Description
The present invention relates to a stretchable warp knitted fabric and a garment using the same, and more particularly to a mesh-shaped stretchable warp knitted fabric that does not need to be trimmed in the state of being cut and a garment using the same.
Conventionally, so-called free-cut warp knitted fabrics and so-called free-cut warp knitted fabrics that can be used for clothing as they are cut without finishing such as sewing processing for the purpose of preventing fraying of the edges formed by cutting. Clothing using these warp knitted fabrics is known.
For example,
Further, for example, in Patent Document 2, it is an elastic warp knitted fabric in which an inelastic yarn and an elastic yarn are knitted yarns, and both the inelastic yarns and the elastic yarns have an atlas structure and an accompanying structure. A warp-knitted fabric is disclosed in which edges that do not need to be trimmed are formed in the cut state in any of the vertical, horizontal, and diagonal directions.
In general, warp knitted fabrics used for clothing and the like are required to have various designs. However, all of the above-mentioned free-cut warp knitted fabrics of the prior art are so-called plain fabrics, that is, plain fabrics, and are not mesh-like stretchable warp knitted fabrics. Therefore, there has been a demand for a free-cut warp knitted fabric that can reduce seams such as sewing, has excellent elasticity and breathability, and can express a design such as a mesh pattern. ..
Further, conventionally, there has been no elastic warp knitted fabric having a non-slip feature.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is that it is not necessary to clean up the edges in the state of being cut, and the present invention has excellent elasticity, breathability and design. It is an object of the present invention to provide a stretchable warp knitted fabric having excellent properties and clothing using the same.
Another object of the present invention is to provide an elastic warp knitted fabric which does not require edge cleaning after cutting and has a non-slip effect, and a garment using the same.
Stretchable warp knitted fabric of the present invention is a stretchable warp knitted fabric is knitted by a non-stretchable knitting yarns and elastic yarns, the elastic yarns, the mesh tissue by insertion of a plurality of types are organized, the line contact portion in which at least two said elastic yarn to accompany to pass between the same needle from between the same needle as it is knitted one course is formed between all of course, the line contact The elastic threads of the portion are joined to each other by heat fusion .
Further, the garment of the present invention is a garment using the above-mentioned elastic warp knitted fabric according to the present invention, and is characterized by having an edge portion that has not been trimmed in the state of being cut.
According to elastic warp knitted fabric of the present invention, is organized by the inextensible yarn and elastic yarn, the elastic yarn is knitted into a mesh structure by the insertion of a plurality of types. As a result, the stretchable warp knitted fabric exhibits excellent stretchability in the vertical, horizontal, and diagonal directions, and also has excellent breathability.
In addition, a line contact portion accompanied by at least two types of the elastic threads is formed between all courses . As a result, the inserted elastic threads overlap at the line contact portion, making it difficult to pull out. Therefore, it is possible to suppress fraying of the edge portion formed when the elastic warp knitted fabric is cut.
In this way, since the fraying of the edge portion formed by cutting is suppressed, it is not necessary to perform finishing such as sewing processing to prevent the fraying of the edge portion, and the processing to clothing or the like can be easily performed. be able to. That is, the elastic warp knitted fabric can be used as a free-cut warp knitted fabric.
The stretchable warp knitted fabric of the present invention has a plurality of types of stretchable threads , and the stretchable threads are inserted in an overlapping manner. As a result, the elastic warp knitted fabric is knitted in a mesh shape. Therefore, the breathability and design of the stretchable warp knitted fabric are improved, and a stretchable warp knitted fabric having excellent elasticity, breathability and designability can be obtained by free cutting.
Further, according to the present invention, the elastic threads at the line contact portion may be joined to each other by heat fusion. As a result, the effect of suppressing fraying of the cut edge can be enhanced.
Further, since the elastic yarn between the line contact portion is fixed by welding, the yarn of the stretchable yarns omission can be suppressed. As a result, the tension of the knitting yarn and the elastic yarn when knitting the elastic warp knitted fabric can be suppressed to a low level. As a result, the range of knitting condition settings is widened, and the elasticity and power of the elastic warp knitted fabric can be freely adjusted.
Further, since the yarn pulling out of the elastic yarn is suppressed by the fusion of the line contact portion, for example, a yarn made of polyester fiber or the like which is easily pulled out as a knitting yarn, a yarn thinner than the warp knitted fabric of the prior art, etc. , Threads of various thicknesses and materials can be used depending on the application. This enables a variety of design expressions of elastic warp knitted fabrics suitable for each application.
