Claims (12)
- 標的化部分およびsiRNAと結合されたDNAデンドリマーであって、HuRの発現を阻害し、前記siRNAがSEQ ID NO:1/SEQ ID NO:3およびSEQ ID NO:2/SEQ ID NO:4からなる群から選択される、DNAデンドリマー。
- 前記標的化部分が葉酸、トランスフェリン、抗メソテリン抗体、およびこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載のDNAデンドリマー。
- 前記siRNAがSEQ ID NO:2/SEQ ID NO:4である、請求項1または2に記載のDNAデンドリマー。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のDNAデンドリマーおよび少なくとも1種類の医薬品として許容可能な添加剤を含む、医薬組成物。
- 前記siRNAがSEQ ID NO:2/SEQ ID NO:4である、請求項4に記載の医薬組成物。
- 注射または注入用に製剤化される、請求項4または5に記載の医薬組成物。
- HuRを過剰発現する腫瘍細胞の増殖を阻害する、および/またはHuRを過剰発現する腫瘍の成長を阻害するための方法に用いるための医薬組成物であって、当該方法が標的化部分およびHuRの発現を阻害するsiRNAと結合されたDNAデンドリマーを含む組成物を腫瘍細胞または腫瘍に、腫瘍細胞増殖を阻害、腫瘍成長を阻害、および/または癌を治療するのに効果的な量で投与することを含む、請求項4〜6のいずれか1項に記載の医薬組成物。
- 前記方法において請求項1に記載のDNAデンドリマーが投与される、請求項7に記載の医薬組成物。
- 前記方法において前記DNAデンドリマーがインビトロで投与される、請求項7に記載の医薬組成物。
- 前記方法において前記DNAデンドリマーがインビボで投与される、請求項7に記載の医薬組成物。
- 前記方法において前記DNAデンドリマーが卵巣癌を有する患者に投与される、請求項7に記載の医薬組成物。
- 前記方法において前記DNAデンドリマーが注射または注入によって投与される、請求項7に記載の医薬組成物。
