Claims (15)
- ハウジングと、
インク滴を噴射するためのノズルと、
前記ノズルにインクを供給するための、前記ハウジング内に設けられた折り畳み式容器であって、可撓性側壁と、前記可撓性側壁間に設けられたばねアセンブリとを含む、折り畳み式容器と、
前記ハウジングに結合されたセンサー・アセンブリであって、前記折り畳み式容器内のインクの量を示すセンサー信号を提供するためのセンサーを含む、センサー・アセンブリと
を含み、
前記ばねアセンブリは、板ばねによって第2のプレートに結合された第1のプレートを含み、前記第1のプレートが、前記可撓性側壁の一方を挟んで、前記センサーと対向しており、
前記センサーは、前記第1のプレートと前記センサーとの間の距離を検知する、プリントヘッド・アセンブリ。 - 前記センサーのインダクタンスは、前記第1のプレートの位置に基づいて変化する、請求項1に記載のプリントヘッド・アセンブリ。
- 前記センサーは、共振回路を含む、請求項1または請求項2に記載のプリントヘッド・アセンブリ。
- 前記折り畳み式容器の第1の可撓性側壁の動きは、束縛されておらず、前記第1の可撓性側壁に対向する前記折り畳み式容器の第2の可撓性側壁の動きは、束縛されており、前記第1の可撓性側壁が、前記センサーに面している、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載のプリントヘッド・アセンブリ。
- 前記センサー・アセンブリは、
一体化された誘導コイルを含むプリント回路基板と、
前記誘導コイルと並列に結合されたコンデンサと、
前記プリント回路基板に電気的に結合された信号線ポートと
を含む、請求項1に記載のプリントヘッド・アセンブリ。 - 前記センサー・アセンブリは、
前記プリント回路基板に結合されたL字形取り付けブラケットをさらに含み、前記L字形取り付けブラケットが、前記ハウジングに結合されている、請求項5に記載のプリントヘッド・アセンブリ。 - 流体供給アセンブリであって、
ハウジングと、
出力ポートに流体を供給するための、前記ハウジング内に設けられた折り畳み式容器であって、可撓性側壁と、前記可撓性側壁間に設けられたばねアセンブリとを含む、折り畳み式容器と、
前記ハウジングに結合されたセンサー・アセンブリであって、前記折り畳み式容器内の流体の量を示すセンサー信号を提供するためのセンサーを含む、センサー・アセンブリと
を含み、
前記ばねアセンブリは、板ばねによって第2のプレートに結合された第1のプレートを含み、前記第1のプレートが、前記可撓性側壁の一方を挟んで、前記センサーと対向しており、
前記センサーは、前記第1のプレートと前記センサーとの間の距離を検知する、流体供給アセンブリ。 - 前記センサーのインダクタンスは、前記第1のプレートの位置に基づいて変化する、請求項7に記載の流体供給アセンブリ。
- 前記センサーは、共振回路を含む、請求項7または請求項8に記載の流体供給アセンブリ。
- 前記折り畳み式容器の第1の可撓性側壁の動きは、束縛されておらず、前記第1の可撓性側壁に対向する前記折り畳み式容器の第2の可撓性側壁の動きは、束縛されており、前記第1の可撓性側壁が、前記センサーに面している、請求項7〜9の何れか一項に記載の流体供給アセンブリ。
- 前記センサー・アセンブリは、

前記誘導コイルと並列に結合されたコンデンサと、
前記プリント回路基板に電気的に結合された信号線ポートと
を含む、請求項7に記載の流体供給アセンブリ。 - プリントヘッド・アセンブリを製造するための方法であって、
折り畳み式容器をハウジングの中に挿入し、前記折り畳み式容器が、可撓性側壁と、前記可撓性側壁間に設けられたばねアセンブリとを含み、
前記ハウジングの側壁と前記折り畳み式容器の可撓性側壁との間の位置においてセンサー・アセンブリを前記ハウジングの中に挿入し、前記センサー・アセンブリが、前記折り畳み式容器内のインクの量を示すセンサー信号を提供するためのセンサーを含むこと
からなり、
前記ばねアセンブリは、板ばねによって第2のプレートに結合された第1のプレートを含み、前記第1のプレートが、前記可撓性側壁の一方を挟んで、前記センサーと対向しており、
