバイス。 - 移動電話、タブレットコンピュータ、拡張現実グラス若しくはバイザー、又はカメラを装備したデスクトップ若しくはラップトップコンピュータである、請求項10に記載のポータブルモバイルデバイス。
- 狭窄を有する血管の狭窄情報を得るためのコンピュータプログラムであって、
ポータブルモバイルデバイスから、少なくとも狭窄を有する血管のセクションの表示された初期画像データを含む写真画像データを得るステップと、
前記得られた写真画像データから血管サイズを算出するステップと、
前記得られた写真画像データから前記血管及び前記狭窄の輪郭を検出するステップと、
少なくとも血管モデル及び前記算出された血管サイズを使用して、前記狭窄の近位側及び遠位側の前記血管内の血圧値及び血流値をシミュレートするステップと、
前記シミュレートされた血圧値及び血流値から血流予備量比の値を計算するステップと、
表示ユニットに、前記計算された血流予備量比の値を提供するステップと、
を実行するように適応されたソフトウェアコードを有する、コンピュータプログラム。
