Description
[088]好ましい態様であると現在考えられているものを含む幾つかの態様の記載に関連して発明を開示したが、詳細な説明は例示の意図であり、本発明の範囲を限定すると理解すべきではない。当業者に理解されるように、本明細書において詳細に記載されているもの以外の態様は本発明に包含される。発明の精神及び範囲から逸脱することなく、記載されている態様の修正及び変更を行うことができる。
本発明は以下の実施態様を含む。
(1)少なくとも1種類のポリマー樹脂を含む、中間膜を製造するために好適なポリマーシートであって;
シートは少なくとも1つのテーパー状の区域及び少なくとも1つの実質的に水平の区域を含み、テーパー状の区域は少なくとも0.10mradのくさび角度を有し、実質的に水平の区域は0.05mrad未満のくさび角度を有し;
シートは少なくとも1つのエンボス加工された表面を含み、エンボス加工された表面の少なくとも75%は、エンボス加工された表面全体に関する平均Rz値の25%以内のRz値を有する上記ポリマーシート。
(2)テーパー状の区域は、連続的に変化するくさび角度を有する少なくとも1つの変動角度の区域を含む、(1)に記載のシート。
(3)テーパー状の区域は、実質的に一定のくさび角度を有する少なくとも1つの一定角度の区域を更に含む、(2)に記載のシート。
(4)テーパー状の区域は、実質的に一定のくさび角度を有する少なくとも1つの一定角度の区域を含む、(1)に記載のシート。
(5)テーパー状の区域は、異なる実質的に一定のくさび角度を有する2以上の一定角度の区域を含む、(4)に記載のシート。
(6)少なくとも1つの実質的に水平の区域は2つの別々の実質的に水平の区域を含み、実質的に水平の区域の一方はシートの最も薄い部分を形成し、実質的に水平の区域の他方はシートの最も厚い部分を形成する、(1)に記載のシート。

(9)シートは、少なくとも第1のポリマー層、及び第1のポリマー層に隣接する第2のポリマー層を含む多層シートであり、シート中に存在している少なくとも1種類のポリマー樹脂はポリ(ビニルアセタール)樹脂を含み、第1及び第2のポリマー層の少なくとも1つはポリ(ビニルアセタール)樹脂及び少なくとも1種類の可塑剤を含む、(1)に記載のシート。
(10)少なくとも1種類のポリマー樹脂を含む、中間膜を製造するために好適なポリマーシートであって、
シートは、それぞれが少なくとも0.1mradのくさび角度を有する少なくとも2つの傾斜区域を含み、
シートは、次の特徴:
(i)2つの傾斜区域は異なるくさび角度を有する;
(ii)2つの傾斜区域は対向して傾斜している;
(iii)シートは0.05mrad未満のくさび角度を有する少なくとも1つの実質的に水平の区域を含む;
の1以上を示し;
シートは少なくとも1つのエンボス加工された表面を含み、エンボス加工された表面の少なくとも75%は、エンボス加工された表面全体に関する平均Rz値の25%以内のRz値を有する上記ポリマーシート。

エンボス加工された表面は35〜90μmの範囲の平均Rz値を有する、上記ポリマーシート。 - テーパー状の区域は、連続的に変化するくさび角度を有する少なくとも1つの変動角度の区域を含む、請求項1に記載のシート。
- テーパー状の区域は、実質的に一定のくさび角度を有する少なくとも1つの一定角度の区域を更に含む、請求項2に記載のシート。
- テーパー状の区域は、実質的に一定のくさび角度を有する少なくとも1つの一定角度の区域を含む、請求項1に記載のシート。
- テーパー状の区域は、異なる実質的に一定のくさび角度を有する2以上の一定角度の区域を含む、請求項4に記載のシート。
- 少なくとも1つの実質的に水平の区域は2つの別々の実質的に水平の区域を含み、実質的に水平の区域の一方はシートの最も薄い部分を形成し、実質的に水平の区域の他方はシートの最も厚い部分を形成する、請求項1に記載のシート。
- 少なくとも1つのテーパー状の区域は1対の対向して傾斜しているテーパー状の区域を含み、少なくとも1つの実質的に水平の区域は、1対の対向して傾斜しているテーパー状の区域の間に配置されている実質的に水平の中央の区域を含み、及び/又は少なくとも1つの実質的に水平の区域は、1対の対向して傾斜しているテーパー状の区域によって互いから離隔されている2つの実質的に平坦な端部の区域を含む、請求項1に記載のシート。
- シートは、少なくとも第1のポリマー層、及び第1のポリマー層に隣接する第2のポリマー層を含む多層シートであり、シート中に存在している少なくとも1種類のポリマー樹脂はポリ(ビニルアセタール)樹脂を含み、第1及び第2のポリマー層の少なくとも1つはポリ(ビニルアセタール)樹脂及び少なくとも1種類の可塑剤を含む、請求項1に記載のシート。
- 少なくとも1種類のポリマー樹脂を含む、中間膜を製造するために好適なポリマーシートであって、
シートは、それぞれが少なくとも0.1mradのくさび角度を有する少なくとも2つの傾斜区域を含み、
シートは、次の特徴:
(i)2つの傾斜区域は異なるくさび角度を有する;
(ii)2つの傾斜区域は対向して傾斜している;
(iii)シートは0.05mrad未満のくさび角度を有する少なくとも1つの実質的に水平の区域を含む;
の1以上を示し;
シートは少なくとも1つのエンボス加工された表面を含み、エンボス加工された表面内で測定されるRz値の少なくとも75%は、エンボス加工された表面全体に関する平均Rz値の25%以内であり、
Rz値は、国際標準化機構のDIN−ES−ISO−4287及び米国機械学会のASME−B46.1にしたがって、10点平均粗さによって測定され、
エンボス加工された表面は35〜90μmの範囲の平均Rz値を有する、上記ポリマーシート。 - シートは特徴(i)を示し、シートは、2つの傾斜区域の両方を含む1つのテーパー状の区域を更に含む、請求項9に記載のシート。
- シートは特徴(ii)を示し、中心線の反対側に位置する2つの対向して傾斜しているテーパー状の区域を更に含み、対向して傾斜しているテーパー状の区域のそれぞれは2つの傾斜区域の1つを含む、請求項9に記載のシート。
- シートは特徴(iii)を更に示し、少なくとも1つの実質的に水平の区域は、中心線によって二分されている実質的に水平の中央の区域を含み、及び/又は少なくとも1つの実質的に水平の区域は、互いから離隔しており、中心線の反対側に位置する2つの実質的に水平の端部の区域を含む、請求項9に記載のシート。
- 傾斜区域の少なくとも1つは、連続的に変化するくさび角度を有する変動角度の区域である、請求項9に記載のシート。
- シートは、少なくとも第1のポリマー層、及び第1のポリマー層に隣接する第2のポリマー層を含む多層ポリマーシートを含み、第1及び第2のポリマー層の少なくとも1つはポリ(ビニルアセタール)樹脂及び少なくとも1種類の可塑剤を含む、請求項9に記載のシート。
