Description
図1に示されるように、複合鋼板は、基層1と、圧延により基層1に複合された複層2とを含み、複合鋼板の両辺を複合鋼板の基層側に折り曲げて折り曲げ部11を形成し、次に成型工程を行うことにより、素管を形成する。図1から、折り曲げ部11の開口面が複層2であり、すなわち素管の開口面が複層2であることが分かる。そして、折り曲げ部11を溶接し、バリ取りする後、所望の複合鋼管を得る。
図1に示されるように、θは、折り曲げる角度を示し、Hは、折り曲げられた折り曲げ部11の高さ(複合鋼板の板厚を含まない)を示し、tは、複合鋼板の厚さを示す。
Claims (7)
- 基層と、圧延により基層に複合された複層とを含む複合鋼板を素材として複合鋼管を製造し、成型、溶接およびバリ取りの工程を含む複合鋼管の製造方法であって、まず、前記複合鋼板の両辺を前記複合鋼板の基層側へ折り曲げ、次に、前記成型工程を行い、前記成型工程の後、素管の開口面全面が前記複層となることを特徴とする複合鋼管の製造方法。
- 折り曲げる角度θが75〜95°であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合鋼管の製造方法。
- 折り曲げられた折り曲げ部の高さHが複合鋼板の厚さの1〜2倍であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の複合鋼管の製造方法。
- 前記成型工程の後、前記複層が素管の外面側に位置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合鋼管の製造方法。
- 前記成型工程の後、前記複層が素管の内面側に位置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合鋼管の製造方法。
- 前記基層を形成する金属材料が炭素鋼または合金鋼であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合鋼管の製造方法。
- 前記複層を形成する金属材料がステンレス鋼または銅合金であることを特徴とする請求項1または6に記載の複合鋼管の製造方法。
