Description
This invention, it is possible to control the stretch in the woven or knitted fabric using a thermal fusion yarn, thermal processing relates easy fabrics and its manufacturing method.
As a material that exhibits elasticity, there is a woven or knitted material called a stretch material. The stretch material, which is made by mixing polyurethane heat-sealed yarn with other fibers to give elasticity, has excellent performance such as functionality and comfort. Polyurethane is used as a coating resin and an adhesive resin for bonding, and is also used as a heat-sealing yarn that expands and contracts. As a woven fabric in which urethane yarn is used as a warp to impart elasticity in the longitudinal direction, there is a narrow woven fabric, which is widely used as a string to be attached to the edges of clothes, especially underwear, and underwear.
On the other hand, there are molded innerwear and sports supporters that have a correction function using heat-sealed yarn. Fused deposition modeling is knitted into the knitting structure layer of the conventional manufacturing method, and expansion and contraction control is controlled by heat treatment at intersections. By adding heat fusion yarn, expansion and contraction, difficult expansion and contraction, and non-expansion and contraction parts can be seamlessly combined. Can be done.

As a patent document, Patent Document 1 (Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2013-227692) is disclosed as a stretch woven fabric. The content of Patent Document 1 is that either one of the warp and the weft is a non-heat-fused yarn having a crimp ratio of 5% or more and 30% or less, and at least a part of the other is crimp of 0% or more and 5% or less. It is a stretch woven fabric made of heat-sealed yarn having a rate, and the elongation rate in the load direction is 5% or more and 30% or less when a load is applied with a load of 340 N / 5 cm so that the load direction is parallel to one of the above. A stretch woven fabric that is characterized by that. (Claim 1), and "the stretch woven fabric according to claim 1, wherein the heat-sealed yarn is a polyester-based elastomer heat-sealed yarn."
Further, Patent Document 2 (Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2008-75230) is disclosed as a narrow woven fabric having elasticity. The content of
Further, in Patent Document 3 (Japanese Patent No. 4328986), "a woven fabric in which a polyether ester-based monofilament heat-sealed yarn having a single structure of two or more kinds having different melting points is arranged in a warp and / or a weft is heat-treated. An elastic woven fabric having excellent cushioning and settling resistance, characterized in that the low-melting point polyether ester fiber resin has the following physical properties formed by fusion and solidification at the intersections of the warp and weft of the woven fabric.
(1) Background The stress at 10% elongation in any one direction is 20 to 50 kg / 5 cm.
(2) The breaking strength of the woven fabric in the warp direction and the weft direction is 25 kgf / 5 cm width or more.
(3) The slip resistance of the heat-sealed yarn of the woven fabric is 0.2 kgf or more. (Claim 1), and "excellent in cushioning and settling resistance according to claim 1, wherein a polyether ester-based heat-sealing yarn is arranged on either the warp or the weft and a polyester yarn is arranged on the other. "Elastic woven fabric." (Claim 2), and "the elastic woven fabric having excellent cushioning property and settling resistance according to claim 1, wherein the content of the heat-sealed yarn in the woven fabric is 25 wt% or more. (Claim 4), and "the elastic woven fabric having excellent cushioning and settling resistance according to claim 1, wherein the content of the low melting point heat-sealed yarn in the woven fabric is 2 to 60 wt%. (Claim 5), and "a cushioning material having excellent cushioning properties and settling resistance, which is characterized by using the elastic woven fabric according to claim 1" (Claim 6). .. Then, "the melting point of the polyester yarn used for this woven fabric must be the same as or higher than the melting point of the high melting point of the polyether ester-based heat-sealing yarn" (paragraph 0011).
Further, in Patent Document 4, at least a part of a woven or knitted fabric containing a yarn A having a large heat shrinkage ratio and a yarn B having a small heat shrinkage ratio is organized in a state where the yarn A and the yarn B are alternately aligned. The yarn A is a heat-sealed yarn containing a low melting point component and a high melting point component, and the yarn A and the yarn B remain in the form of a yarn even when fusion due to the low melting point component occurs. Then, when the yarn A is heat-shrinked, the yarn B is woven and knitted into a structure that causes slack. The yarn A is preferably a spun yarn, and in particular, a yarn having a sheath portion having a heat-sealing low melting point component and a core portion containing a composite yarn staple having a high melting point component, or a yarn composed of a low melting point fiber and a high melting point fiber is preferable. .. The yarn A and the yarn B may be used for both the warp yarn and the weft yarn, and it is preferable to perform a hair-baking process or to perform a pseudo-hemp processing on the yarn B.
Further,
Further, Patent Document 6 discloses a woven fabric using a spun yarn containing a low melting point fiber in which at least a part of the low melting point fiber is heat-sealed.