Further, according to the present invention, a point contact portion where at least two types of the elastic threads intersect may be formed. As a result, the elastic threads are fused to each other at the point contact portion, so that the effect of suppressing fraying of the edge portion can be obtained.
Further, by forming the point contact portion, the stretchable thread protrudes to one main surface of the stretchable warp knitted fabric. Therefore, the one main surface on which the elastic thread of the elastic warp knitted fabric protrudes becomes hard to slip. That is, a free-cut elastic warp knitted fabric having a non-slip function can be obtained.
Further, the stretchable warp knitted fabric is knitted into a dot pattern or the like by projecting the stretchable yarn onto one main surface of the stretchable warp knitted fabric. As a result, a design effect can be obtained.
Further, according to the present invention, at least two types of the elastic threads may be inserted in the same knitting structure while being shifted in the course direction. As a result, at least two types of elastic threads are overlapped to form a point contact portion. Therefore, the dot pattern or the like can be knitted by the formed point contact portion, and the effect of suppressing fraying can be further enhanced.
Further, by knitting at least two types of elastic threads with the same knitting structure, the lengths of the two types of threads used when knitting the elastic warp knitted fabric are substantially the same. Therefore, the same yarn supplied from the same beam can be used as the two types of elastic yarns knitted with the same knitting structure. That is, two types of elastic threads can be inserted by the threads supplied from one beam. As a result, it is possible to knit more types of knitting yarns and elastic yarns than the number of beams that can be mounted on the knitting machine, which is efficient.
Further, according to the present invention, the stretchable thread may be inserted by being swung in the same wale direction for each course. As a result, it is possible to form many line contact portions and point contact portions where the elastic threads come into contact with each other and overlap each other. Therefore, since the portion where the stretchable threads are joined by heat fusion increases, the range where fraying occurs when cut can be reduced, and the stretchable warp can be reduced regardless of the cutting direction and shape. Fraying from the edge of the knitted fabric can be suppressed.
Further, according to the present invention, the stretchable yarn may contain polyurethane fibers. As a result, heat can be applied to the stretchable warp knitted fabric to easily fuse the stretchable threads together. Further, since the polyurethane fiber has excellent elasticity, the elasticity of the elastic warp knitted fabric can be further increased.
Further, according to the present invention, there may be a hem formed by removing the thread removal after inserting and knitting the thread removal. As a result, the hem of the stretchable warp knitted fabric does not need to be cut with scissors or the like when it is processed into clothing or the like. Therefore, it can be easily processed into clothing or the like. In addition, by knitting the hem, the kinks of the edges of the elastic warp knitted fabric are reduced, and the edges are neatly arranged. Therefore, sewing finishing processing and the like can be reduced. In addition, since it is possible to reduce folds and seams at the edges of clothing, it is possible to improve the feel when worn and improve the design.
Further, according to the garment of the present invention, the garment using the above-mentioned elastic warp knitted fabric may have an edge portion that has not been trimmed in the state of being cut. As a result, the labor of sewing can be saved, and the productivity of clothing can be increased. Further, since the cut edge portion is not sewn or the like, the number of seams in the vicinity of the edge portion can be reduced, the design can be improved, and the feel when worn can be improved.
Hereinafter, the stretchable warp knitted fabric according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

In the following description, the course direction is the direction in which the elastic warp knitted
The elastic warp knitted
The knitting yarn 11 is a non-stretchable yarn, and as the knitting yarn 11, for example, a yarn made of synthetic fibers such as polyester and nylon, natural fibers such as cotton and silk, and the like is used. The thickness of the knitting yarn 11 is preferably, for example, 22 dtex (decitex) to 78 dtex.
The knitting yarn 11 is knitted by a power knitting structure 21 in which the needle train Y1 to the needle train Y6 are repeated units. Specifically, the knitting structure 21 is the same knitting structure as one of the pair of knitting threads knitted in the power knitting of 6 courses. That is, the knitting structure 21 knitted by the knitting yarn 11 forms a loop that becomes an opening or a closing every time one course is knitted.
