Claims (7)
- 地面加工機用の切削装置であって、切削インサート(30)が固定されている保持体(10)を備えており、該保持体(10)はベース部分(11)を有しており、該ベース部分(11)に、収容部(21)を備えた保持付加部(20)が突出するように取り付けられており、前記切削インサート(30)は、少なくとも部分的に前記収容部(21)内に配置されていて、かつ前記保持付加部(20)とは反対側に位置している固定側に、固定付加部(14)が配置されており、
前記切削インサート(30)は、超硬材料を備えた切削先端(31)を有しており、前記保持付加部(20)は、当該切削装置の送り方向で見て正面に、前記切削先端(31)と前記ベース部分(11)との間の範囲に硬質材料エレメント(22)を保持しており、
前記硬質材料エレメント(22)は、前記保持付加部(20)の前記収容部(21)の周囲に円弧形状に配置されているか、または前記保持付加部(20)において前記収容部(21)の周囲に円形に被着されており、
前記切削インサート(30)は、前記切削先端(31)が固定されているヘッド(33)を有しており、
前記保持付加部(20)は、前記ベース部分(11)とは反対側に支持部分(24)を有しており、
前記切削インサート(30)は、その前記ヘッド(33)で、前記支持部分(24)を少なくとも部分的に覆っており、
前記ヘッド(33)は、少なくとも部分的に、前記切削先端(31)よりは小さいが、前記保持付加部(20)の物質よりも大きな耐摩耗性を有する物質から成っており、
前記ヘッド(33)は硬質合金から成っており、
前記切削インサート(30)はシャンク(34)を有しており、前記切削インサート(30)は、前記シャンク(34)を用いて前記保持付加部(20)の前記収容部(21)内に挿入されている、切削装置において、
前記硬質材料エレメント(22)は、前記支持部分(24)の、前記ヘッド(33)の下の領域に到るまで案内されており、前記ヘッドは、ろう接物質を介して前記支持部分(24)に支持されており、前記ヘッド(33)の下の領域において、前記硬質材料エレメント(22)と前記ろう接物質とが連続して、前記支持部分(24)全体を被覆していることを特徴とする切削装置。 - 前記切削インサート(30)は、前記ヘッド(33)と前記シャンク(34)との間の移行領域において、凹面状の移行部を形成しており、
前記収容部(21)はこの領域において凸面状の移行部を形成しており、かつこれらの前記移行部の領域には、結合物質によって満たされた間隙領域が形成されている、請求項1記載の切削装置。 - 前記切削インサート(30)の前記ヘッド(33)は、前記切削先端を起点として、前記保持付加部(20)の方向において拡大している、請求項1または2記載の切削装置。
- 前記切削先端(31)は保持本体(31.1)を有しており、該保持本体(31.1)は、前記切削インサート(30)の前記ヘッド(33)にろう接によって結合されており、前記保持本体(31.1)には、1つまたは複数の中間層(31.2)が被着されており、該中間層(31.2)の、前記保持本体(31.1)とは反対側の最外位の側に、カバー層(31.3)が被着されており、該カバー層(31.3)の物質は、前記中間層(31.2)の物質よりも硬質である、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の切削装置。
- 前記硬質材料エレメント(22)は、例えば肉盛り溶接、プラズマ被着硬化体またはこれに類したものなどの被着硬化体によって形成されており、および/または、前記硬質材料エレメント(22)は、前記保持付加部(20)に結合された1つまたは複数の硬質材料セグメント(22.1)によって形成されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の切削装置。
- 前記硬質材料エレメント(22)は、前記収容部(21)の中心長手方向軸線の方向において、この方向における前記収容部(21)の高さと同じかまたはそれよりも大きい延在寸法(h)を有している、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の切削装置。
- 前記切削先端(31)は、結合部材(32)を用いて、前記切削インサート(30)の前記ヘッド(33)に、前記送り方向(V)とは逆向きに支持されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の切削装置。
