Description
実施形態に係る食道温度測定用カテーテル10は、たとえば左房アブレーション術中において、鼻を通して(経鼻的アプローチにて)患者の食道等に挿入され、食道の内部温度を測定するために使用される。
Claims (3)
- 食道の温度を測定するための食道温度測定用カテーテルであって、
先端可撓部分を有するカテーテルシャフトと、
カテーテルシャフトの基端側に接続されており、少なくとも2つの部材に分割されているハンドルと、
前記先端可撓部分を撓ませるために前記カテーテルシャフトの内部に延在し、その基端側を引張操作することができる操作用ワイヤと、
前記ハンドルに設けられると共に、前記操作用ワイヤの基端側が固定された留め具を有しており、操作者の片手の指によって回転軸を中心とした回転操作が行われる、単一の回転板と、
前記先端可撓部分に配置された少なくとも1個の温度センサと、
を備え、
前記回転板の前記回転軸から前記ハンドルの基端までの長さが、5〜7cmであり、
前記ハンドル本体は、前記操作者の前記片手の手のひらが押し当てられる、ハンドル基端部を有しており、
前記ハンドルの先端側に設けられたスナップフィット部材において、
前記カテーテルシャフトを差し込み可能であると共に、前記スナップフィット部材の軸に沿って貫通するように延在している中空部分と、
前記カテーテルシャフトの基端部から引き出され、前記温度センサに電気的に接続された導線を、前記中空部分から前記スナップフィット部材の側面に通すための経路と、
が形成されており、
前記カテーテルシャフトの基端部から引き出された前記操作用ワイヤが、前記中空部分を経由して、前記ハンドルの内部に導入されている
食道温度測定用カテーテル。 - 前記少なくとも2つの部材の先端側および基端側がそれぞれ、スナップフィット構造により固定されている
請求項1に記載の食道温度測定用カテーテル。 - 前記ハンドルにクリップが取り付けられている
請求項1または請求項2に記載の食道温度測定用カテーテル。
