Claims (11)
- 可塑化した溶融樹脂をスクリュにより金型に射出充填して成形する射出成形機に対する成形支援を行う射出成形機の成形支援装置であって、少なくとも成形条件に係わる成形条件データ及びスクリュの形態に係わるスクリュデータを含む基本データを入力する基本データ入力部と、この基本データに基づいて加熱筒内における溶融樹脂の固相率を演算する固相率演算式データを設定した演算式データ設定部と、前記基本データ及び前記固相率演算式データに基づく演算処理により計量終了時における溶融樹脂の推定固相率を求める固相率演算処理部を有する演算処理機能部と、推定固相率に係わる情報をディスプレイに表示処理する出力処理機能部とを備えることを特徴とする射出成形機の成形支援装置。
- 前記成形条件データには、使用する樹脂材料の種類に係わるデータを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の射出成形機の成形支援装置。
- 前記スクリュデータには、スクリュ表面の材質の種類に係わるデータを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の成形支援装置。
- 前記演算式データ設定部には、前記基本データに基づいて成形時におけるスクリュ表面の樹脂分解率を求める分解率演算式データを設定することを特徴とする請求項3記載の射出成形機の成形支援装置。
- 前記演算処理機能部は、前記基本データ及び前記分解率演算式データに基づく演算処理により、推定樹脂分解率を求める分解率演算処理部を有することを特徴とする請求項4記載の射出成形機の成形支援装置。
- 前記演算処理機能部は、前記推定固相率及び/又は前記推定樹脂分解率の度合を判定処理し、この判定処理の結果に対応する支援メッセージデータを出力する判定処理部を備えることを特徴とする請求項5記載の射出成形機の成形支援装置。
- 前記出力処理機能部は、前記判定処理部から出力した前記支援メッセージデータに基づく支援メッセージを前記ディスプレイのメッセージ表示部に表示する機能を備えることを特徴とする請求項6記載の射出成形機の成形支援装置。
- 前記支援メッセージには、判定処理の結果を示す判定メッセージ及びこの判定メッセージに対応して対策を行うための対策メッセージを含むことを特徴とする請求項7記載の射出成形機の成形支援装置。
- 前記演算式データ設定部には、前記分解率演算式データによる演算処理に用いる剪断発熱量に係わるデータに基づいて推定上昇温度を求める上昇温度演算式データを設定することを特徴とする請求項4記載の射出成形機の成形支援装置。
- 前記演算処理機能部は、前記上昇温度演算式データに基づく演算処理により推定上昇温度を求める上昇温度演算処理部を備えることを特徴とする請求項9記載の射出成形機の成形支援装置。
- 前記出力処理機能部は、前記上昇温度演算処理部により求めた推定上昇温度を前記ディスプレイに表示する上昇温度表示部を備えることを特徴とする請求項10記載の射出成形機の成形支援装置。