The elastic woven fabric of Patent Document 3 states that "the melting point of the polyester yarn used in this woven fabric must be the same as or higher than the melting point of the high melting point of the polyether ester-based heat-sealing yarn" (paragraph 0011). This is to prevent fraying. This point is the same as in
However, in this case, there is a risk that the heat fusion will be excessive (fluidized) and the texture and elasticity will be impaired. Further, conventionally, the obtained woven and knitted fabric is heat-treated at a predetermined temperature to control each of the manufactured woven and knitted fabrics, but it is difficult to control the heat temperature.
On the other hand, in Patent Documents 4 to 6, two or more kinds of yarns having different melting points are woven and knitted, and the yarn having the lower melting point is processed at a melting temperature. By arranging it in, fusion always occurs.
However, such woven and knitted fabrics are heat-sealed woven and knitted fabrics unless they are made to have a relatively high density or are used by twisting non-fused yarns, such as woven and knitted fabrics for clothing. It is difficult to adjust the hardness (texture). In addition, it is necessary to form a sufficient interval to produce a woven or knitted fabric that is flexible in terms of elasticity by causing the fabric to loosen (exercise stretching force). There wasn't.
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to use a heat-sealed yarn, but it is possible to control its elasticity (an action effect that exerts an elongation force but does not stretch completely), and the heat fusion is excessive (the heat fusion is excessive (). It is an object of the present invention to provide a woven fabric that can be easily manufactured while preventing a situation of (fluidization) and a method for manufacturing the woven fabric.
The inventor of the present application can control the elasticity of the woven or knitted fabric to a certain extent (exhibits stretching force but stretches) if the intersections to be knitted or woven are provided with the fused intersections and the non-fused intersections. The present invention was completed on the assumption that the kickback action effect) can be made to work. Further, the present invention has been completed with the idea that if it is possible to prevent the situation where heat fusion is excessive (fluidization), it is possible to prevent the texture and elasticity from being impaired. Then, by positively creating a semi-fused state, elasticity (a kickback action effect that exerts an extension force but does not extend completely) is controlled.
In the present invention, a plurality of heat-fused yarns having different melting points are arranged in the warp yarn, and a non-fused yarn is arranged in the weft yarn, or a heat-fused yarn is arranged, and a yarn-like and yarn-like intersection is provided. By heat-treating the obtained woven fabric at a predetermined temperature to form a woven or braided structure, the intersections of the yarns are provided with the intersections where the yarns are fused and the intersections where the yarns are not fused. and wherein the imperial Turkey. That is, although the present invention uses heat-sealed yarns having different melting points, it is also valid in combination with heat-sealed yarns having different melting points and non-heat-sealed yarns.
The heat-sealed yarns having different melting points may be at least two or more, or the entire fabric may be knitted or woven with heat-sealed yarns having different melting points. The combination is also good. Since the untwisted yarns are used in a aligned manner, the present invention is suitable for twisted yarns. This is because if the yarn is twisted, the intersection of the yarns is likely to form an intersection, and even at the intersection where the yarn is not fused, it is difficult to fray.
Here, a semi-fused intersection is provided, but in the present specification, the semi-fused intersection is included in the semi-fused intersection. In the present invention, the temperature is set to a low melting point, the elastic core yarn is covered with the first covering yarn and the second covering yarn having different melting points, or the heat having different melting points. The fused yarn has an elastic core yarn as a non-heat-fused yarn and a particle-like heat-sealing component coated on the outer periphery thereof, or an elastic core yarn as a heat-sealing yarn and a particle-like material on the outer periphery thereof. The non-heat-fusing component of is applied. At the intersections that are not fused, the thread-like and thread-like intersections adjacent to each other in a cross shape or an X shape exert the most extension force, but twisted yarn is used and entangled by utilizing its property. It may be in a state.
According to the present invention, since a plurality of heat-sealed yarns having different melting points are arranged or heat-fused yarns having different melting points from non-fused yarns are arranged, they are fused with the intersections where they are fused. Since the intersections that are not worn are provided, the elasticity can be controlled by variously changing these intersections (areas, ranges). Further, when the obtained woven and knitted fabric is heat-treated at the melting point temperature of the lower melting point having a different melting point, the heat-sealing yarn having a different melting point is heat-melted by setting the melting point temperature to the lower one. Since it is possible to prevent a situation in which the clothes are excessively worn (fluidized), the quality can be improved, and a semi-fused portion is also generated, so that the range in which the elasticity is controlled can be widened. Then, the lower temperature may be set, which facilitates the temperature setting.
Then, when viewed as an area of a predetermined range connected by a plurality of intersections, the fused intersections and the unfused intersections are configured to alternately overlap. In order for the fused intersections and the non-fused intersections to overlap each other, the fabric may be double-layered. By configuring the fused intersections and the non-fused intersections to overlap, it is possible to prevent fraying and improve the elastic force. In addition, since the intersections of the thread-like and thread-like points are often adjacent to each other (because they intersect adjacently in a cross shape or an X shape), the frayed portion is limited, and the outer peripheral edge of the fabric or the like is used. Fraying can be prevented by fusing or suturing.
