Claims (4)
- 幅、厚さ、長さ、曲げ形状、剛性及び弾性復元力が既に決定された患者の各設置部位に対応する設計からなる帯状の板材であって、各端部に長さ方向に並んで第1長孔を形成し、それぞれ患者の体の上下方向に間隔を置いて配置された二つの矯正棒と、
長さ方向の一部が折れ曲がった板状であって、折れ曲がった部位の一側は肋骨の上部または下部に係止され、折れ曲がった部位の他側は前記矯正棒の外側面に交差する形状に対向し、折れ曲がった部位の一側と他側のうち少なくとも他側には長さ方向に配列をなして第2長孔を形成した係止部材と、
長さ方向の両端部位に既に決定された上下配置の第1長孔内で前記矯正棒の端部方向の位置に対応して既に設定した第1間隔の貫通孔を形成した第1ブリッジと、
前記第1ブリッジとセットをなし、長さ方向の両端部位に既に決定された上下配置の第1長孔内で前記矯正棒の中心方向の位置に対応して既に設定した第2間隔の貫通孔を形成した第2ブリッジと、
肋骨と前記矯正棒との間に置かれる支持部と、前記支持部の外面で突出した形状に前記第1長孔に沿って摺動可能に嵌められるスライドと、前記スライドの外面中心に設けた第1締結部と、前記第1締結部と共に前記第1長孔、第2長孔及び貫通孔が重なる部位を通じて前記第1締結部との締結で間に置かれる前記矯正棒と係止部材及びブリッジを加圧固定する第2締結部とで構成した締結部ユニット、とを含んでなり、
前記第2間隔は前記第1間隔に対して既に設定した範囲内で大きくまたは小さく形成したことを特徴とする漏斗胸矯正装置。 - 前記第2ブリッジは、前記矯正棒の第1長孔にそれぞれ対応して締結部ユニットで固定してなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の漏斗胸矯正装置。
- 前記スライドは、前記支持部の外面で突出した高さが前記矯正棒の厚さ以上からなり、
前記係止部材とブリッジの固定は、前記スライドの外面の支持を受けて前記第1締結部と第2締結部の締結からなり、
前記矯正棒は前記スライドの案内を受けて第1長孔の長さ方向に摺動可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の漏斗胸矯正装置。 - 前記第1締結部は前記支持部の外面で一体に突出したボルトで形成し、
前記支持部は板状に前記矯正棒の外側へ延長突出して前記第2長孔に嵌められるプラグを形成し、前記第1締結部の周縁の外面に第1凹凸面を形成したものからなり、
前記スライドは前記ボルトが貫通する孔を形成したものからなり、前記孔の周縁の内側面と外側面に前記第1凹凸面に対応する第2凹凸面を形成したことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の漏斗胸矯正装置。
