Claims (2)
- 鋳造に利用する溶湯の冷却曲線において、共晶温度から常温に至るまでの範囲の固相段階における冷却速度から、機械加工性に影響する粗大介在物の含有割合を予め設定した複数の区分の中のどの区分に該当するかを判定することを特徴とする冷却曲線からの粗大介在物判定方法。
- 鋳造に利用する溶湯の冷却曲線において、
共晶温度から常温に至るまでの範囲の固相段階における冷却速度から粗大介在物の含有割合を判定する第一判定ステップと、
前記第一判定ステップの判定結果に応じて、溶湯内の粗大介在物の除去をする介在物削減処理を実施する溶湯改善ステップと、
前記溶湯改善ステップ後に、共晶温度から常温に至るまでの範囲の固相段階における冷却速度から粗大介在物の含有割合を判定する第二判定ステップと、を備えることを特徴とする冷却曲線からの粗大介在物判定方法。