Further, in the present invention, the non-heat-fused yarn and the heat-fused yarn having different melting points are twisted yarns, and the unfused intersections are entangled due to the properties of the twisted yarns. preferable. Further, it is preferable that the end portion of the woven or knitted fabric is formed of the fused intersections, and the unfused intersections are formed inside the fused intersections. This is to prevent the fabric from fraying from the surroundings. Further, the density of the intersections may be increased toward the end of the woven or knitted fabric to prevent fraying and control the stretching force.
In the present invention, when a plurality of heat-sealed yarns having different melting points are arranged, the processing temperature (Ts) of heat-sealing at the intersection of the filamentous and filamentous threads has a high melting temperature of the heat-sealed yarns having different melting points. It is characterized by heat treatment at a temperature lower than the heating temperature (Th) of the one and at a temperature higher than the heating temperature (Tl) of the lower one (heating temperature of Tl ≤ Ts <heating temperature of Th). To do. Further, the heat-sealed yarns having different melting points are provided with a first heat-sealed yarn, a second heat-sealed yarn, and a third heat-sealed yarn in order from the one having the lowest melting point, and the location of the intersection of the filamentous and filamentous yarns. The constant heat-sealing processing temperature (Ts) is lower than the heating temperature (Tt) of the second heat-sealing yarn and higher than the heating temperature (Tl) of the first heat-sealing yarn. It is characterized by heat treatment at a high temperature (heating temperature of Tl ≤ Ts <heating temperature of Tt). Even if the number of heat-sealed yarns increases, such as the fourth heat-sealed yarn and the fifth heat-sealed yarn, it is basically preferable to set the heating temperature in ascending order.
According to the present invention, it is possible to prevent excessive heat fusion (causing a flow portion) and to manufacture a fused intersection and a non-fused intersection. That is, it is a suitable method when the semi-fused portion is provided at the intersection (or the non-fused portion).
Further, if the woven or knitted fabric of the present invention is a knitted fabric, the cross-knitted portion may be a knitting method in which the heat-sealed yarn is wound around the knitting yarn. This winding method can also be applied to the woven fabric of the present invention. Further, it is possible to wrap it but not heat-sealing it.
According to the present invention, in knitting, by winding a thermocompression bonding yarn around a pile loop, it is possible to reliably provide a fused portion. On the contrary, although it is wound, it may not be heat-sealed, and in this case, fraying can be prevented.
In the present invention, the heat-sealed yarns having different melting points are covered with a covering yarn that is heat-sealed to a non-heat-sealed elastic core yarn, and whether the elastic core yarn is exposed to the outside. The heat-sealed yarns having different melting points are covered with a non-heat-sealed covering yarn using an elastic core yarn as a heat-sealing yarn, and whether the heat-sealed core yarn is exposed to the outside. Alternatively, the heat-sealed yarns having different melting points are characterized in that an elastic core yarn is used as a non-heat-sealed yarn and a particulate heat-sealing component is applied to the outer periphery thereof. Since the elastic core yarn and the first covering yarn and the second covering yarn each have an exposed surface exposed to the outside, the intersection of the yarn and the yarn is fused with the intersection where the yarn is fused. There are intersections that are not.
According to the present invention, the elasticity of a woven or knitted fabric can be controlled in a wider range by combining with a warp / weft or a knitting yarn. Moreover, the semi-fused portion can be efficiently created.
In addition, using the above covering yarn, heat treatment is performed at the lower heating temperature and used as a fabric, and when the elasticity is lost or the effect is diminished, the remaining higher heating temperature is used again. By heat-treating, it is also possible to heat-process so that the elastic force of the dough is exhibited again.
Further, as a method for producing a woven or knitted fabric of the present invention, a plurality of heat-fused yarns having different melting points are arranged, or heat-fused yarns having different melting points from non-fused yarns are arranged and the yarn-like and thread-like intersections thereof. Weaving obtained by knitting / weaving or assembling a structure with heat-sealed yarns in which a first covering yarn and a second covering yarn having different melting points are provided on an elastic core yarn. By heat-treating the knitted yarn at a heating temperature lower than the higher melting point having a different melting point, the knitting points to be knitted or knitted are provided with fused points and non-fused intersections. It is characterized by being.
