高炉ガスは、一般的に、様々なタイプのバーナにおける燃料ガスとしての使用を許容する、比較的高い一酸化炭素含有量、例えば、約20〜28%を有する。しかしながら、高炉から出てくる高炉ガスのダスト含有量は、バーナの適切な機能のためには高すぎるので、高炉ガスのダスト含有量は実質的に低下させられなければならない。これは、通常、2段階プロセスによって行われる。第1のステップにおいて、より大きなダスト粒子はサイクロンにおいて分離される。第2のステップにおいて、より小さな粒子は、通常は湿式プロセスにおいてスクラバによって分離される。このような湿式プロセスは、大量の水消費を必要とし、スラッジおよび排水を発生する。スラッジおよび排水はさらなる処理を必要とする。水スクラビング処理も、処理された高炉ガスの圧力および温度の低下を生じ、これは、下流ガスバーナにおける燃料ガスとしての効率を低下させる。
本発明の課題は、粉末薬剤を過圧下で炉頂ガス流内へ噴射することによって、チャネルを通流する1barよりも高い圧力の炉頂ガス流を処理するプロセスであって、粉末は、チャネル内に中央に配置されたインジェクタを介してガス流に付加される、プロセスによって解決される。チャネルにおける中心点からの噴射の結果、ガス流にわたる粉末薬剤の分配が改善されることが分かった。

Claims (11)
- チャネル(3)を通流する1barよりも高い圧力の炉頂ガス流を処理するプロセスであって、粉末薬剤(2)を過圧下で前記炉頂ガス流内へ噴射する、プロセスにおいて、
前記粉末薬剤(2)を、まず流動化させ、次に前記チャネル(3)内に中央に配置されたインジェクタ(6)を介して前記炉頂ガス流に付加し、
通気出口(24)を介して通気される流動化ガスの体積を制御することによって、前記粉末薬剤(2)の噴射速度を調整する、プロセス。 - 前記粉末薬剤(2)を前記炉頂ガス流内へ前記チャネル(3)の半径方向に噴射する、請求項1記載のプロセス。
- 前記粉末薬剤(2)は、1つまたは複数の吸収剤および/または1つまたは複数のアルカリ性成分を含む、請求項1または2記載のプロセス。
- 前記炉頂ガス流を引き続きろ過する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のプロセス。
- 炉頂ガス流を処理する装置(1)であって、該装置(1)は、チャネル(3)と、該チャネル(3)内に中央に配置されかつ前記チャネル(3)の半径方向に向けられた半径方向出口(8)が設けられたインジェクタ(6)とを有し、該インジェクタ(6)は、前記炉頂ガス流における圧力に対して少なくとも10mbarの過圧で前記炉頂ガス流内へ前記半径方向出口(8)を介して粉末薬剤(2)を噴射するように構成された、流動化ガスのための供給部(28)を備える、前記粉末薬剤(2)の流動床を収容するためのチャンバ(14)を有し、
前記装置(1)は、前記チャンバ(14)を前記チャネル(3)の外側の流動化ガス排出部に接続する通気出口(24)をさらに有し、
前記通気出口(24)は、前記粉末薬剤(2)が前記炉頂ガス流に噴射されたときに前記粉末薬剤(2)の噴射速度を調整するように、通気される流動化ガスの体積を制御するために、調整可能である、装置(1)。 - 前記流動化ガスのための供給部(28)は、少なくとも1つのガス透過性の導管(26)を有する、請求項5記載の装置(1)。
- 前記導管(26)は、前記流動床の幅および/または長さにわたって延びている、請求項6記載の装置(1)。
- 前記導管(26)は、焼結された金属またはフィルタメッシュ金属である、請求項6または7記載の装置(1)。
- 前記導管(26)は、前記チャンバ(14)から取り外し可能である、請求項6から8までのいずれか1項記載の装置(1)。
- 前記半径方向出口(8)から前記炉頂ガス流の流れ方向へ延びる下流円錐形セクション(10)を有する、請求項5から9までのいずれか1項記載の装置(1)。
- 前記半径方向出口(8)から前記炉頂ガス流の流れ方向とは反対方向に延びる上流円錐形セクション(12)を有する、請求項5から10までのいずれか1項記載の装置(1)。