Specifically, the knitting yarn 11 passes through the inter-needle A3 and forms an opening with respect to the needle between the inter-needle A2 and the inter-needle A3 (needle row Y1), and then the knitting yarn 11 passes through the needle. It passes through the space A2 and forms a closure with respect to the needle between the needles A2 and the needles A3 (needle row Y2). Next, the knitting yarn 11 passes through the inter-needle A2 and forms a closed stitch with respect to the needle between the inter-needle A1 and the inter-needle A2 (needle row Y3).
Next, the knitting yarn 11 passes through the inter-needle A2 and forms an opening with respect to the needle between the inter-needle A2 and the inter-needle A3 (needle row Y4). Next, the knitting yarn 11 passes through the inter-needle A3 and forms a closed stitch with respect to the needle between the inter-needle A2 and the inter-needle A3 (needle row Y5). Next, the knitting yarn 11 passes through the inter-needle A3 and forms a closed stitch with respect to the needle between the inter-needle A3 and the inter-needle A4 (needle row Y6).
The knitting yarn 11 used for the elastic warp knitted
The thread 12 is an elastic thread. As the thread 12, a thread containing polyurethane fibers is preferable, and for example, spandex, which is a polyurethane fiber, is used. The thickness of the thread 12 is appropriately selected according to the intended use, and is preferably 33 dtex to 620 dtex, for example.
The thread 12 is inserted by a 12-course knitting structure 22 having the needle train Y1 to the needle train Y12 as a repeating unit. The knitting structure 22 is a knitting structure in which no loop is formed, and is a substantially meandering knitting structure in which one to two stitches are alternately shaken in the wale direction for each course.
Specifically, the thread 12 passes between the needles B3 (needle row Y1) and passes through the needles B4 (needle row Y2). Next, the thread 12 passes between the needles B2 (needle row Y3) and passes through the needles B3 (needle row Y4). Next, the thread 12 passes between the needles B1 (needle row Y5) and passes through the needles B2 (needle row Y6). Next, the thread 12 passes between the needles B1 (needle row Y7) and passes through the needles B3 (needle row Y8). Next, the thread 12 passes between the needles B2 (needle row Y9) and passes through the needles B4 (needle row Y10). Next, the thread 12 passes between the needles B3 (needle row Y11) and passes through the needles B5 (needle row Y12).
As the thread 13, the same elastic thread as the thread 12 is used. That is, the thread 13 is, for example, a thread made of spandex or the like which is a polyurethane fiber, and the thickness of the thread 13 is preferably 33 dtex to 620 dtex.
Yarn 13 is knitted by the yarn 12 and the same knit structure 22 is inserted is offset 6 Course content in the course direction relative to the thread 12. That is, the thread 12 and the thread 13 have a common knitting structure 22, and differ only in the position in the course direction in which they are inserted.
Specifically, the thread 13 passes between the needles C1 (needle row Y1) and passes through the needles C3 (needle row Y2). Next, the thread 13 passes through the inter-needle C2 (needle row Y3) and passes through the inter-needle C4 (needle row Y4). Next, the thread 13 passes through the inter-needle C3 (needle row Y5) and passes through the inter-needle C5 (needle row Y6). Next, the thread 13 passes between the needles C3 (needle row Y7) and passes through the needles C4 (needle row Y8). Next, the thread 13 passes between the needles C2 (needle row Y9) and passes through the needles C3 (needle row Y10). Next, the thread 13 passes between the needles C1 (needle row Y11) and passes through the needles C2 (needle row Y12). In this way, the yarn 13 is knitted by a 12-course knitting structure 22 inserted from the needle train Y1 with the needle train Y12 as a repeating unit.
As described above, since the thread 12 and the thread 13 are inserted by the same knitting structure 22, the lengths of the thread 12 and the thread 13 used in the elastic warp knitted
As a result, when the elastic warp knitted
With such a configuration, when knitting the elastic warp knitted
Further, by using many kinds of elastic threads such as the thread 12 and the thread 13, various design expressions can be performed and the design can be enhanced. Further, even with a knitting machine having a small number of available beams, it is possible to knit the stretchable warp knitted
In the above example, as the thread 12 and the thread 13, the same being supplied from the same beam but yarn was used, as the yarn 12 and the yarn 13, for example, different types of supplied from different beam Threads may be used.
The thread 14 is an elastic thread. As the thread 14, a thread containing polyurethane fibers is preferable, and for example, spandex, which is a polyurethane fiber, is used. The thickness of the thread 14 is appropriately selected according to the intended use, and is preferably 78 dtex to 620 dtex, and may be different from the thread 12 and the thread 13.