According to the present invention, a heat-sealing yarn in which a first covering yarn and a second covering yarn having different melting points are covered with the elastic core yarn, or a heat-fusion yarn in which the elastic core yarn has a different melting point is described. A plurality of heat-sealed yarns having different melting points are arranged by using a heat-bonded yarn having a covering yarn covered, or a heat-sealing yarn having a different melting point from a non-fused yarn is used. Since the yarns are arranged, the fused intersections and the non-fused intersections are provided, but the obtained woven and knitted fabric is heat-treated at the lower melting point temperature having a different melting point. As a result, if the heat-sealed yarns having different melting points are set to have a lower melting point temperature, it is possible to prevent the situation where the heat-sealing is excessive (fluidized), so that the quality can be improved and the quality can be improved. A semi-fused portion is also generated, and the range in which the elasticity is controlled can be widened. Then, the lower temperature may be set, which facilitates the temperature setting.
According to the present invention, a plurality of heat-sealed yarns having different melting points are arranged, or heat-fused yarns having different melting points from non-fused yarns are arranged and fused to the intersections where they are fused. Since there are no intersections, the elasticity can be controlled by changing these intersections (areas, ranges) in various ways. By setting the melting point temperature of the heat-sealed yarns having different melting points to the lower setting, it is possible to prevent the situation where the heat-sealing is excessive (fluidized), so that the quality can be improved and the temperature can be improved. The setting is easy, and high-quality woven and knitted fabrics can be efficiently manufactured.
Hereinafter, specific embodiments to which the present invention is applied will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
(First Embodiment)
FIG. 1 shows an example of a woven fabric composed of a non-heat-sealed yarn and a heat-sealed yarn, and FIGS. 2 to 7 show the present invention composed of a heat-sealed yarn and a heat-sealed yarn. Is an embodiment in which the above is applied to a woven fabric. The heat-sealed yarns are woven at predetermined intervals so as to correspond to the warp yarns and the weft yarns, respectively. In the heat-sealing yarn 3, a covering yarn such as rayon or wooly nylon is used as the core yarn of the polyurethane filament, the core yarn is exposed on the yarn surface, and the covering is roughened, so that the low melting point polyurethane filament is used as the yarn. It is a yarn that is exposed on the surface and is wound to cover the surface of the core yarn. A polyurethane filament having a low melting point suitable for imparting elasticity is used for the woven fabric 1.
In the present embodiment, the woven fabric and the knitted fabric will be mainly described, but in the case of the woven structure, the vertical and horizontal heat-sealed yarns 3 are plain weaves that are entangled one by one, and the intersections and intersections that are heat-sealed. Make sure that the intervals between are open at predetermined intervals. This is to avoid contact with each other and to maintain the intervals so that they can easily expand and contract. After weaving the woven fabric 1, the obtained woven fabric 1 is heat-treated, and the heat-sealed yarns 3 of the warp and weft are fused at the intersection. As the heat treatment, heating with steam, hot water, or dry heat is possible. In the case of hot water, the temperature may correspond to the above 70 degrees, in the case of steam, the temperature may correspond to the above 100 degrees , and in the case of dry heat, the temperature may correspond to the above 130 degrees. The temperatures having different melting points may be set to temperatures suitable for heating with steam, hot water, or dry heat.
As the heat-sealing yarn 3, a yarn in which woolly nylon is siggle-covered on an elastic yarn (polyurethane filament) or a yarn in which double-covering is used is used (FIGS. 14 (a) and 14 (b)). For example, a single covering may cover the first covering yarn K1 and the second covering yarn K2 having different melting points (FIG. 15A). Further, the cover ring in the case of double may be covered so that the first covering thread K1 of the single is exposed by providing a space between the threads or a space between the threads (FIG. 15 (a)). ). Since the exposed surfaces Ka are formed on the covering threads K1 and K2, heat can be set at each temperature having a different melting point. For such use, a heat-sealing yarn in which the first covering yarn K1 and the second covering yarn K2 having different melting points cover the core yarn Ka is effective (FIG. 14 (a). ) (B), FIGS. 15 (a) and 15 (b). Further, the elastic core yarn Ka may be a heat-sealed yarn having a different melting point. In this case, the covering yarn is covered, but the covering yarn may be a heat-sealing yarn or not a heat-sealing yarn. The elastic core yarn Ka preferably has a first covering yarn and a second covering yarn having different melting points, and the elastic core yarn Ka preferably has an exposed surface Ka exposed to the outside. In the present embodiment, the core yarn Ks, the first covering yarn K1 and the second covering yarn K2 are exposed to the outside by opening a space between the yarns of each of the covering yarns. It is devised so that Ka is widely formed (FIGS. 14 (a) (b) and 15 (a) (b)).
By using these covering yarns having different melting points as warp yarns and weft yarns of the fabric, the heat setting temperature can be further changed. Further, one of the covering yarns having different melting points may be heat-set (for example, 100 ° C.), and when the elastic effect is weakened, the heat may be set again (for example, 130 ° C., which has a high melting point). In the present embodiment, the inner first covering yarn K1 is arranged as having a higher melting point than the outer covering yarn K2. As a result, when the heat-sealing effect of the outer covering yarn K2 is lost, the heat-sealing effect is exerted again by the inner first covering yarn K1 having a high melting point.
