Claims (2)
- 線鋼材をねじなしボルト形状に成形してボルト素材を形成し、
前記ボルト素材の円筒部を、その円筒部の外径よりも大きな内径を有する内径孔を有するワッシャの前記内径孔に通し、
その後、前記ねじなしボルト形状の前記ボルト素材に転造法によりねじ部を成形して、前記ワッシャの前記内径孔の前記内径を前記ねじ部を成形した後における前記ねじ部の外径よりも小さく設定しておくことで、前記ワッシャを転造後のボルトから離脱不可能にし、
前記ねじ部の成形の後に、ボルト表面及びワッシャ表面にショットブラスト処理を行い、
前記ショットブラスト処理の前であって、前記ねじ部を成形した後に、焼入焼き戻しを行う、転造ボルトの製造方法。 - 前記ショットブラスト処理の後に、摩擦係数安定化材を塗布する、請求項1に記載の転造ボルトの製造方法。