The yarn 14 is inserted by a 6-course satin knitting structure 24 having the needle train Y1 to the needle train Y6 as a repeating unit. Specifically, the thread 14 passes between the needles D2 (needle row Y1) and passes through the needles D3 (needle row Y2). Next, the thread 14 passes through the inter-needle D1 (needle row Y3) and passes through the inter-needle D3 (needle row Y4). Next, the thread 14 passes through the inter-needle D2 (needle row Y5) and passes through the inter-needle D4 (needle row Y6).
Further, the elastic warp knitted
Specifically, the thread 15 passes through the inter-needle E1 and forms an opening with respect to the needle between the inter-needle E1 and the inter-needle E2 (needle row Y1). Next, the thread 15 passes through the inter-needle E2 and forms an opening with respect to the needle between the inter-needle E1 and the inter-needle E2 (needle row Y2).
FIG. 2 is an organizational chart showing a part of the elastic warp knitted
The knitting yarn 11 is inserted as a full set. That is, the knitting yarn 11 that knits the knitting structure 21 is inserted into all the guides of the reed that knits the knitting yarn 11. In this way, the knitting yarn 11 is inserted between all the needles, and as described above, a loop that becomes an opening or a closing is formed for each needle.
The thread 12 is inserted in a so-called 2in2out. Specifically, the thread 12 is continuously inserted between two needles in the wale direction, and is continuously inserted between the next two needles with a space between two needles next to the thread 12. .. That is, the thread 12 is inserted into the guide the yarn 12 are arranged in two successive reed being inserted, without being inserted into two guides of the lateral, is set by repeating this.
Further, the thread 13 is inserted 2in2out like the thread 12. Specifically, the thread 13 is continuously inserted between two needles like the thread 12, and is continuously inserted between the next two needles with a space between two needles next to the thread 13. Will be done. That is, the yarn 13 is inserted into the guide the yarn 13 are arranged in two successive reed being inserted, without being inserted into two guides of the lateral, is set by repeating this.
Further, the thread 12 and the thread 13 are inserted in a substantially meandering shape by being shaken alternately in the wale direction, that is, alternately left and right, each time one course is advanced. Here, in the needle train Y1 to the needle train Y6, the thread 12 is inserted by swinging one stitch when it is swung to the left in the wale direction and by swinging two stitches when it is swung to the right.
In this way, since the thread 12 is inserted from the needle row Y1 to the needle row Y6 by being swung more to the right than to the left, it is inserted diagonally from the left side to the right side in the wale direction. .. That is, the thread 12 is inserted from the needle row Y1 to the needle row Y6 in the diagonally right direction with respect to the course direction, that is, in the diagonally upward right direction in FIG.
Further, in the needle row Y6 to the needle row Y12, the thread 12 is shaken by two stitches when it is swung to the left in the wale direction, and by one stitch when it is swung to the right. In this way, since the thread 12 is inserted from the needle row Y6 to the needle row Y12 by being swung more to the left than to the right, it is inserted diagonally from the right side to the left side in the wale direction. .. That is, the thread 12 is inserted from the needle row Y6 to the needle row Y12 in the diagonally leftward direction with respect to the course direction, that is, in the diagonally upward leftward direction in FIG.
Further, the threads 13 inserted by the same knitting structure 22 are also inserted alternately in the oblique direction like the threads 12. Specifically, the thread 13 is inserted diagonally to the left with respect to the course direction from the needle row Y1 to the needle row Y6, and is inserted diagonally to the right with respect to the course direction from the needle row Y6 to the needle row Y12. To. As described above, since the yarn 12 and the yarn 13 by changing the swing width is inserted obliquely direction alternately, stretchable warp knitted
Further, as described above, the thread 12 and the thread 13 each have the same knitting structure 22 that is largely swung in the wale direction, and are inserted with a deviation of 6 courses in the course direction, so that the thread 12 and the thread 13 overlap each other. A part is formed.
The thread 14 is inserted as a full set. That is, the thread 14 is inserted between all the needles in the wale direction. In other words, the thread 14 is inserted into all the guide reeds yarn 14 is inserted.
