Claims (10)
- 水と大気中あるいは排気二酸化炭素から人工光合成によりギ酸を生成するギ酸生成装置と、
上記ギ酸生成装置により生成されたギ酸を貯蔵するギ酸貯蔵タンクと、
上記ギ酸貯蔵タンクから供給されるギ酸を、常温・常圧の脱酸素環境下で、触媒反応により水素と二酸化炭素に分解するギ酸分解装置と
からなり、
上記ギ酸分解装置は、上記ギ酸生成装置から供給されるギ酸を分解して得られる水素を外部装置に供給し、
上記ギ酸分解装置は、上記ギ酸貯蔵タンクから供給されるギ酸を分解して得られる二酸化炭素を上記ギ酸生成装置に供給することにより、二酸化炭素を循環させるとともに、ギ酸を分解して水素を外部装置に供給することを特徴とする水素供給システム。 - 上記ギ酸生成装置は、水を分解して酸素を発生させるとともに、水素イオンと電子を得る水素イオン発生手段と、
上記水素イオン発生手段により水を分解して得られる水素イオンと電子を利用して、ギ酸生成デバイスにより、大気中の二酸化炭素及び/又は排気二酸化炭素から人工光合成によりギ酸を生成するギ酸生成手段と
を備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の水素供給システム。 - 上記ギ酸生成デバイスは、基板の表面に形成した酸化アルミニウム微粒子による多孔質層に色素、メチルビオローゲン、及びギ酸脱水素酵素を担持させてなることを特徴とする請求項2記載の水素供給システム。
- 上記多孔質層の厚さは1〜10μmである請求項3に記載の水素供給システム。
- 上記ギ酸分解装置は、白金微粒子を水溶性高分子ポリビニルピロリドンにより分散させてなる触媒により、常温・常圧の脱酸素環境下で、ギ酸を水素と二酸化炭素に分解することを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の何れか1項に記載の水素供給システム。
- 上記白金微粒子の粒子径は1nm以上50nm以下である請求項5に記載の水素供給システム。
- 上記水溶性高分子ポリビニルピロリドンの添加量は、上記白金微粒子に対して1質量%以上20質量%以下である請求項5又は請求項6に記載の水素供給システム。
- 上記ギ酸分解装置は、少なくともギ酸を貯蔵する貯蔵部と、上記貯蔵部から供給されるギ酸を水素と二酸化炭素に分解する反応部と、上記反応部で生成した水素と二酸化炭素を分離する分離部と、上記反応部を常温・常圧の脱酸素下に制御する制御部とを備え、上記反応部は、上記白金微粒子を水溶性高分子ポリビニルピロリドンにより分散させてなる触媒を有することを特徴とする請求項5乃至7の何れか1項に記載の水素供給システム。
- 上記外部装置は住宅用水素発電装置であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8の何れか1項に記載の水素供給システム。
- 水を酸素に光分解して得られる水素イオン・電子を利用して、固体基板の表面に形成した酸化アルミニウム微粒子による多孔質層に色素・メチルビオローゲン・ギ酸脱水素酵素を担持させてなるギ酸生成デバイスにより、上記水素イオン、電子と大気中あるいは排気二酸化炭素から人工光合成によりギ酸を生成して貯蔵するギ酸生成工程と、
白金微粒子を水溶性高分子ポリビニルピロリドンにより分散させてなる触媒により、常温・常圧の脱酸素環境下で、ギ酸を水素と二酸化炭素に分解するギ酸分解工程と
を有し、
上記ギ酸分解工程では、上記ギ酸生成工程において貯蔵されたギ酸を分解して得られる二酸化炭素を上記ギ酸生成工程に供給することにより循環させるとともに、ギ酸を分解して水素を外部装置に供給することを特徴とする水素供給方法。
