Claims (15)
- 埋め込み可能な医療デバイスを送達するシステムであって、
近位端、遠位部分、およびこれらの内部に延在するルーメンを有する外側シャフトと、
近位端、遠位部分、およびこれらの内部に延在するルーメンを有する内側カテーテルであって、前記外側シャフトの前記ルーメンの少なくとも一部の内部に延在する内側カテーテルと、
前記内側カテーテルの前記ルーメンの一部の内部に延在する作動シャフトであって、前記作動シャフトの遠位端は連結部材の近位部分に連結される、作動シャフトと、
近位端および遠位端をそれぞれ有する複数の並進移動部材であって、前記並進移動部材の前記遠位端は前記埋め込み可能な医療デバイスに連結されており、前記並進移動部材の前記近位端は前記連結部材の遠位部分に連結されている、複数の並進移動部材と、
前記複数の並進移動部材のそれぞれの少なくとも一部の周りに巻き付けられている寄せ集め用コイルと、
を備えるシステム。 - 前記作動シャフト、前記複数の並進移動部材、および前記連結部材は、前記内側カテーテルの長手方向軸に沿って並進移動するように構成されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記寄せ集め用コイルの長さは、前記連結部材が前記内側カテーテルの長手方向軸に沿って並進移動するときに、調整されるように構成されている、請求項1または2に記載のシステム。
- 前記寄せ集め用コイルは、前記並進移動部材が前記内側カテーテルの長手方向軸に沿って並進移動するときに、前記複数の並進移動部材を寄せ集めるように設計されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記内側カテーテルの前記遠位部分に取り付けられている格納フィッティングをさらに備え、前記格納フィッティングは、前記寄せ集め用コイルの遠位端が遠位側に並進移動することを制限するように構成されている、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記寄せ集め用コイルは、前記格納フィッティングと前記連結部材の遠位端との間に配置されている、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 近位端および遠位端を有する筒状のガイドワイヤ部材をさらに備え、前記筒状のガイドワイヤ部材は、前記内側カテーテルの前記ルーメン内に延在し、前記筒状のガイドワイヤ部材の前記近位端はハンドルに連結されている、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記作動シャフトの近位端は前記ハンドルに連結されており、前記ハンドルは、前記作動シャフトおよび前記筒状のガイドワイヤ部材の同時の並進移動を可能にするように構成されている、請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記作動シャフトは、前記筒状のガイドワイヤ部材に固定的に取り付けられている、請求項7または8に記載のシステム。
- 前記連結部材は、前記筒状のガイドワイヤ部材に固定的に取り付けられている、請求項7〜9のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記連結部材は、前記筒状のガイドワイヤ部材に固定的に取り付けられている、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記連結部材は、前記内側カテーテルの前記ルーメン内での前記作動シャフトの同時の回転および並進移動を可能にする、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 心臓弁を埋め込むシステムであって、
ハンドルと、
前記ハンドルに連結されている近位端、遠位部分、およびこれらの内部に延在するルーメンを有する展開シャフトと、
前記展開シャフトの前記ルーメンの少なくとも一部の内部に延在する内側シャフトであって、内部に延在するルーメンを有する内側シャフトと、
前記内側シャフトの前記ルーメン内に配置されるとともに並進移動可能な並進移動アセンブリであって、作動シャフト、連結部材、複数の並進移動部材、および寄せ集め用コイルを含む並進移動アセンブリと、を備え、
前記複数の並進移動部材は近位端および遠位端をそれぞれ有し、前記並進移動部材の前記遠位端は埋め込み可能な前記心臓弁に連結されており、前記並進移動部材の前記近位端は前記連結部材の遠位部分に連結されており、
前記寄せ集め用コイルは前記複数の並進移動部材の周りに巻き付けられている、システム。 - 前記作動シャフトの遠位端は、前記連結部材の近位部分に連結されている、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記寄せ集め用コイルの長さは、前記連結部材が前記内側シャフトの長手方向軸に沿って並進移動するときに、調整されるように構成されている、請求項13または14に記載のシステム。
