Description
Claims (8)
- 型締装置により所定の型締力で型締された固定型と可動型からなる金型に対して、射出装置により所定の射出圧力で樹脂を射出充填して成形を行う射出成形方法であって、少なくとも前記金型の内部の樹脂の固化に伴って樹脂に対する自然圧縮が可能となる型締装置を使用し、予め、射出充填時に金型の可動型と固定型間に所定の隙間となるパーティング開量が生じ、かつ良品成形可能な射出圧力となる成形射出圧力及び良品成形可能な型締力となる成形型締力を求めることにより特定成形条件として設定するとともに、当該特定成形条件により設定する射出速度よりも高速となる射出開始からの高速射出速度及びこの高速射出速度を継続させる高速射出区間を高速射出条件として設定し、かつ当該高速射出区間の終了を前記パーティング開量の大きさに対する切換判定値により設定し、成形時に、前記成形型締力により型締し、かつ前記成形射出圧力をリミット圧力に設定するとともに、射出開始から前記高速射出条件により前記金型に樹脂を射出充填し、かつ前記パーティング開量を検出することにより、検出したパーティング開量の大きさが前記切換判定値に達したなら、前記特定成形条件に切換え、前記特定成形条件による樹脂の射出充填を行った後、所定の冷却時間が経過したなら前記金型から成形品の取出しを行うことを特徴とする射出成形方法。
- 前記成形射出圧力及び前記成形型締力は、前記可動型と前記固定型間の最大時における前記パーティング開量が0.03〜0.3〔mm〕になるように設定することを特徴とする請求項1記載の射出成形方法。
- 固定型と可動型からなる金型に対して所定の型締力により型締を行う型締装置と、前記金型に対して所定の射出圧力により樹脂を射出充填する射出装置とを備える射出成形機であって、前記金型に付設することにより、前記可動型と前記固定型の相対位置により前記パーティング開量を検出する型位置検出器を備えるとともに、少なくとも前記金型の内部の樹脂の固化に伴って樹脂に対する自然圧縮が可能となる型締装置と、射出充填時に金型の可動型と固定型間に所定の隙間となるパーティング開量が生じ、かつ良品成形可能な射出圧力となる成形射出圧力及び良品成形可能な型締力となる成形型締力を求めることにより特定成形条件として設定する特定成形条件設定機能,前記特定成形条件により設定する射出速度よりも高速となる射出開始からの高速射出速度及びこの高速射出速度を継続させる高速射出区間を高速射出条件として設定する高速射出条件設定機能,並びに前記型締装置を前記成形型締力により型締し、かつ前記成形射出圧力をリミット圧力に設定し、射出開始から前記高速射出条件により前記金型に樹脂を射出充填するとともに、前記高速射出区間の終了により前記特定成形条件による樹脂の射出充填を行う成形制御機能,を少なくとも有してなる成形機コントローラとを備えてなることを特徴とする射出成形機。
- 前記型締装置は、型締シリンダの駆動ラムにより前記可動型を変位させる直圧方式の油圧式型締装置であることを特徴とする請求項3記載の射出成形機。
- 前記型締装置は、前記固定型を支持する固定盤と圧受盤間に架設したタイバーに前記可動型を支持する可動盤をスライド自在に装填し、かつ前記圧受盤と前記可動盤間にトグルリンク機構を配設するとともに、駆動機構部により前記トグルリンク機構を駆動して前記可動型と前記固定型の型開閉を行うトグル方式の型締装置を使用し、非ロックアップ状態で型締を行うことを特徴とする請求項3記載の射出成形機。
- 前記成形機コントローラは、前記型位置検出器により検出した前記パーティング開量をディスプレイにグラフィック表示するパーティング開量表示機能を備えることを特徴とする請求項3記載の射出成形機。
- 前記成形機コントローラは、成形時に検出したパーティング開量の大きさが、前記パーティング開量に対して設定したエラー判定値に達したなら所定のエラー処理を行うエラー処理機能を備えることを特徴とする請求項3記載の射出成形機。
- 前記成形機コントローラは、高速射出区間が0区間となる特定成形モード又は前記高速射出区間が当該0区間以外の区間となる高速成形モードを選択的に切換可能なモード切換機能を備えることを特徴とする請求項3記載の射出成形機。