Further, the heat-sealed yarns 3 having different melting points are wound and coated with a sheath yarn that is heat-sealed to a non-heat-sealed elastic core yarn, and the elastic core yarn is exposed to the outside, or It is also possible that the non-heat-sealed sheath yarn is wound and coated with the elastic core yarn as the heat-sealing yarn, and the heat-sealing core yarn is exposed to the outside. The core thread may be provided with a splicing thread.
The melting point of the first covering yarn is 100 degrees, the melting point of the second covering yarn is 130 degrees, and the heating temperature Ts for heat treatment is higher and higher than the lower temperature of 100 degrees. Heat treatment is performed at a temperature lower than the melting point of 130 degrees. Under such heating conditions (100 ° C. <Ts> 130 ° C.), if the heating temperature Ts is 115 ° C., heat fusion does not occur at the higher 130 ° C., but heat fusion occurs at the lower 100 ° C. Therefore, there will be a part that fuses and a part that does not fuse. In order to avoid the influence of heating in the non-fused part as much as possible, it is preferable to heat-treat at the lowest possible temperature (for example, a temperature close to 100 ° C.), and the temperature of the semi-fused part is also as low as possible. It is preferable to heat-treat with.
In the thermal processing, the obtained woven or knitted fabric is heat-treated at a temperature lower than the higher melting point having a different melting point, so that the intersections to be knitted or woven are fused with the fused intersections. No intersections are created efficiently. Simply, heat treatment may be performed at a temperature close to the lower melting point temperature of the heat-sealed yarns having different melting points.
In the embodiment of FIG. 1, heat-sealed yarns 3 having different melting points are arranged in the warp yarns, and non-heat-fused yarns are arranged in the weft yarns. At the intersections of the non-heat-sealed yarns 3n and 3n, the intersections are not fused (B), and at the intersections where the heat-sealed yarns 3 are located, there is a fusion point O. Here, BB is formed by connecting several unfused intersections B to form a predetermined range (constant area range), and connecting several fused points O to form a predetermined range (constant area range). The area range) is OO (FIG. 2 (b)), but these predetermined ranges overlap. Therefore, the fabric as a whole exhibits a certain elastic force.
In the embodiment of FIG. 2, the heat-sealed yarns 3 having different melting points are arranged on the warp and the weft, and the non-fused yarn is arranged on the warp. The melting point of the first heat-sealed yarn 3A is 70 degrees, the melting point of the second heat-sealed yarn 3B is 100 degrees, and the heating temperature Ts for heat treatment is higher than the lower temperature of 70 degrees. The heat treatment is performed at a temperature lower than the melting point of 100 degrees of the higher and higher second heat-sealed yarn. Under such heating conditions (70 ° C. <Ts <100 ° C.), if the heating temperature Ts is 85 ° C., the first heat-sealing yarn 3A fuses, but the higher second heat-fusion yarn 3A fuses. The yarn 3B is not heat-sealed, and a portion B to be fused and a portion OR not to be fused are formed. In order to avoid the influence of heating at the non-fused portion as much as possible, it is preferable to perform the heat treatment at the lowest possible temperature (for example, a temperature close to 70 ° C.). Here, the OR-OR is formed by connecting several unfused intersections OR to form a predetermined range (constant area range), and connecting several BRs to be fused to form a predetermined range (constant area range). The area range) is BR-BR (FIG. 2B), but these predetermined ranges overlap. Therefore, the fabric as a whole exhibits a certain elastic force.
Further, it is assumed that the melting point Th1 of the first heat-sealed yarn is 70 degrees, the melting point Th2 of the second heat-sealed yarn is 100 degrees, and the melting point Th3 of the third heat-sealed yarn is 130 degrees. In the case, when the heat-sealed yarns having different melting points include the first heat-sealed yarn, the second heat-sealed yarn, and the third heat-sealed yarn in order from the one having the lowest melting point, the first one having the lower melting point. It is preferable that the heat treatment is performed at a temperature equal to or higher than the heating temperature of the heat-sealed yarn and at a temperature lower than the melting point of the second heat-sealed yarn (Th1 heating temperature ° C. ≤ Ts <T2 heating temperature ° C.). As a result, it is possible to prevent all of the intersections from being fused, and it is possible to efficiently form a semi-fused state. When the heat treatment is performed at the melting point of the second heat-sealed yarn, the number of semi-fused parts increases, but it is possible to prevent the situation where the heat-sealing is excessive (fluidized) as much as possible. Here, the fusing temperature actually has a width such that the melting point Th1 of the first heat-sealing yarn is 70 to 80 ° C. and the melting point Th2 of the second heat-sealing yarn is 100 to 110 ° C. Similarly, it is preferable to heat-treat at a temperature equal to or higher than the heating temperature of the lower first heat-sealed yarn and at a temperature lower than the melting point of the second heat-sealed yarn (Th1). The heating temperature is 70 to 80 ° C. ≤ Ts <T2, the heating temperature is 100 to 110 ° C.).