By inserting the three types of elastic threads, that is, the threads 12, the threads 13 and the threads 14 as described above, the threads 12, the threads 13 and the threads 14 are overlapped with each other to form a mesh structure, and the elastic warp knitting is performed. The
Figure 3 is a tissue diagram extracting only the thread 12, the thread 13 and the thread 14 of the elastic warp knitted
As shown in FIG. 3, the thread 12, the thread 13, and the thread 14 are inserted so as to form a portion where they overlap each other. Specifically, the stretchable warp knitted
Specifically, in the needle train Y3 to the needle train Y9, the thread 13 and the thread 14 accompany each other in the F portion to form the
By forming the
The
FIG. 4 is an enlarged organizational chart of the thread 12, the thread 13, and the thread 14 shown in FIG. Note that the G portion indicated by the broken line circle in FIG. 4 indicates the vicinity of the portion where the
For example, in the G1 portion shown in FIG. 4, the thread 13 and the thread 14 are inserted between the same needles. When the thread 14 is inserted from the needle row Y1 toward the G1 portion, the thread 14 is inserted from between the needles on the left side in the wale direction with respect to the thread 13. Further, when the thread 14 is inserted from the G1 portion toward the needle row Y3 beyond the thread 14, the thread 14 is inserted between the needles on the right side in the wale direction with respect to the thread 13. As a result, in the G1 portion, the yarn 13 and the yarn 14 intersect to form the
Further, for example, in the G2 portion, the thread 12 and the thread 14 are inserted between the same needles. When the thread 14 is inserted from the needle row Y3 toward the G2 portion, the thread 14 is inserted from between the needles on the right side in the wale direction with respect to the thread 12. Further, when the thread 14 is inserted from the G2 portion toward the needle row Y5 beyond the thread 14, the thread 14 is inserted between the needles on the left side in the wale direction with respect to the thread 12. As a result, the thread 12 and the thread 14 intersect to form the
As described above, when the thread 12, the thread 13 and the thread 14 intersect with each other at the
As a result, the stretchable warp knitted
In addition, the
Further, the thread 12, the thread 13 and the thread 14 do not protrude from the other main surface, which is the opposite side of one main surface. As a result, the other main surface is formed smoothly, so that it feels good to the touch when worn as clothing or the like.
Further, the stretchable warp knitted
In particular, in the elastic warp knitted
Here, the heat setting treatment of the stretchable warp knitted
As a more preferable condition, the heating temperature in the heat setting treatment is 190 ° C. to 200 ° C., more preferably 194 ° C. to 198 ° C.
By performing the heat setting treatment under such conditions, the bonding between the thread 12, the thread 13 and the thread 14 in the
Thus, the thread 12 in
Further, in the conventional general mesh-like warp knitted fabric, the stitches are knitted by non-stretchable threads. In a warp knitted fabric knitted with such non-stretchable threads, it has not been easy to make a warp knitted fabric that is free-cut while maintaining a mesh-like structure. In the present embodiment, as described above, the mesh-like stitches are knitted by the elastic threads 12, the threads 13, and the threads 14. As a result, the stretchable warp knitted
Further, the fusion of the
Further, when the stretchable yarn is inserted into the mesh-shaped warp knitted fabric knitted by the general non-stretchable yarn and knitted, the elasticity and power of the warp knitted fabric cannot be easily adjusted. As described above, the stretchable warp knitted
Further, as shown in FIG. 3, since the thread 12, the thread 13, and the thread 14 are inserted by being swung in the same wale direction for each course, the thread 12, the thread 13, and the thread 14 come into contact with each other and overlap each other. Many
As described above, the stretchable warp knitted
Further, since the stretchable warp knitted
The stretchable warp knitted
For example, stretchable warp knitted
FIG. 5 is an organizational chart of the elastic warp knitted
Further, a thread removal 16 is knitted between the
As described above, since the thread removal 16 is knitted with few overlapping threads, the thread removal 16 can be easily pulled out from the elastic warp knitted
By providing the
Further, by knitting the
[Example 1]
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to examples. The present invention is not limited to the examples listed below.
First, an evaluation test on the elasticity of the elastic warp knitted
The elastic warp knitted
Then, the stretchable warp knitted
A test piece having a width of 25 mm and a grip interval of 100 mm was formed from the elastic warp knitted
As a result of the above test, it was confirmed that the stretchable warp knitted
Next, using the stretchable warp knitted
Five test pieces obtained by cutting the elastic warp knitted
