Claims (14)
- 把持表面(40)、把持本体(45)、および把持カラー(42)を含み、前記把持表面(40)は把持本体(45)から延び、前記把持本体(45)は前記把持カラー(42)に挿入されるように構成されている少なくとも1つのクランプ(14)と、
ディフューザー(17)のボアに挿入されるとともにインレットミキサー(22)の一部を囲むように構成されたブシュ(12)であって、
前記インレットミキサー(22)の前記一部を囲むように構成された略円筒状の側壁(31)と、
前記クランプ(14)の前記把持表面(40)を受け入れるように構成された、前記側壁(31)の上面の溝の付いたフランジ(32)と、
すべり継手クランプ(16)の少なくとも一部を受け入れるように構成された、前記溝の付いたフランジ(32)の隣接した部分の間の少なくとも1つの切欠き(30)と、
前記側壁(31)の内側の底面の溝と
を含むブシュ(12)と、
可撓性であるとともに金属材料から形成され、前記少なくとも1つのクランプ(14)が前記ブシュ(12)に係合すると圧縮するように構成された、前記溝内のシール(20)と
を備える、ジェットポンプすべり継手修理アセンブリー。 - 少なくとも2つのクランプ(14)を含む、請求項1記載のジェットポンプすべり継手修理アセンブリー。
- 前記少なくとも2つのクランプ(14)が前記ブシュ(12)に少なくとも2000ポンドの力を付加する、請求項2記載のジェットポンプすべり継手修理アセンブリー。
- 前記ディフューザー(17)の前記ボアに前記ブシュ(12)が挿入されると、前記ブシュ(12)の前記溝の付いたフランジ(32)と前記ディフューザー(17)の上端との間に間隙(70)が形成される、請求項1記載のジェットポンプすべり継手修理アセンブリー。
- 前記把持本体(45)は、前記把持カラー(42)に対する前記把持本体(45)の回転を低減するように、略正方形の断面を有する、請求項1記載のジェットポンプすべり継手修理アセンブリー。
- 前記把持本体(45)は、前記把持カラー(42)に対する前記把持本体(45)の回転を低減するように丸みのない断面を有している、請求項1記載のジェットポンプすべり継手修理アセンブリー。
- ボアを含むディフューザー(17)であって、前記ボアは前記ディフューザー(17)を貫通するように延び、前記ボアの内表面は実質的に滑らかな表面を有するディフューザー(17)と、
前記ボアに挿入されるブシュ(12)であって、
実質的に円筒状の側壁(31)と、
クランプ(14)の把持表面(40)を受け入れるように構成された、前記側壁(31)の上面の溝の付いたフランジ(32)と、
前記溝の付いたフランジ(32)の隣接した部分の間の少なくとも1つの切欠き(30)と、
前記側壁(31)の内側の底面の溝と
を含むブシュ(12)と、
前記ブシュ(12)の前記溝に挿入されたシール(20)と、
前記ブシュ(12)の前記側壁(31)および前記ディフューザー(17)の前記ボア内に挿入されたインレットミキサー(22)と、
前記シール(20)を圧縮するように構成され、前記ディフューザー(17)および前記ブシュ(12)と係合した少なくとも1つのクランプ(14)と
を備える、ジェットポンプすべり継手。 - 前記シール(20)は、可撓性の金属材料で形成されている、請求項7記載のジェットポンプすべり継手。
- 前記少なくとも1つのクランプ(14)は、
把持表面(40)と、
把持カラー(42)と
を備える、請求項7記載のジェットポンプすべり継手。 - 前記把持表面(40)は把持本体(45)から延びる、請求項9記載のジェットポンプすべり継手。
- 前記把持本体(45)は、前記把持カラー(42)に対する前記把持本体(45)の回転を低減するように、略正方形の断面を有する、請求項10記載のジェットポンプすべり継手。
- 前記把持本体(45)は、前記把持カラー(42)に対する前記把持本体(45)の回転を低減するように丸みのない断面を有する、請求項10記載のジェットポンプすべり継手。
- 前記ブシュ(12)の前記溝の付いたフランジ(32)と前記ディフューザー(17)の上端との間に間隙(70)をさらに備える、請求項7記載のジェットポンプすべり継手。
- 前記ディフューザー(17)および前記インレットミキサー(22)の周りに少なくとも部分的に延びるすべり継手クランプ(16)をさらに備え、前記すべり継手クランプ(16)の少なくとも一部は、前記ブシュ(12)の前記少なくとも1つの切欠き(30)の内部に位置する、請求項7記載のジェットポンプすべり継手。
