Claims (12)
- 冠血流予備量比値ルックアップテーブルに対する予め定義された狭窄特性を含むメモリと、
患者の血管内の狭窄に関する、前記狭窄の画像データから決定される少なくとも1つの特性を、前記ルックアップテーブル内の特性にマップし、前記特性に対応する冠血流予備量比値を識別するメトリック決定部と、
前記画像データと前記の識別された冠血流予備量比値とを視覚的に提示するディスプレイと、
を含むシステム。 - 前記少なくとも1つの特性は、前記狭窄の長さと前記狭窄の直径とを含む、請求項1のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの特性は、前記狭窄のある位置の血管曲率、前記狭窄の分岐点に対する距離、又は血管種別のうち、1又は複数をさらに含む、請求項1又は2のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの特性は、前記患者に関する少なくとも1つの特性をさらに含み、前記患者に関する少なくとも1つの特性は、前記患者の血圧又は年齢の少なくとも一つを含む、請求項1乃至3のうちいずれか1項のシステム。
- 前記ルックアップテーブルは、総合的なソフトウェア動脈モデルを用いて予め算出される、請求項1乃至4のうちいずれか1項のシステム。
- 前記メトリック決定部は、前記少なくとも1つの特性と前記ルックアップテーブル内のエントリとの間の直接のマッチが存在しない場合、前記ルックアップテーブル内の複数の隣接するエントリ間に内挿する、請求項1乃至5のうちいずれか1項のシステム。
- 前記メトリック決定部は、前記少なくとも1つの特性と前記ルックアップテーブル内のエントリとの間の直接のマッチが存在しない場合、前記ルックアップテーブル内の最も近いマッチを選択する、請求項1乃至5のうちいずれか1項のシステム。
- 前記メトリック決定部は、前記少なくとも1つの特性と前記ルックアップテーブル内のエントリとの間の直接のマッチが存在しない場合、前記ルックアップテーブル内の複数の隣接するエントリの平均値を求める、請求項1乃至5のうちいずれか1項のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの特性は、少なくとも2つの特性を含み、前記メトリック決定部は、マッピングのために異なるように前記少なくとも2つの特性を重み付けする、請求項1乃至5のうちいずれか1項のシステム。
- 前記画像データは、前記狭窄の重症度を示すカラーオーバーレイを用いて表示される、請求項1乃至9のうちいずれか1項のシステム。
- 前記冠血流予備量比値に基づいて、推奨される処置方針を示す信号を生成する推奨部、
をさらに含む請求項1乃至10のうちいずれか1項のシステム。 - コンピュータ読取可能命令を用いて符号化されたコンピュータ読取可能記憶媒体であって、前記コンピュータ読取可能命令は、プロセッサにより実行されると、前記プロセッサに、冠血流予備量比値ルックアップテーブルに対する予め定義された狭窄特性と、患者の血管内の狭窄に関する、前記狭窄の画像データから決定される少なくとも1つの特性とに基づいて、患者のための冠血流予備量比値を決定させる、コンピュータ読取可能記憶媒体。
