Claims (13)
- 可塑化した溶融樹脂をスクリュにより金型に射出充填して成形する射出成形機に対する成形支援を行う射出成形機の成形支援装置であって、少なくとも、ペレット材料に係わる樹脂データ,スクリュに係わるスクリュデータ及び成形条件に係わる成形条件データを含む基本情報を設定する基本情報設定機能部と、少なくとも、前記基本情報から仮の可塑化時間を演算により求める仮可塑化時間演算処理部,この仮可塑化時間演算処理部から得られた仮の可塑化時間からメルトフィルムの発熱量を演算により求めるメルトフィルム発熱量演算処理部,及びこのメルトフィルム発熱量演算処理部から得られたメルトフィルムの発熱量を可塑化遅延時間に変換する可塑化遅延時間変換処理部を有してなる演算処理機能部と、前記可塑化遅延時間又はこの可塑化遅延時間に基づいて得られる可塑化情報を出力する出力処理機能部とを備えることを特徴とする射出成形機の成形支援装置。
- 前記樹脂データには、少なくとも樹脂の種類及びメルトフローレートに係わるデータを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の射出成形機の成形支援装置。
- 前記演算処理機能部は、前記可塑化遅延時間を、予め設定した判断基準に基づいて判定し、得られた判定結果を出力する第一判定処理部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の射出成形機の成形支援装置。
- 前記出力処理機能部は、前記判定結果を、少なくとも成形機コントローラに備えるディスプレイに表示する判定結果表示処理部を備えることを特徴とする請求項3記載の射出成形機の成形支援装置。
- 前記演算処理機能部は、前記仮の可塑化時間を、前記可塑化遅延時間により補正した可塑化時間となる推定可塑化時間を求める推定可塑化時間演算処理部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の射出成形機の成形支援装置。
- 前記出力処理機能部は、前記推定可塑化時間を成形機コントローラに備えるディスプレイに表示する推定可塑化時間表示処理部を備えることを特徴とする請求項5記載の射出成形機の成形支援装置。
- 前記演算処理機能部は、前記基本情報に基づいて加熱筒内における溶融樹脂の固相率を演算する固相率演算式データを用いた演算により計量終了時における溶融樹脂の推定固相率を求める固相率演算処理部を備えるとともに、前記固相率演算処理部により求めた前記推定固相率の大きさを判定し、得られた判定結果を出力する第二判定処理部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の射出成形機の成形支援装置。
- 前記出力処理機能部は、前記第二判定処理部から得られた判定結果を少なくとも成形機コントローラに備えるディスプレイに表示する判定結果表示処理部を備えることを特徴とする請求項7記載の射出成形機の成形支援装置。
- 前記スクリュデータには、スクリュ表面の材質の種類に係わるデータを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の射出成形機の成形支援装置。
- 前記演算処理機能部は、前記基本情報に基づいて成形時におけるスクリュ表面の樹脂分解率を求める分解率演算式データを用いた演算により推定樹脂分解率を求める分解率演算処理部を備えるとともに、前記分解率演算処理部により求めた前記推定樹脂分解率の大きさを判定し、得られた判定結果を出力する第二判定処理部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の射出成形機の成形支援装置。
- 前記出力処理機能部は、前記第二判定処理部から得られた判定結果を少なくとも成形機コントローラに備えるディスプレイに表示する判定結果表示処理部を備えることを特徴とする請求項10記載の射出成形機の成形支援装置。
- 前記演算処理機能部は、前記基本情報に基づいて加熱筒内における溶融樹脂の固相率を演算する固相率演算式データを用いた演算により計量終了時における溶融樹脂の推定固相率を求める固相率演算処理部を備えるとともに、前記基本情報に基づいて成形時におけるスクリュ表面の樹脂分解率を求める分解率演算式データを用いた演算により推定樹脂分解率を求める分解率演算処理部を備え、前記推定固相率及び前記推定樹脂分解率の大きさを判定し、得られた判定結果を出力する第二判定処理部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の射出成形機の成形支援装置。
- 前記出力処理機能部は、前記第二判定処理部から得られた判定結果を少なくとも成形機コントローラに備えるディスプレイに表示する判定結果表示処理部を備えることを特徴とする請求項12記載の射出成形機の成形支援装置。