FIG. 3 shows an example in which a semi-fused state is efficiently formed by using the third heat fusion for the weft. In the embodiment of FIG. 3, in the woven knitted fabric 1, the warp yarn and the weft yarn are provided with heat-sealed yarns (70 ° C. and 130 ° C.) having the same melting point as the heat-sealed yarns having different melting points (70 ° C. and 130 ° C.). Have been placed.
In the examples of FIGS. 4 and 5, a different second heat-sealed yarn (100 ° C.) is further arranged as a weft. In the woven knitted fabric 1 of FIG. 6, heat-sealed yarns (70 ° C., 100 ° C. and 130 ° C.) having different melting points are used for the warp yarns, and heat-sealed yarns (90 ° C. and 130 ° C.) are arranged on the weft yarns. ing. However, the warp yarn and the weft yarn may have different heating temperatures at the melting points of the heat-sealed yarns having different melting points. For example, heat fusion having different melting points such as 90 ° C. and 110 ° C. may be used for the weft. In the present embodiment, if the set temperature is higher than the dry heat of 130 ° C., the texture of the product, the dyeing fastness, and the like may be adversely affected. If the dry heat is lower than 70 ° C., the heat-sealed polyurethane elastic fibers may not be heat-sealed.
In each of the manufactured woven fabrics 1, the end portion of the woven fabric 1 as a fabric is composed of the fused intersections Ua, and the unfused intersections UN are formed inside the fused intersections Ua. ing. This is to prevent the fabric from fraying from the surroundings. It is preferable that the distance between the heat-sealed yarns is always a predetermined distance (square squares), and the heat-sealed yarns are not aligned. Since the untwisted yarns are used in a aligned manner, the present invention is suitable for twisted yarns. Further, the expansion / contraction force may be adjusted by gradually reducing the distance between the heat-sealed yarns (square squares) toward the end (edge) of the fabric. ..
FIG. 1 shows an example in which a heat-sealed yarn 3 and a non-heat-bonded yarn 3n are used. As the heat-sealing yarn 3, a heat-sealing yarn (covering) yarn K having a different heat-sealing yarn as the covering yarn can be used. When viewed as the area of a predetermined range connecting the intersections with a plurality of intersections, the intersections that are fused (the range surrounded by OO in the figure) and the intersections that are not fused (BB in the figure). It is configured so that it overlaps with the area surrounded by). In order for the fused intersections and the non-fused intersections to overlap each other, the fabric may be double-layered (see FIGS. 9A and 9B). By configuring the intersections that are fused and the intersections that are not fused to overlap, it is possible to prevent fraying and improve the effect of exerting elastic force but not stretching). it can.
FIG. 2 shows an example in which the heat-sealed yarn 3 and the non-heat-bonded yarn 3n are used, but the heat-bonded yarn 3 is used as the weft. In this case, when the intersections of the yarns are viewed as the area of a predetermined range connecting the yarns at a plurality of intersections, the intersections are semi-fused with the fused intersections (the range surrounded by OO in the figure). It is configured so that it overlaps with the intersections (the range surrounded by BB in the figure) that are not fused or fused. The fusion yarn having the higher melting point is arranged on the end side of the woven fabric 1 to prevent the weft yarn from fraying on the end side, which is the same as the example of FIG.
FIG. 3 shows an example in which the heat-sealed yarn 3 and the non-heat-bonded yarn 3n are used, but the heat-bonded yarn 3 and the heat-sealed yarn 3n are arranged in the weft. In order for the fused intersections and the non-fused intersections to be configured to overlap, the fabric is doubly configured (the fabric in this case is a non-thermally fused yarn). ), By using the heat-sealing yarn 3 between them, a kickback action effect that exerts an extension force but does not extend completely is produced.
FIG. 5 shows an example in which the heat-sealed yarn 3 and the non-heat-fused yarn 3n are used, and the heat-bonded yarn 3 and the non-heat-fused yarn 3n are arranged on the weft. In this case, the intersections that are fused (the range surrounded by OO and CC in the figure) and the intersections that are semi-fused or not fused (at BB in the figure). The surrounding area) is configured in order in the vertical, horizontal, and diagonal directions. The number of yarns having a melting point of 130 degrees in the third heat-sealed yarn 3 is as small as possible. Therefore, although the structure is rich in elongation, the heat-sealing yarn 3 is also used, so that the elongation is not completely stretched.
