Description
まず、図1を用いて、第1の実施形態に係るX線診断装置100の構成の一例を説明する。図1は、第1の実施形態に係るX線診断装置100の構成の一例を示すブロック図である。
第1の実施形態では、インバータ電流に影響を与える因子であるX線条件及び電源電圧が一定である場合を説明したが、実施形態はこれに限定されるものではない。例えば、X線診断装置100は、インバータ電流に影響を与える因子の変化に応じて閾値を補正することで、適切な閾値を設定することができる。
上述した実施形態以外にも、種々の異なる形態にて実施されてもよい。
例えば、寿命判定回路115は、X線高電圧装置11の据付時におけるパワーデバイスのON時間に基づいて、閾値を設定してもよい。
また、例えば、寿命判定回路115は、X線高電圧装置11のウォームアップ運転時におけるON時間が閾値を超えたか否かを判定してもよい。
なお、上述した実施形態では、X線高電圧装置11がX線診断装置100に適用される場合を説明したが、実施形態はこれに限定されるものではない。例えば、X線高電圧装置11は、X線管120が搭載されるX線撮影装置であれば適用可能である。X線撮影装置には、例えば、X線診断装置100の他に、X線CT装置が含まれる。
また、上述した実施形態では、予めX線高電圧装置11がX線撮影装置に備えられる場合を説明したが、実施形態はこれに限定されるものではない。例えば、X線高電圧装置11は、既存のX線高電圧装置に対して寿命判定回路115を組み込むことによっても実現可能である。つまり、本実施形態に係るX線高電圧装置11は、製品出荷後のX線撮影装置に備えられるX線高電圧装置に対して、付加的に寿命判定回路115を組み込むことによっても実現可能である。

Claims (8)
- X線を発生するX線管に出力する出力電圧を制御するインバータ回路と、
前記インバータ回路に備えられ、前記出力電圧を制御するためのスイッチングを行うパワーデバイスと、
前記出力電圧のフィードバックに応じて、前記パワーデバイスのスイッチングをON時間により制御するPWM(Pulse Width Modulation)回路と、
前記ON時間が閾値を超えたか否かを判定する判定回路と、
前記判定回路による判定結果を通知する通知部と
を備える、X線高電圧装置。 - 前記インバータ回路に供給されるインバータ電流に影響を与える因子に基づいて、前記閾値を補正する補正回路を更に備える、
請求項1に記載のX線高電圧装置。 - 前記補正回路は、前記因子として、前記X線高電圧装置に接続される電源の電源電圧、電源ケーブル長、電源インピーダンス、及び前記インバータ回路の温度のうち少なくとも一つに基づいて、前記閾値を補正する、
請求項2に記載のX線高電圧装置。 - 前記判定回路は、前記X線高電圧装置の据付時における前記パワーデバイスのON時間に基づいて、前記閾値を設定する、
請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載のX線高電圧装置。 - 前記判定回路は、前記X線高電圧装置のウォームアップ運転時における前記ON時間が前記閾値を超えたか否かを判定する、
請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載のX線高電圧装置。 - 前記出力電圧の大きさに応じた信号を前記PWM回路へ入力するFB(Feedback)回路を更に備える、
請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載のX線高電圧装置。 - X線を発生するX線管に出力する出力電圧を制御するインバータ回路と、
前記インバータ回路に備えられ、前記出力電圧を制御するためのスイッチングを行うパワーデバイスと、
前記出力電圧のフィードバックに応じて、前記パワーデバイスのスイッチングをON時間により制御するPWM(Pulse Width Modulation)回路と、
前記ON時間が閾値を超えたか否かを判定する判定回路と、
前記判定回路による判定結果を通知する通知部と
を備える、X線撮影装置。 - X線管に出力する出力電圧のフィードバックに応じてパワーデバイスのスイッチングをON時間により制御するPWM(Pulse Width Modulation)制御により電圧を制御するためのインバータ回路内の前記パワーデバイスのON時間が、閾値を超えたか否かを判定する、判定回路。
