Claims (8)
- アンダーカット部のある成形品を成形する成形用金型に取付けられ使用される、前記アンダーカット部を型抜き可能な状態とするアンダーカット処理機構であって、
前記成形用金型に取付けられる、又は一体的に形成されたホルダーと、
前記アンダーカット部を成形する成形コアの一部を成し、前記アンダーカット部を型抜き可能に前記成形コアを動かすように前記ホルダーに対して摺動可能な摺動駒と、
前記摺動駒の基端に設けられた凹溝が摺動自在に係止する突条を備え、前記摺動駒を摺動可能に保持する保持駒と、
前記ホルダーに設けられ前記成形コアを移動可能に案内するガイド手段と、
を備え、
前記ガイド手段及び前記ホルダーの端面を含む前記ホルダーの内壁が、前記摺動駒の移動時に前記摺動駒が倒れないように作用するアンダーカット処理機構において、
さらに、前記摺動駒の移動時に前記摺動駒が倒れないように前記摺動駒を支持する、前記ガイド手段及び前記ホルダーの端面を含む前記ホルダーの内壁、前記突条及び前記凹溝とは別の1つ以上の支持手段を有し、
前記支持手段と前記ガイド手段及び前記ホルダーの端面を含む前記ホルダーの内壁とで前記成形コアが全開閉ストロークにわたり倒れないように支持することを特徴とするアンダーカット処理機構。 - 前記支持手段は、前記保持駒に取付けられた、又は一体的に形成された支持壁と、前記支持壁に摺動自在に係止する前記摺動駒に設けられた凹溝とで構成され、
前記支持壁は、前記突条の上面に突出して設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアンダーカット処理機構。 - 前記ホルダーは、上端に設けられた前記摺動駒を滑らすためのテーパーの一端を閉鎖する端部壁を有し、
前記端部壁は、前記摺動駒が摺動可能に通過する開口部を備え、
前記支持手段が前記端部壁の開口部の縁であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のアンダーカット処理機構。 - 前記支持手段が、前記摺動駒、前記保持駒、前記ホルダー、前記成形用金型のいずれか1以上に取付けられた、又は形成された突起、ピン、肉残し部、肉盛り部、蟻溝、突条のいずれか1以上であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のアンダーカット処理機構。
- さらに前記摺動駒に取付けられ、又は一体的に形成され、前記成形コアの一部を成し、前記アンダーカット部を含む前記成形品の一部に沿った形状面を有する形状駒を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のアンダーカット処理機構。
- 前記保持駒に摺動可能に保持される2つ以上の前記摺動駒を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のアンダーカット処理機構。
- さらに筒部を有する前記成形品の前記筒部の内周面に沿った形状の外周面を有するコアピンを備え、
前記コアピンが前記ホルダー及び前記保持駒内を通過可能に構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のアンダーカット処理機構。 - 請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のアンダーカット処理機構を備えることを特徴とする成形用金型。