In FIG. 6, the warp yarn is composed of the first heat-sealing yarn 3A and the second heat-sealing yarn 3B, and the weft yarn is composed of the third non-heat-sealing yarn 3C. The melting point of the first heat-sealed yarn (heating temperature of the heat treatment) is 70 ° C., the melting point of the second heat-sealed yarn 3 is 100 degrees, and the melting point of the third heat-sealed yarn is 130. This is an example of heat treatment at a temperature of 100 ° C. and a heating temperature of 100 ° C. for heat treatment. Assuming that the heating temperature (Tt) of the melting point of the second heat-sealed yarn is defined as described above, the melting point of 130 ° C., which is higher than that of the third heat-sealed yarn, is not fused and is lower than 100 ° C. It will be heat-sealed with the first heat-sealed yarn. Further, the temperature is lower than the heating temperature (Tt) of the second heat-sealing yarn and higher than the heating temperature (Tl) of the first heat-sealing yarn (heating temperature of Tl ° C. ≦ Ts). It is also effective to perform heat treatment at <heating temperature of Tt (° C. ° C.)). Heat fusion It is possible to prevent the situation where the heat fusion is excessive (fluidization). Therefore, although the configuration is inferior to the stretching force, the stepwise stretching force can be adjusted by the combination of the semi-heat fusion site and the heat fusion site. Assuming that the temperature setting is the warp, the weft is the first heat-sealed yarn, the second heat-sealed yarn, and the third heat in order from the one having the lowest melting point of the heat-sealed yarns having different melting points. When provided with fusion, for example, the melting point of the first heat-sealed yarn is 80 ° C., the melting point of the second heat-sealed yarn is 110 ° C., and the melting point of the third heat-sealed yarn is 140 ° C. In this case, the temperature is lower than the heating temperature of the second heat-sealed yarn (80 ° C.) and higher than the heating temperature of the first heat-sealed yarn (70 ° C.) (heating temperature of 70 ° C. ≤ Ts). The heat treatment can be performed at a heating temperature of <80 ° C., or the temperature can be set to 80 ° C., 100 ° C., 110 ° C., or the like, and the expansion / contraction force can be adjusted in a further stepwise manner.
FIG. 7A shows a diamond-shaped flat braided structure (Tang dynasty structure) composed and narrowed, and is fused with the intersections fused to the intersections where the braided yarns intersect. It is configured so that it overlaps with no intersections. That is, the central mesh-like portion is composed of the fused intersections Ua, and the unfused intersections UN are configured outside the fused intersections Ua. The predetermined intervals of the mesh extend efficiently in the expansion and contraction direction, but because there are intersections where they are fused, they exhibit elasticity that tries to return to their original state (kickback) at a certain point. At the intersections where the yarns are not fused, the yarns may be crossed in an X-shape or a cross shape, but they are twisted by utilizing the properties of the twisted yarns (such as S-twist or N-twist). ) To form an intersection to prevent fraying (Fig. 7 (b)).
(Second Embodiment)
FIG. 8 shows an embodiment in which the present invention is applied to a knitted fabric. It exhibits high elasticity in its longitudinal direction and non-stretchability in its width direction. The insertion thread (heat fusion thread) is also inserted into the warp thread. The warp threads 12 are chain-knitted, and the insertion threads 3 are woven in the warp direction in an S shape at the stitches, and the weft threads 4 are woven in the course direction. The position where the insertion thread 3 is knitted into the stitch and the position where the weft thread is knitted into the stitch have a one-to-one correspondence, and the
FIG. 9A is an enlarged photograph of the front side of the knitted fabric 11, and FIG. 9B is an enlarged photograph of the front side thereof. 9 (a) and 9 (b) are examples of application to a tubular supporter, and in this supporter 13S, there are intersections fused to the central mesh-shaped intersection and intersections not fused. It is configured to overlap. Then, once the heat is set at the low temperature, if the effect of elasticity diminishes, if heat is applied at a temperature higher than the above low temperature at that time, the original elasticity is restored. It is also possible to use it as such.
Fibers such as acrylic, nylon, polyurethane, and wool are used for the knitting yarn of the circular knitting fabric 11 of the present embodiment. Fibers such as nylon, acrylic, cotton, silk, and wool fibers can be used for the front yarn constituting the pile loop 12. As the elastic thread 3 that is wound around, along with, or passed through the pile loop 12, a thread that covers a highly elastic thread that serves as a core thread Ka is used. In knitting, by winding a thermocompression bonding yarn around the pile loop, it is possible to reliably provide a fused portion. On the contrary, although it is wound, it may not be heat-sealed, and in this case, fraying can be prevented.
Further, FIG. 17 shows an example applied to a tubular supporter, in which three heat fusion points are provided at intersections. Fused deposition modeling is knitted into the knitting structure layer of the conventional manufacturing method, and expansion and contraction control is controlled by heat treatment at intersections, and expansion and contraction, difficult expansion and contraction, and non-expansion and contraction parts can be combined seamlessly. That is, at the end, heat is set at the highest temperature to completely melt the product.
