Claims (23)
- 容器の内面に固着した粒子を液体中に分散させる粒子分散方法であって、
円筒状の本体部と、前記本体部側から底部側に向けて内径が小さくなり、前記容器の中心軸に対する角度が一定である傾斜部と、を備える容器を設置する設置工程と、
前記傾斜部のうち前記容器の中心軸を挟んで前記容器の内面に固着した粒子の反対側であって前記粒子が固着していない部分に向けて液体を吐出し、前記底部及び前記傾斜部に沿って前記粒子に向かう前記液体の流れを発生させる吐出工程と、を備える、粒子分散方法。 - 前記容器内の液体を吸引する吸引工程をさらに備え、
前記吸引工程後に前記吐出工程を行う、請求項1に記載の粒子分散方法。 - 前記吸引工程において、前記液体の吸引を、前記容器の内面に固着した粒子が前記液体の液面から露出するまで行う、請求項2に記載の粒子分散方法。