9 to 11 are embodiments in which the present invention is applied to a flat knitting. The heat-sealed yarns are woven at predetermined intervals so as to correspond to the warp yarns and the weft yarns, respectively. In the knitting 11, the knitting 11 of the material fabric knitted by the splicing yarn knitting using the heat-sealing yarn as the
The weft knitted fabric of the present invention is a weft knitted fabric in which a heat-sealed yarn containing heat-sealed polyurethane elastic fibers and at least one type of non-heat-fused yarn are plated and knitted, and is heat-sealed by heat treatment such as a heat set. The polyurethane elastic fibers are heat-sealed with each other. The heat-sealed yarn is arranged at a predetermined position in the knitting of the non-heat-fused yarn to provide a thread-like and thread-like intersection. It can be carried out only in combination with a heat-sealed yarn.
FIG. 12 is a knitted fabric in which the heat-sealed yarns having different melting points are inserted into the knitted yarns, and the intersection is a knitting method in which the heat-sealed yarns are wound around the knitting yarns. As the elastic yarn 3 wound around the pile loop 12, a spandex yarn obtained by covering a polyurethane yarn with a woolly nylon yarn or the like is used, and the elastic yarn 3 is wound around the

FIG. 13 shows an embodiment in which the present invention is applied to circular knitting. In the knitting 11 of the present invention, the
The form of the heat-sealed yarn containing the heat-sealed polyurethane elastic fiber used in the present invention is shown in FIGS. 14 (a) and 14 (b).
As shown in FIGS. 15A and 15B, covering yarns (single covering yarns, double covering yarns), twisted yarns, air entangled yarns and the like. By using the heat-sealed yarn, it is possible to eliminate the breakage of the polyurethane elastic fiber, and further, the physical characteristics and texture of the fiber shared as the heat-sealed yarn can be applied to the knitted fabric. Since the untwisted yarns are used in a aligned manner, the present invention is suitable for twisted yarns.
Further, as shown in FIGS. 16A and 16B, the heat-sealing yarns 3 having different melting points have an elastic core yarn as a non-heat-sealing yarn and a particle-like heat-sealing component Kz on the outer periphery thereof. It may be coated. When the heat-sealing component Kz is applied, it is possible to prevent the fibers from coming off after processing and to give the fabric a firm feel. 16 (a) and 16 (b) show that the elastic core yarn is used as a non-thermally fused yarn and a particulate heat-sealing component is applied to the outer periphery thereof, and the elastic core yarn Ks is thermally fused. A particulate non-heat-fusing component may be applied to the outer periphery of the yarn as a yarn. FIG. 16 (a) shows a coating state in which the elastic core yarn Ks is wound from one direction by the particle-like heat-sealing component Kz like S-twist or N-twist, and FIG. 16 (b) shows. , It is a coating state in which the elastic core yarn Ks is wound from two directions so that the particle-like heat-sealing component changes its direction in both S twist and N twist, but it is coated at predetermined intervals. Since the elastic core yarn is exposed to the outside, the elastic core yarn can be either a heat-fused yarn or a non-heat-fused yarn, and the particulate component can be a heat-fused or non-heat-fused component. Any of these can be used in the present invention. Then, in the example of FIG. 16B, the heat-sealing temperatures of the first particulate heat-sealing component and the second particulate heat-sealing component are different. It is also possible to use the above-mentioned examples of the particulate heat-sealing component Kz in combination with the above-mentioned covering yarns K1 and K2 (FIG. 16 (c)).
The heat-sealed yarn containing the heat-sealed polyurethane elastic fiber may be used for all courses, or the heat-sealed polyurethane elastic fiber alone or the non-heat-sealed polyurethane elastic fiber alone or the non-heat-sealed polyurethane elastic fiber may be used. It may be woven alternately with the contained heat-sealed yarn. Further, heat-sealed yarns containing heat-sealed polyurethane elastic fibers may be woven every other course or more.
As for the knitting machine, a normal knitting machine used for producing a weft knitted fabric can be used, and the knitted fabric can be produced according to a conventional method. As an example, a dial cylinder circular knitting machine or a single cylinder circular knitting machine can be used. We have shown a method of knitting heat-sealed yarns or heat-fused elastic fibers containing elastic fibers with upper and lower needles, but a method of knitting these elastic fibers only with the upper needle, a method of knitting with only the lower needle, or three of them. It may be a combined method.
After knitting the weft knitted fabric, the heat-sealed polyurethane elastic fibers constituting the knitted fabric are heat-sealed with each other by a heat set. As the heat setting method, either a dry heat set or a wet heat set may be adopted. The method of heat setting shall be performed as in the first embodiment.
